Clear Creek at Woodridge - Lovely 4 Bedroom 3 Bath Florida Villa

This trip was one we had cancelled in 2020 so was well overdue. We have stayed in this villa several times now and have never been disappointed, this time was no different, Sally had said they had made a few changes since we had last been and all I can say is Wow!! Loved the wooden shutters on all the windows and the new flooring. It's a great place to chill after a busy day either at the parks or shopping. Lying by the pool watching the wildlife is so relaxing, nice to see the sand cranes with their young walking by every morning, even caught a couple of glimpses of the gator. Sally's villa will always be our first choice whilst holidaying here.

We have had a brilliant fortnight at sally’s villa it’s our 10th visit and it gets better every time.The villa has a lovely lake view.After a day at the parks it’s lovely to come back and have a swim in the pool.Ian that looks after the Villa for Sally is friendly and helpful Walmart is just down the road.There are lots of restaurants on the 192 there is a lovely British restaurant in cagans crossing the staff are very friendly.We hope to return next year??

We have been to Florida before so we had a good idea of what we would like in a Villa on this occasion. This property represents really good value for money, it is in a plot that is not overlooked with a lake to the back of the property in a quiet area. Restaurants and Supermarkets are all near by even a fish and chip shop if you fancy it!! Theme parks are within a 20 minute drive so near enough to come back for a break and return in the evening! Directions are easy to follow and the villa was clean and ready for our stay. Would we stay there again....Absolutely!! 5* Value!!!

Had a wonderful fortnight at Sally's villa. Great location for the parks but in a quiet residential area. There's a large Walmart nearby for all your shopping and a couple of restaurants in walking distance. The pool area is delightful with lots of local wildlife nearby at the lake. The villa has everything you could need for a great holiday. We'll definitely be back!

We have just returned from our 9th visit to this lovely villa we have really missed the last 2years,the location is ideal for parks and restaurants.The villa has everything you need and has a lovely outlook over the lake, it was lovely to relax in the pool after a long day in the parks our 5 year old grandchildren loved it.Sally the lady who owns the villa is lovely and very helpful, she has a great management team Ian who looks after the villa for her is very helpful and nothing is a bother to him we look forward to returning next year.

Overall we had a blast. House was nice and spacious, clean and peaceful. Management answered phone right away and kept in touch with any changes. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation by the pool and are practicing social distancing, I would definitely recommend this rental!

I stayed eith my family for 10 days and eas satisfied with the owners communication and the attentiveness of the property manager. The pool is ample enough to enjoy. The property is spaced out properly to have some privacy with larger groups and ample tv's and furniture. The area is what we liked the most. The neighbourhood is quiet and the neighbours are all friendly when interacting with guests. I walked daily out to the main road and saw beautiful scenery on the way. Overall experience was great and I would definitely rent from owner again! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

This was our 5th time staying in this villa and again we had a wonderful time. There had been some upgrades since our last visit, new sofa and sun loungers. We didn't do the theme parks this year but were still on the go most days so it was nice to come back and relax. We had our usual morning visit from the family of sand cranes and even the small Gator made an appearance this year. Thanks again to Sally for letting us stay and Ian from the management company. We stayed at this villa in May lovely and clean easy to access the all important parks. The villa had everything we needed, we did have a hiccup with the pool pump but the replacement was organised and even though Sally was let down by then pool man we were kept informed and immediately offered compensation even though it wasn't their fault for the delay. We really enjoyed our stay the location, and the presentation of the villa we have decided to go again and have not hesitated in re booking this villa for our trip in 2020.

We returned to this villa for a 4th time and after a hectic week staying on Disney property it was nice to just relax by the pool in the peace and quiet. There's nothing really that I can add to my previous reviews as the villa is as the title says a home from home, Sally is a pleasure to deal with as is Ian from the management company. We have just returned home from a our 7th visit to Sally,s villa once again we all had a fantastic time ,we were there with our son his wife and there twins and our daughter and son in law ,the villa is just like home from home .It has a nice view over the lake ,if you have any problems Ian and Sandra will look after you ,its lovely to come back from the parks and have a dip in the pool .Its about 20 min to the parks ,we have already booked for next year .Once again thanks Sally

We have just returned from a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. The owners Sally and Derek are very helpful as are the management staff. The villa has everything you need and isn't to far away from shops restaurants etc . The parks aren't to far of a drive away either. The setting is lovely watching the wildlife in and around the lake is so relaxing after the parks. We say the alligator a few times (also out on the bank). We had ducks come to visit and the cranes came with two chicks. My husband also did a spot of fishing. I would go back in a heartbeat.

