The Shire at Westhaven 4 Bed 4 Bath Luxury Florida Villa

This is our 4th stay at this villa... Westhaven is in great location. The villa itself has everything you need for a perfect holiday. Spotlessly clean and all rooms are incredible, suitable for families and the pool and games room will keep children amused for hours. Loved the fans in the covered lanai, nice to cool off on a hot summer night after a dip in the pool. The location is ideal for the parks, petrol stations, supermarkets bars and restaurants are all close by....and if you are a golfer there are loads to choose from. Ivan and Christine the property managers are fabulous to deal with very courteous and are always available should you need them. Look forward to stay number 5.

We go to Florida virtually every year and have done for the last two decades so feel we know what we want when it comes to villla’s. This ticked all of the boxes. It was lovely and clean, plenty of kitchen ware, huge comfy bed in the master, well kept pool and spa and a great games room. Would highly recommend. The owners were great at sending out information and keeping in touch. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at this stunning villa for a week in May 2019 and have to say that it is probably the nicest one we have rented over the 24 years we have been holidaying in Florida. It has everything that is needed to let you have a relaxing time after a busy day either at the parks or shopping. We will definitely be back.

One of the best villas we have stayed in, well equipped and beautifully furnished. On arrival the villa was spotlessly clean and had everything and more. The information and correspondence we had with the owner was excellent and helpful, taking there advise and visiting a fantastic beach. We have stayed in many villas in Orlando and this simply has to be one of the best! The villa is immaculate and very well appointed; the view is fantastic especially from the upstairs balcony; the pool area is totally private and catches the sun all day; the entertainment inside the villa is first class and the Shire is a very quiet and very secure development. The whole thing is topped- off by Ivan and Christine providing an excellent and friendly estate management service. If you want the best at a great price - look no further!

Well another fantastic stay at St Andrews Villa. This villa has everything you need and everything you don't think you need but actually do. The villa is immaculate inside and out. As soon as you get inside it feels just like home. Having 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms is great as everyone can be ready without waiting for showers or bathrooms. The 2 seating and dining areas are super for 2 families visiting. It enables those that want to sit quietly in a space away from the TV and chill out after a busy day in the parks. We all love the games room, although we only use it a couple of times on holiday. Each bedroom has a television and the WiFi is great throughout the whole house and is strong wherever you are in the house. Outside is a great sized pool with spa to soak away the aches and pains of walking around the parks. The pool is very secluded and is not overlooked by anyone and has great views over a marsh lake. Part of the outside is covered so even if it does rain you can still sit outside and watch the lightning storms in the distance. The beds are really comfortable and the bedding and linen is very good quality. The kitchen has everything you need. We love the big fridge freezer as there is plenty of room for frozen water and ice lollies. The driveway is big enough for 2 cars. There are 2 safes in the house which is fantastic. The balcony off the master bedroom is great for alligator spotting and for generally relaxing either late at night or early in the morning. Each bathroom has a shower and bath and hairdryer! The area of West Haven is beautiful and not far away from anything. The parks are relatively close and easy to find. There is a Publix within a few minutes and a good old fish and chip shop too! Dunkin Donuts is very close, which makes us all happy. There is a Walmart within 15 minutes drive. There are plenty of eateries around too Chilis, IHOP, Cracker Barrel and Applebys which all are great. Posner Park isn't far either with a Target and a few other shops. Clive and Shirley keep you up to date with things and are happy to answer questions. The villa really is a home from home. All in all we would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone. We are already booked to go back in July 2020 for 21st and 50th Birthday celebrations.

Everything about this villa is first class. Great location, fixtures and fittings and the pool area and balcony are superb, not overlooked at all. This was one of the reasons we chose this villa. It was just the two of us so we didn't need all the bedrooms but it was nice having the space to do what we wanted. We did make use of the games room in the garage and it was great to be able to do all my laundry before we went home! (Would love a washing machine like that at home, so quick) The air conditioning wasn't working correctly when we arrived, we waited until the morning to make the phone call and Ivan arrived and all was soon sorted. He actually said we should have rung the night before! It was nice that the control was so easy to adjust and that we could adjust the air conditioning ourselves, within reason, as some villas we have stayed in have been a bit too chilly!

This is really a lovely villa. Immaculate and very well maintained. Dealing with Clive was super easy right from the beginning through to the end. Thank you. Location was perfect and we loved the wildlife; although I didn’t expect the birds to be so loud in the evening! Not that it bothered us though. We had everything we needed in the villa and particularly enjoyed the balcony from the master bedroom. Also the bed in the master is so comfy! We have just spent 3 weeks at this lovely villa, I am not sure I can do justice to this lovely home it's wonderful!! Booking was easy and the owners always answered any questions straight away, the villa was very clean with everything you could want for a great holiday. The villa is at the end of a quiet cul de sac in a gated housing area, and it backs on to a large lake which is lovely. Driving to the villa from the airport is no problem and takes about 30 minutes. It is within easy reach of all the theme parks so is an ideal location. Your local Publix supermarket is only a five minute drive away. We have stayed in many villas but this is our favourite, you will be hard pressed to find a better villa at such a great price.

