Luxury Emerald Island Resort Villa | 5 Bedroom 4 Bath

We have just returned from three weeks in the wonderful Villa Captivia , without a shadow of doubt this is a fantastic Villa with everything required for your stay, we have stayed here once before in 2014 and were thrilled that it was available for our dates this year , the improvements Nikki has made have made it even more comfortable , Nikki was a delight to deal with ,everything was explained verbally and in written form so our holiday was stress free . We had to call the management company once and they were very quick to answer and sort out our problem . We are planning on 2025 and a return to enjoy the beautiful Emeraldisle resort ,and hopefully stay in Captivia with is views across the lake plus the wildlife seen each morning .

We have just returned from two weeks in this amazing Villa. We have been visiting Florida for the past 23 years and would have to say this has been the nicest villa we have stayed in. The villa is perfectly equipped, spotlessly clean and in a great location. The outlook is priceless, with sun all day. So quiet and peaceful. Nikki is amazing, nothing is too much trouble. She has a first class management company who were very proactive, the couple of times we needed to contact them. We have already booked for 3 weeks next year! I would recommend this villa to anyone. You will not go wrong!

Lucky to stay here for another 3 week holiday at this absolutely outstanding villa. The location/resort is perfect with shops/restaurants//Disney all within a few minutes drive. The villa and pool itself as with our last stay was spotless with everything you could need for your holiday. Contact/replies from the owners were always very quick and they were very helpful with questions during the booking process. Can’t wait to be able to book again in the hopefully not too distant future. Thanks for letting us stay once again :)

We have just returned from two weeks in the wonderful Villa Captivia. We have stayed in many villas across both Formosa Gardens and Emerald Island it the past but all agree Captivia is the best! It is perfectly located with a beautiful and private outlook with sun all day long. The whole villa is spotless, well decorated and really well equipped. The internal air conditioned games room is a huge bonus! Thanks Nikki, we will be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.

This was our second time staying in Villa Captiva and we will definitely be back. The villa is beautiful, with lovely furnishings and everything you need for a home from home. The games room being in the Villa is such a bonus. The Villa is situated perfectly wether going to the theme parks, driving to the west coast or simply going for dinner. Nikki was wonderful as ever to deal with, very efficient.

We (a family of 7) stayed in Nikki's villa for 17 nights in June 2022. Villa was absolutely perfect for everything we needed, very clean, with great amenities which made for stay perfect. Would definitely book again. Nikki was always available and prompt to answer any queries we had.

From the very beginning, Nikki could not have been more helpful. When we arrived at the villa, it more than met our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and the pool was sparkling. We have stayed in quite a few houses at Emerald Island and this is the nicest by far. It is in a wonderful position with a sweeping view over a conservation area, and very quiet and peaceful. I loved sitting outside under the lanai first thing in the morning with my cup of tea, and in the evening with a glass of wine admiring the beautiful sunsets. There are fans everywhere, and the air con is set to a perfect temperature. We agreed our holiday in this fabulous house was the best ever.

Fantastic home; very well maintained and spotlessly clean and includes every utensil you could ever need. Timely, reassuring and sensible communication from the owners Nikki and David and support from the local management company can’t be faulted. Such a restful and private outlook from the covered lanai and pool area. Loved having three en-suite bedrooms - suited us very well. Very safe area with an active security presence at the gatehouse 24/7. This is our second stay at the Villa Captiva and it won’t be our last!

Plenty of infomation before we went which made it easy to find. Emeral resort is very well look after and although very near to Disney and 192 road it was quiet with plenty of facilities within it. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed for 3 small children and 5 adults. It is large villa very light inside with a large pool over looking conservation area at the back. We found the beds and chairs very comfortable. With the temperature at 95f every day it was great to get back from Disney and relax in the pool or the coolness of the villa. Highly recomended by all of us.

This is the fourth time we have stayed on Emerald Island and the Villa was defiantly one of the better ones. It was very clean and this is everything to us there is nothing worse than staying somewhere you feel you have to clean before you feel you can start your holiday properly. The pool area was very clean and we got the sun from 10 in the morning until late evening. The layout of the games room was an added bonus they are usually in the garage but this was in the house with a tv and sofa we had many late nights in there it was very comfortable. Nikki was so easy to deal with and we didn’t feel short of information at any point you can see the time they have put into it as nothing looked tired ,I know they go out a lot and decorate and this shows. There was six of us and there was plenty of room for all of us. We would defiantly stay here again and I have passed it on to family who also visit Florida. just to add the location is also very central to all the attractions.

The complete booking experience from start to finish was effortless, the information and instructions were excellent The villa is superb it was immaculate when we arrived with everything you could wish for, the outside area is also excellent we would recommend this villa to anyone it was perfect and could not be faulted in anyway many thanks to the owners The staff at the Emerald island resort were also excellent from the gate staff to the clubhouse staff , the villa is located in a great spot and is very quiet where it is situated which we loved with lots of interesting wildlife, the location of the emerald island resort is perfect and is very close to many shops and restaurants, road links and theme parks we will be back to stay again

We have been travelling to Florida and staying in villas for the past 8 years and can honestly say that this was the most beautiful and well maintained. The views from the pool deck are lovely and it is so peaceful sitting out there in the morning with a coffee watching the sunrise. The hot tub was warm unlike some villas we have stayed in where it was barely warmer than the pool.There was plenty crockery, glasses, towels etc and everything else you would need. The beds were so comfortable that I wanted to ship the mattress home. The villa is in superb decorative order and is clearly well looked after. Nikki was great to deal with and prompt in her replies to any queries. Emerald Island is a beautiful resort, close to the parks and restaurants and has a handy tiki bar on site..We loved it so much that we have re booked.

We have stayed in Orlando many times over the past years and can honestly say our 2018 visit was the best ever, which was helped greatly by the villa we stayed at. Nikki the owner, could not have been more helpful and from the start, provided all the information we required, not only that, but making the booking process so easy. The villa itself was spotless and lovingly cared for, a real gem. we highly recommend this property which we could not fault, even the location is brilliant, so close to all Disney attractions, Restaurants and shopping. No need for us to search for next years accommodation.

We have been visiting Florida since 1994 on a regular basis, renting villas in the theme park area. Villa Captiva is by far the nicest, best equipped villa we have stayed in. What can I say? It is in a lovely gated community with security, one of the nearest to the Disney parks on Highway 192. It is spacious, well furnished and has everything you could want or need. The pool area benefits from the sun for the best part of the day and has a lovely view, being unoverlooked at the back. Everything was as you would expect it to be on arrival. It was a pleasure to communicate with Nikki, we were very well informed and the whole process was simple and trouble free. I can highly recommend this villa and hope to return very soon.

We have stayed in a lot of villas in Orlando but this is top of our list to come back to there where lots of little things like dishwashing tabs water in fridge little things The beds fantastic everything seating so comfortable clean only one thing the pool was not as hot as I've had in the past it was fantastic that we had Netflix for the pool days I would say that everything was covered they have thought of everything

Stayed for 23 nights July-August 2017 Perfect villa in an excellent location. Spacious, spotless and fully equipped. Loads of space, super comfy beds and some nice creature comfort extras. Lovely pool and games room to keep everyone entertained. Will return again for sure!!

Having returned from 2 weeks in Captiva I just wanted to drop you a note to say that we had a wonderful time - it is a great house and we loved having the armadillos, mongeese, the bright red birds (don't know what they are called) and eagles visit from the woods at the back.