This was our 6th time in Orlando and we couldn't have picked a better villa than this one, it's in a lovely safe neighbourhood with everything that you could want for a 3 weeks stay it was lovely to sit by the pool early in the morning with my coffee watching the mist raising from the lake, we had the cranes visit us everyday the men loved fishing in the lake and we were privileged to see the alligator nearly everyday in our last week of our stay. The villa itself is beautiful very spacious and had the most comfortable beds than any other villa that we have stayed in can not recommend this villa highly enough thank you Sally for letting us stay in your beautiful villa can't wait to stay there again xx

We really loved this villa and would highly recommend it. Sally the owner could not have made us feel more welcome and was really lovely and helpful, quickly answering all our questions before we arrived. The villa is simply wonderful. A lot of thought has been put in to making this a real home from home. All the rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard. The kitchen area has all the modern appliances you could ever need and more and the free fast WiFi was very efficient. The terrace, pool and spa areas were an amazing place to relax, especially with the tranquil views overlooking the lake and woodlands. We had a amazing holiday and are already looking forward to returning to the villa again.

What a fantastic Villa! Family of 6 for our 1st time in Orlando and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. In easy reach of the 192 and all the parks it was a pleasure to travel to and from. The villa itself was VERY spacious for us all and we all had our own space to relax. The pool area was superb and the view on the lake was the finishing touch. The games room kept us entertained as well. Was nice to be visited by the 2 cranes everyday and the alligator paid us a visit twice, luckily he kept his distance while I did a hour or 2 of fishing. Managed to catch a bass! Overall I cannot fault this Villa and would highly recommend it to anyone. I have already looked for next year even though I said we wouldn't return for 2 years the America bug has got me!! Thank you for letting us use your lovely villa!

We have had a fantastic time in the lovely villa, the men (and me) really enjoyed fishing in the pool behind the villa and dodging the aligator, who was more scared of us. My son caught a 3lb bass and I caught a few tiddlers. This villa is so perfectly situated for everything and the view from the pool was amazing, we saw sandhill cranes, osprey, ducks, armadillos and of course lots of little squirrels, we counted 15 different creatures altogether, so it was amazing. (Don't touch the armadillos though) There is a Walmart superstore just along the road, so handy for shopping, restaurants nearby too. The villa itself was spacious with everything we needed. All in all we had a great two weeks and will certainly be back.

The house was quietly situated in a rural setting, away from the fast paced area surrounding Disney. Having quiet time after a day at the parks to relax in the pool and unwind was a welcomed change to our past times visiting Orlando. This is our third time staying here and hopefully won't be the last. Love the peaceful setting, it's lovely sitting having coffee overlooking the lake before the world wakes up. Sally as usual is very helpful as is Ian over in Orlando. The villa itself is everything it says it is and really is like a home from home. We took our nephew this year for his first trip to Florida and he loved fishing and usually managed to catch something most days, luckily not the gator.

This is the perfect place to stay for either a relaxing holiday or if you're on holiday to visit Disney world and other parks. Communication with the owners before the holiday was excellent. They provided all the information we needed about the villa and local area. The villa was very easy to find and very clean on arrival. The pool area is just amazing overlooking a lake with plenty of comfy seating for everyone. It was lovely to sit and relax in such a peaceful place after such a busy day at Disney world. We had the most perfect family holiday staying here and we all didn't want the holiday to end. We wouldn't consider any other accommodation in this area if we visit Florida again as this property is perfect in every way. A massive thank you to the owners.