We are regular travellers to Orlando and always rent a villa but after renting Clive and Shirley's villa there is no need to try anywhere else. To say the view is stunning is an understatement. We made lots of plans for many different trips for our 3 week stay last November but we hardly went anywhere as the pool area is so relaxing with constantly changing wildlife it just ticked all our boxes. The villa is stunning and well equipped with lots of personal touches, Shirley and Clive have put in alot of thought and effort and it really shows, I think that is why they have so many return visitors. Clive and Shirley are great to deal with and nothing is too much trouble for them. We would definitely recommend their villa and would have re-booked again this year but sadly there wasn't any availability for when we were going this year so book early! We saw Freddy most days but would recommend taking binoculars, he has a great life! Thanks again Clive and Shirley and we will certainly be back soon.

It was my firs time in Florida and we stayed in this beautiful Villa at The shire in West Haven. Words cannot describe this villa. It's in the perfect location in a beautiful spot looking onto the lake. The Villa exactly how it looks in the photos only better when you arrive. It's large, and brightly decorated with sophistication, its very clean through in and out and has wonderful views the wildlife including squirrels, Florida sandhill cranes, turtles and the odd snake in the lake not to mention our local alligator Freddie. We saw Freddy everyday he likes to sunbathe on the patch of mud just to the left of the Lake. He came up for a good 5 hours a day so I would recommend bringing a good pair of binoculars to get a good viewing. The pool and hot tub was brilliant my children loved it and we're in the pool everyday and sometimes we went in at 8 o'clock at night. It's a very peaceful villa, and ideal for those people who want to relax or if you want to use is as a base to visit all the Disney parks then it's brilliant again. All the Disney parks and Universal Studios are with in reach of 25 minutes. There's lots of shops and Malls to visit for those who like to have retail therapy you've also got your local Walmart just up the highway. Back to the villa it has everything that you need, the kitchen is fully stocked the bathrooms have towels and spare linen. The games room is excellent includes football table, fuseball and air hockey. There's also lots of films and board games for entertainment at night my dad loved the chessboard. The bedrooms are fantastic, large with bathrooms and walking dress rooms. The Villa is well looked after and maintained. I would definitely recommend this property and the only downfall was coming back home and look forward to returning back this beautiful Villa. It's the best one in The shire and has the best location. You will not be disappointed if you book this villa. Not to mention the management Ivan and Christine there always on the other end of the phone if you had a problem which we rarely never did. This was our 3rd stay at St Andrews Villa.. Once again this villa is in a perfect location with shops, bars, restaurants all nearby. The villa itself is first class with each room having adequate facilities for everyone.. The living areas are incredible and the bedrooms are a pleasure to sleep in. The pool area is well looked after and the privacy between the other villas is well appreciated, the lanai is a great for cooling down. Shirley and Clive are great to communicate with and any questions answered immediately. Ivan the property manager is always available should you require his assistance , we only needed him for a formal chat. This villa is superb and anyone staying here will not be disappointed. The only downside we had was, we never saw Freddie the alligator this time. Look forward to stay number 4.. Ps.. We (family of 6) stayed here 4 years ago and we got married on the balcony. So we decided to return. There is no other place in the world we'd rather be. The Vila is modern, beautifully clean, every facility you could wish for and in such a good position. This is pure opulence. The owners are fab to communicate with and the villa manager in Florida Ivan is fantastic. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Only downside is that we had to leave!

Our family party of six enjoyed a most enjoyable stay at St Andrews villa 27th May till 17th June 2017. It was everything that we hoped for and more. Clive professionally handled all aspects of our booking and was helpful and informative with our many enquiries. He was ably supported locally by Property Managers Ivan & Christine who were efficient and friendly during our time there. We have stayed at many villas over the last 20 years and this one ticks more boxes than any others. The villa is clean, well appointed, tastefully furnished and welcoming. The Shire is conveniently located for access to theme parks and other destinations via the interstate within the high quality and sought after West Haven development. The nearby Champions Gate area is excellent for grocery shopping, pharmacy and a number quality eateries. We especially recommend Cracker Barrel for breakfast under 5 mins drive away on Highway 27. The outlook from the pool deck, lanai and upper balcony is peaceful and soothing with an abundance of wildlife including many species of birds, rabbits, squirrels and racoons. We saw Fred the Gator six times during our stay. The magnificent 65 inch Ultra HD television and blue ray surround sound DVD system was a real bonus with a great selection of films for all ages. When we next visit the central Florida area St Andrews will be top of our list for accommodation so we will be sure to book in good time. It is easy to see why the villa is so regularly occupied and has so many positive endorsements from previous satisfied guests. We are pleased that we chose St Andrews as our base for our holiday and hope that Clive and Shirley will allow us to visit again. We have fond memories of our vacation and envy those who are still to visit!