This was our 5th time back to this beautiful villa and this time we took our sons and their partners, even with 6 adults around the villa still felt spacious, airy but wonderfully comfortable. The pool is fantastic, and together with the Jacuzzi, was well used and appreciated after a day at Universal or shopping at the outlets both an easy drive away. Although just sitting by the pool is the norm for us, such is the loveliness of the villa and its setting! As always, Sally ( Owner) and Ian and Sharon (property managers in Orlando) couldn't be more helpful before and whilst we were there. Already looking forward to next year! Highly recommended.

This was our second time staying in this wonderful villa, and again it didn't disappoint. Sally is always quick to reply to emails and is a pleasure to deal with. The villa is like a home from home and has everything you could possibly need. We managed to see the alligator this year and were pleased to see that the 2 sand cranes from last year were back with 2 chicks of their own. Although a bit further from the parks than some villa estates we've stayed at it's definitely worth the extra distance. Will be back soon hopefully.

This was our fourth visit to this loverly villa and once again we had a fabulous time ,this villa as everything you could want to make your holiday perfect .All the information Sally gives you is spot on she is a loverly lady to chat to and her management team Ian and Sandra are always there to help you .If you want a good meal with friendly staff try the Hurricane and wings just down the road ,we will be returning to this loverly villa .

We had a wonderful stay at this villa, it had everything we needed, it was spotlessly clean and very homely. Ian from the management company was extremely helpful and gave us info about the area and even helped us get the football on the TV. The lake at the back is beautiful, we regularly saw two cranes walking around and we also saw the Aligator and turtle quite a few times too. Plenty eateries nearby and we would definitely recommend the Waffle House for breakfast nearby on hwy 27. There is also a massive Walmart nearby too. Fantastic time had by all and we will definitely come back to this villa again. Book with confidence!

Our family had a wonderful vacation and the home had everything we needed. It was very comfortable and has a nice private backyard overlooking a pond and conservation area. Hands-down our favorite part was the warm, heated pool and the local wildlife. We had read in previous reviews that there was a resident alligator in the pond along with a Sandhill crane. When we first arrived I stood looking at the pond and jokingly asked why we weren’t immediately greeted by all the wildlife. We laughed as the crane showed up seconds later to say hello! There was also a wild turkey that showed up regularly to be fed by the neighbors. We finally saw the alligator and our kids were thrilled. We were shocked to see a turtle sitting right next to the alligator on an island in the pond. The neighbors told us that they rarely go anywhere without each other! Lots of lizards to entertain our kids as well. We enjoyed the game room as well as having lots of room in the house. The owners are terrific to deal with as well as the property managers. I highly recommend booking this property.

We recently rented this property for the third time, and we see no reason why not to rent it again the next time we visit the Orlando area. We have an easy and good communication with the owner, and the house have all the qualities we could expect. The owner provided us with all the information required prior to our visit. The heated pool was a favorite with the kids. We observed the local Gator several times in the local pond during our stay. This was a nice extra bonus for both kids and grown-ups. The house is clean and well maintained. We are looking forward to our next stay in this house.

We've just returned from 2 weeks in this amazing villa. It is everything you see in the pictures and more. Sally is a pleasure to deal with and always replied to emails quickly. Our 2 boys loved the pool and the games room and me and my husband loved sitting looking over the lake. We had regular visitors of 2 sand cranes who my youngest named Jeffrey and Jemima, the only downside according to the boys was that they never saw the Gator. Already saving for a return visit if possible.

We have just returned from 12 glorious days in this great home. Everything was absolutely perfect! From the beautiful and comfortable interior to the welcoming backyard with it's pool and spa. With no rear neighbours and a stunning view of a small lake and lush forest it is very quiet and peaceful. Waking to the sounds of song birds and the beautiful Florida sun is just what the doctor ordered as a retreat from a long and very cold Canadian winter. Everything you want to do in Florida is very close and convenient, from Disney and Universal to great shopping and restaurants! I would highly recommend renting this home! The owner's (Derek and Sally) make it very easy to book and the property managers are very close if there happens to be any issues. Five stars from top to bottom! We are already looking at dates for next year and we have only been home less than 24 hours! Cheers!!!

Just returned from a 2 week stay in this LOVELY home, this home has every comfort required for your stay and more, the owners are excellent to deal with being both prompt and proffesional, and the layout and decor of the home makes it feel very cosy and homely. We had a great two week stay at this lovely Villa . We found it easily from the directions given by Sally even though our flight was delayed and we arrived in the dark! The Holiday started with a couple of dull rainy days but the Villa was great to return to after a rain soaked day at Disney . The Villa has everything you need for a great stay . The free Wi Fi and phone calls to the UK were much appreciated. The lounge has big comfy Sofas and a huge TV , The Beds are extremely comfortable . Added bonus of a Laundry Room and a Games Room for extra fun! We made good use of the Pool and Spa although if we were lucky enough to stay again I would probably take the option of paying for pool heating as the water was chilly . ( I think the fact we had a few days of cooler temperature and rain didn't help ) The Villa is in a good position for all Orlando Attractions and we had a day trip to Daytona Beach and Tampa which were great , we also enjoyed a couple of Airboat Rides. We loved sitting by the Pool ,it had a great view of the Lake , everyday we watched two Cranes that wondered around just outside the Villa and an Alligator could be seen daily swimming in the Lake , a couple of days it was sunning itself on the grass , a great photo opportunity ! I would certainly recommend this Villa . I have been to Florida many times before and this was the nicest Villa we have stayed in.

This villa is an absolute gem, we stayed for two weeks in August 2013 and had a fantastic time. The villa is furnished and decorated to a very high standard and is easily large enough for two groups to share. The games room and pool area were a big hit with our children. Within easy driving distance of all the major attractions and local supermarkets and restaurants, Walmart is literally around the corner. Sally and Derek, the owners, respond to all emails and telephone calls immediately answering all questions. The management company are friendly can provide information and recommendations about the local area. Prospective guests can book this villa with complete confidence, we would not hesitate to recommend and will certainly return in the future.

We had a fantastic two weeks in America and the villa was in a great location and had everything that we needed. It was clean and tidy and all the rooms were nicely decorated with ample room. The games room and pool were used a lot, by both adults and the kids. There is a great view from the pool area with plenty of wildlife nearby. I would recommend Denny's, Outback, LongHorne Steakhouse, Ponderosa (breakfast) and the best restaurant was the Olive Garden. Best day was Discovery Cove. Just like to thank Sally the owner for a smooth villa booking and accommodating our late checkout.

Our magical holiday to Orlando was made even more special by our stay in this luxury villa. The villa is furnished to a high standard and the beds / mattresses are extremely comfortable. The villa is not overlooked from the back and has a stunning view of the sunrise. The booking process was easy and Sally was very helpful and patient when answering lots of questions. I would always recommend a sat nav unless you know your way around Orlando well. The villa is perfectly situated for the 192 and lots of restaurants like Longhorns and Applebees. There is also a Walmart 'just up the road' The management team were also on hand to answer any questions and sort out any problems 24 hours. Book this villa with confidence, highly recommended. We stayed in this villa for about 8 nights. From the moment we arrived, we were extremely comfortable. The home is very spacious and has all the comforts you require. The kids loved the pool area, which is very private and had plenty of pool toys. We used the kitchen often to prepare breakfast and dinner, and it was more than adequately stocked with utensils, dishes, etc. Everthing was quite perfect and exceeded our expectations. VERY friendly helpful owners and property managers! I will definitely be coming back to this villa on our next family vacation!

Wow! This house was great. Located in a quiet neighborhood, close to stores and restaurants. About a 15 minute drive to Disney World. The property was well maintained, perfect size for 6-8 people. Pool was clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend and return!

The property descriptions I read in the internet is true. I found the house clean and well maintained. I was surprised the nice furniture used in the house especially the masterbedroom. We love the swimming pool and my children had a lot fun in it. The only minus was I saw a little bit of black mold in the masterbedroom shower, but I could live with it. Other than that, My family and relatives love that house and I would come back to it again and would recommend it to my friends.