Stayed here for 3 weeks family of 6 Got all the information on how to get to villa and codes for door etc in plenty of time. The property is gated which gives you the added security as well as the villa having its own alarm,was easy to find using Clive's directions,the villa is located in a quiet area and well kept. The shire is in one word luxurious throughout and is very spacious with plenty of seated areas,everything you would need is available it's like from home to home. The pool area is very large to the point when all six of us were outside there was still plenty of room and the pool was the cleanest I've seen in all the 5 villas we have been to.The games room was a great addition.we had a couple of minor issues that were resolved very quickly with Ivan who was there whenever you needed him. Our family loved the shire and were sad in leaving it but I'm sure we will be back as it's the best villa we've ever been in.

I would recommend this villa to anybody, It gets the sun from early morning to late evening and the view over the lake is great, Gated villa and very safe , details given by Clive were spot on We have been to Florida for the last 30 vacations and would rate this villa the best we have stayed in .

This was our second stay in this villa within the last two years and we are already planning our next visit. Our six year old daughter is counting down the months until she can return to the swimming pool and play in the games room. It really is a magical place to hang out, offering plenty of space for a family vacation, quiet location, which is within easy access to all the popular attractions, including Disney, Kennedy Space Centre and the Orlando Eye.

This was our 2nd visit to St.Andrews. and would like to take the opportunity to thank Clive and Shirley for sharing their home with us. Having stayed in many villas over the years, St Andrews beats them all. Once again we had a fabulous time. Being in a gated community The Shire is so quiet and peaceful. As you enter the villa, the wow factor just meets you. St Andrews is in an immaculate condition throughout and the facilities provided are more than adequate. Kitchen/living space/bedrooms /pool area all first class. We loved all the additions since our last stay..the huge TV was just like being at the movies. The fans and lighting under the lanai were very welcoming when sitting out at night. The games room is superb (the boys loved it) The bedrooms and bathrooms are amazing and the master bath tub with the jets was so relaxing. The location is excellent, with enough restaurants, bars, and supermarkets nearby. Just wish we could have stayed longer. Looking forward to our next visit. P's saw Freddie on our second day.xx

Just home from a 3 week stay in this fantastic villa and would highly recommend it. The villa was fabulous and well cared for. Has everything you need for your stay and Ivan was super quick at sorting the small problems we had. Close to all the parks and shopping malls but much more peaceful than some other Orlando areas and has fantastic scenery around the villa. Saw Fred the alligator a few times in the first week then he was very shy after that. Will definitely book this villa for any further Florida holidays x

We had a wonderful time at your villa. We have stayed in a number of villas in The Shire over the years, but your villa has been the best. So much so that we immediately tried to book it for next year, only to find it had already been booked. Ivan and Christine were very helpful. Our departure from Orlando was delayed by 1 hour due to the severity of the weather fronts, however we had lovely weather while on holiday and took your advice to visit Mount Dora. . We hope to stay in your villa again.

Dear Clive. We recently booked your home from 28th of April to the 2nd of June 2016. I must say we were overwhelmed with the home and the privacy around the pool area. We found the home clean, large and well maintained. I must add that the time you gave us from arrival to the villa and even sent a package to us that arrived after we had left was beyond the call of duty and care. I personally thank you for this. I travel all over the world, as a International Professional Soccer Coach & Scout, and must say myself and my family really enjoyed your home. I have stayed in the states for over 20 years, and this Villa has to be in my top three. So my best advice to anyone wanting to book a villa, please contact Clive as yes we have 10s of 1,000s of villas to choose from but many are not to the standard of this one. St andrews was a stunning villa, spotless, a massive house with lots of space for family and friends. You could not find a better location, 5 minutes from the interstate and 20minutes from disney. What a great villa to have just spent 2 weeks in and wishing we had not had to leave. The booking process was very easy and information sent promptly. The directions to the villa were accurate and we found it with ease. What a beautiful home to enter after a long flight,we were all amazed at the size of the villa and with 5 adults and 3 teenagers (bigger than the adults) it was perfect. The pool area was great and well used as was the games room by nightly pool competitions, great that the downstairs was so big that the winners could do a lap of honour!!! This is a villa we would return to,the location to Disney perfect and the local shops and resturants great.