2nd time at the villa! this time for 3 weeks! everything as lovely as the 1st time we stayed! Owners had new appliances fitted! all were easy to use & easily big enough to cater & clean for the 8 of us that stayed there! Management team were friendly & very easy to contact! even made a special call after a pretty big storm to make sure all was well! Another fantastic holiday was had by all! only disappointment was although we had 3 weeks this time round it still was not enough! I could easily live there! Hubby would be quite happy staying at the villa & fishing in the lake outside!!!!! :D

This was our second stay at this villa,loved it so much last time we had to have 3 weeks this time.There were 8 of us staying in the villa and we never felt crowded. Swimming pool was great after a full day in the parks,it has every thing you could possibly want,home fom home.Games room with pool table,air hockey and dart board.Huge bbq,new kitchen appliances,laundry room,tv's in all rooms.There's a big pond/lake right out back(there's some fishing rods in the games room,thers's plenty of fish to catch... and turtles if your'e unlucky!..we also see a small gator. There's a big walmart up the road,you'll see some funny sights in there!!!!....also we would recommend trying the santa fe restaurant at the top of road on the right, they do some great steaks in there,they do a 32oz challenge,if you can do it, you get a t shirt and your pic on a wall of fame...had to be done of course!!! All in all this is a fantastic villa and would book again no problem!!! Thanks to sally and derek

Just returned from a two week stay at this Villa and agree with all the reviews that I read in advance of booking that this is indeed a great place to stay. In the lead up to our trip Sally was fantastic in the way she dealt with us. Nothing was too much trouble and she was very efficient and responsive to any requests we made. The property is great and caters for everything a family would need. We did do a number of the theme parks but did also spend a lot of time around the pool which is wonderful. We got a lot of use of the BBQ especially after long days at the parks. The property itself is beautifully maintained and the management are available and responsive (Ian also gave us some decent tips about the Theme Parks). There is no downside to this property. I believe a car is needed but I would imagine thats the case pretty much for any stay in Orlando. All in all top marks for a wonderful holiday and would definitely book this Villa again when we return.

The villa itself was spacious, well decorated, and enjoyed by all. It was stocked with all the amenities to make it a home away from home, and was in a great location that we were familiar with from previous vacations. Great area for anyone planning on going to Disney or Seaword, and conveniently located to jump on the I4 to head to Busch Gardens, St. Pete's Beach, etc. There were some very minor things that we had to address with the management company, no fault of anyone, but the only reason I'm mentioning this is to have an opportunity to praise Ian who runs the management company. Like with any business,its so important to have good people as "the face" or "the front line" when dealing with customers. Ian was very friendly, professional, always accessible, knowledgeable of the area, and a joy to talk with. A very good representative of your villa. With small children, Florida has become our primary destination spot, and if we decide to travel there next year, we most certainly not think twice about returning to your villa. Thank you for all your hospitality.

My family (daughter and husband) and another family (2 adults and 2 children) recently stayed in this home. The pictures of this home don't do it justice. It is a beautifully decorated home. The kitchen was well supplied with anything we needed. The children loved the game room. It was really nice to have a TV in each room. We were even able to get in the pool in November! The neigborhood was equally great. The location worked really well for us. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone!!

Well what can I say!!! have just returned from 2 amazing weeks in this wonderful villa! Sally was a lovely lady to sort our holiday out with, always quick to reply to any correspondence and the attention to detail in the information she provided was second to none.The vlla was spacious and welcoming and decorated to a very high standard, this is our 3rd trip to Florida and by far the best villa. The area was peaceful and the lake behind the villa was great to fish in and the boys in our party had hours of peace by the lake! Ian from the management company was a lovely guy to deal with and gave us great tips on things to do.Santa Fe restaurant at the entrance to Woodridge was a great place to eat and good value. I really cannot praise this villa high enough and am grateful to Sally for entrusting us to stay here. The only bad thing about the villa is that you have to leave it at the end of your holiday!! If you are thinking of visiting Florida then look no further than this villa for your vacation. We certainly will stay here again. Many thanks Sally.

Have just returned from holiday, staying in this villa for the second time. From initial enquiry to stay it is a pleasure dealing with the owner who puts in the effort to make all contact and transactions easy and makes you feel welcome in their home. Sally has given very clear instructions how to get there and how everything works. The villa is vey brightly decorated which is very warm and relaxing, the villa has everything you need and more and you are very reluctant to leave. The outside area is well laid out for dining, sunbathing or relaxing in the spa with a cocktail after a hard days shopping.We have stayed in quite a few villas but this is the only one we have returned too and hopefully we will have the opportunity to do so again. The management company are local based , very friendly and are available 24 hours. I would recommend this villa very highly

Just spent a week and a half at this amazing villa. Although there we were only a small group the villa was absolutely massive giving us each our own space. Wonderful pool which we were able to use at any point in the day with some games in the garage where we could chill out after long days shopping or going to the parks. The villa is ideally situated very close to the 192, where there are plenty of brilliant restaurants such as Sizzler and Denny's. Also only a 20 minute or so drive from Universal Studios and Disney. The management team were brilliant. Part of our plans for the holiday was to play at an American golf resort and Ian was nice enough to find some golf clubs for us to save renting costs. They were also easily contactable if we had any issues.

This was our best family holiday ever. We even managed to convince our 19 year old daughter to come with us and she had a great time.The accomodation is simply superb and we all relaxed for two weeks. Not a cross word!! After years in the south of France this was such a great contrast and is now our number one destination.Looking forward to next year already.I'm not going to publicise the parks because our villa and pool made the holiday for us. Just spent 3 weeks in this beautiful villa. As soon as we arrived we felt comfortable and relaxed in our surroundings. Have stayed in many villas in Orlando but this was definately the most cosy and felt like home. Our kids (aged 10 and 16)kept in touch with their friends with the wi-fi and free calls.They loved the pool and the games room.They also enjoyed searching for the baby alligator! The owners are very informative and helpful and respond quickly to any queries. This villa is a great location if you plan to visit the Disney theme parks.

Just arrived back after 2 weeks at the villa, and could not have faulted it in any way. Everything you needed was at hand in the villa. The location for Disney, etc couldn't have been any better. The communication from Sally, the owner prior to our visit was excellent and informative. Although there were no children in our party, the youngest being 14, everything seemed to be in place to accommodate a family.Would certainly book again if we need to visit Florida again.

just returned from our stay at the villa advertised above.absolutely wonderful,met all our expectations and more.was very spacious,and was equipped with everything we could possibly had wanted.was 30 mins car drive away from disney land,and the other parks listed on the ultimate disney 14 day pass,which was great,as after a long hustle bustle day at the parks it was nice to return to the peaceful and tranquil area where the villa is situated.would certainly stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.there was a walmart around 7 mins drive away.Santa fe restaurant 5 mins away which became one of our favourite eating places,the food was reasonably priced and was scrumptious,also the margaritus were to die for.{only 20-30 mins walk away from villa,if you dont fancy the drive]Houlians was another good place to eat aroud 20 mins drive,[on the way to all disney parks]there all you could eat breakfasts were excelent and what a choice.was an amazing time had by all,and the situation of the villa and what it offered us as a family made our holiday that little bit more.

From the moment we found the villa I was very impressed with Sally’s quick and informative responses to all my questions. We were extremely excited about going on our first trip to Florida with the kids (12yrs & 13 ½ yrs) and on arrival we were ALL enchanted by the villa. So much so before the week was out we booked it for next year! It is SO beautifully decorated, in all of the rooms, and all with beautiful pieces of furniture! And the comfy beds were heavenly!! The kitchen was very well equipped (husband a French chef and very fussy!), and we appreciated the games in the garage and the Wii and board games. For a holiday rental it really is decorated and equipped to an extremely high standard. Being a holiday in Florida of course we spent a lot of time visiting the parks which were very close by, but due to the comfort and luxury of the villa we really enjoyed “staying in” and relaxing by the pool and watching the ‘wildlife’. Young crocodile in the little lake that was indeed more scared of us! And the crane that would come and visit each day! The villa was perfectly located with the pond and trees beyond. The management company looking after the villa was very friendly and helpful too. I can only say you will not be disappointed if you book this villa – I’m sure you will be as delighted with it as we were. Thanks Sally! And we can’t wait to come back next year!

After coming to florida for 8 years we have found the perfect villa for everyone, fishing for the boys, great fun with the alligator in the lake behind (it is small and more scared of you) but something for the men to boast about. a nice relaxing jacuzzi with lots of toys for the pool which was heated beautifully, hate a cold pool. This villa has everything and the management company was A1 couldn,t ask for better, Sally and Derek answered emails fast, would love to come back. will miss the restaurants and not having to cook,I would like to say go feed the kangeroos in Busch gardens, that was a brilliant experience. thanks again for your superb villa

What a wonderful vacation!! This was our first time away with our 4 young children and it was amazing! We all called this place "Home" while in Orlando b/c it really felt like it! The house is beautiful, the beds comfy and the neighbours friendly! The location is convenient to everything like Disney, shopping and gas. Ian was friendly and quick with answers to questions. We would definitely recommend this home to our friends and family and if we get back to Orlando, we'll definitely be coming back to this home!!!

This villa is exactly as described. Beutifully decorated, spacious, the pool is glorious, all a pleasure to return to after a day at the Theme parks, all of which are within easy driving distance and very easy to find from the batch of helpful info provided by the owners Sally and Derek and their agents on site, Ian and Sandra who couldn't have been more helpful!Also loads of good restaurants available 2-15 mins drive and if you're feeling especially tired a good take-a-way up the road "Hungry Howie's" will deliver Pizza,subs,salads etc. Fantastic holiday in a fantastic villa, would recommend to anyone thinking of going to Orlando either for a relaxing holiday or to "do" the Theme parks.

We really enjoyed staying at your villa ,everything was as described and photos accurate. The villa was very comfortable and plenty of equiptment provided, it had one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. The decking area and pool are great ,plenty of space and ample comfortable furnishings.The BBQ was huge but we were too lazy as eating out is so cheap but would be good for a a larger party. The games room would be good if you have children in your party. The area was very quiet and everything required was nearby good shopping and restaurants . Would definitely like to use your villa if we go to Florida again and would happily reccommend it to others. All communication with owner was friendly and all transactions were done very smoothly.

Our family has just returned from ten fabulous nights at this villa. From the initial tentative inquiry we were sent fast friendly emails by Sally and Derek keeping us completely informed and providing valuable tips. After making our reservation we were sent a visitors pack including driving directions from the airport. We arrived from a long journey and as you do inspected from top to bottom and were delighted with this spotlessly clean superbly furnished villa with lovely views from the swimming pool patio area. The villa has an excellent games room including dart board air football and full size pool table that we made great use of. There are many nice restaurants all within an easy five minute drive as was the twenty four hour supermarket. Our family really did have a wonderful relaxing vacation here and found it difficult somedays to go to the theme paks which were an easy twenty minute drive away.

Fantastic!There isn't anything you can want in a holiday home for that wasn't provided. The villa was spotless, well furnished and decorated to a high standard.Lots of extras which were helpful with 2 teenagers on a wet day - Wi,4 tellies and a games room. Pool area was fabulous and very clean. Situated in easy reach of all attractions but might suggest a SAT Nav if you are not use to American road signs. Would recomend to family & friends without hesitation.

We have just returned from a fabulous 2 week stay at Clear Creek at Woodridge. The villa is extremely spacious and exceptionally well equipped.It was very clean and well looked after. The villa is superbly situated not far from the main Disney parks and there are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. Woodridge is very quiet an we were able to relax after hectic days out at the theme parks! Booking was easy and the letting agency very helpful and accommodating. The outlook from the pool is beautiful and the surrounding area is well cared for. I would highly recommend a stay here - we will definitely be re booking in the future!!

This villa was spacious,modern, and has a great location! 8 of us stayed here and not once felt at all on top of one another it was superb in size! kids loved the games room and loved to fish in the pond/lake literally just outside! Walmart not far away gave us a great opportunity to use the really good sized bbq! pool was superb with plenty of sunbeds and seating. On our return to Florida i will definately book this villa again!

We recently stayed in this beautiful home and had a wonderful time. The villa was very well equipped, we couldn't have asked for anything more. It was beautifully decorated and out of 4 trips to Orlando it was by far the nicest villa we have stayed in and we wouldn't hesitate to reccommend it to friends and family.

My family, including my young baby, stayed in the villa for Easter 2010 and had a fabulous holiday. This is a stunning villa which was beautifully decorated, clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need including all essential baby equipment. It really did feel like a home from home and there was plenty of space for the whole family. We would definitely recommend the villa to friends and stay there again when we return to Florida.