We have been visiting Florida for the last 25 years and have stayed in a fair few villas from three bedrooms to eight bedrooms depending on our numbers!! We can honestly say that your villa, Clive and Shirley, is outstanding and one of our all time favourites. So much so that we are looking to re book again with you shortly. Your villa has everything that we look for ie: great location, comfortable facilities and lovely private pool area and outlook onto the lake. The villa feels very much like a home from home with all your personal touches. We especially love the photos of you with your dogs as we had to leave ours behind.

Most wonderful property in prime location, easy to find and was complete with all mod-cons ie tv dvd wifi fully equipped kitchen etc. A wonderful heated pool and jacuzzi to the rear patio gave hours of fun. For the more energetic, a games room was located inside the large garage. From the villa, all Disney parks and Universal studios were within easy reach.For those who like to eat out, a fantastic choice of restaurants was close by. A fabulous stay.

The villa was beyond our expectations, beautifully furnished and very private. Everything we needed was to hand. Spent a lot of time lazing by the pool and in the spa. Villa backs on to a lake where we could see turtles and other wildlife. Great games room. Sunset wonderful to watch in the evening when sitting by the pool with a nice glass of wine. A short car journey to Downtown Disney, International Drive and the parks and we even ventured a little further to the Gulf Coast and Mount Dora (highly recommended). All in all a fantastic holiday and we hope to return in the future.

We wanted to leave this review and take this opportunity to thank Clive and Shirley personally for the rental of their beautiful villa. From the moment of our original enquiry, communications were straight forward and the booking process extremely simple. The help, support and service provided was exceptional. This was a very important factor contributing to a wonderful family holiday. The pictures on the web page are good, but they do the villa no justice. It is a truly breathtaking and beautiful villa and it's also in a perfect location. From a practical perspective the layout was perfect for families to interact. There's a great open kitchen leading on to a lounge from which led double doors out in to the pool area. We enjoyed many a family meal out on the pool terrace enjoying the Florida sunshine. Davenport is a great location, especially Champions Gate which offers very good places to eat, shop and very importantly; quick, easy motorway (interstate) access to all the Disney parks and prime attractions. The villa was homely and comfortable offering an ideal place to relax after a busy day at the parks. The pool area is very private and doesn't back on to surrounding properties (it's in a quiet, gated community). During our stay, the villa more than comfortably housed 5 adults and 1 child. There was plenty of room (and spare rooms if any of us felt we needed a little "escape"). The balcony seating area accessed from the master suite was a great area to relax and unwind (and watch the labour day firework display held at a nearby hotel). My family and I cannot recommend this villa highly enough, mainly because of the standard of accommodation and also because of the owners genuine care and desire to help ensure that you have a great stay. If you're looking for an immaculate, spacious, luxurious villa, great quiet location (without dozens of other villas backing on to yours) AND within easy travelling distance to the parks, International Drive etc, then this is the villa for you. Having driven past most of the other highly recommended gated communities, "The Shire" at Westhaven beats them on location hands down. There's a variety of great restaurants, an amazing new IMAX cinema and a supermarket within five minutes drive if you really can't be bothered to drive further after a hard day of touristy activities! The villa itself backs on the a lake and the owner has planted hedges either side of the pool to guarantee privacy from the next door neighbours. For us, this was particularly important as we like a bit of peace and quiet in our down time. The owners were very professional to work with and gave a lot of useful information about the villa and surrounding area before we arrived. On arrival, the Villa was as described and scruptiously clean. It is clear that a lot of time, effort and thought have gone into providing facitilites that will enhance guest's stay. In conclusion, we really enjoyed staying in the villa and found it to be great value for money. So don't hesitate to book it, you won't be disappointed!

Our third year in a row staying at St Andrews villa, and we have even booked it for 2016 and 2017 so I guess that speaks for itself that we clearly like staying at this villa. Pool was as clean as always and we even got to see a gator again (not in the pool fortunately). Great villa and great location, and can't wait for next year's stay.

There was a simple booking procedure, with detailed, friendly and very helpful information from the owner prior to departure. Travel instructions from Orlando International Airport to the villa were clear and precise - we had no problem in finding our way. The sat nav provided in the villa was absolutely essential throughout our stay in Orlando. The villa was beautifully presented and looked even better than in the photographs and cd we had seen. It was very clean and well maintained and everything we could possibly have wished for was provided. It was very spacious and, in fact, we did not use the formal sitting room at all. We met the property manager on our arrival and, although I had mentioned to him on the phone a few days later that I would like to show him one or two things we noticed that were broken (e.g. an electrical socket, slats on the patio blinds, the chain attachment on the front door), we did not see or hear from him again. However, I would certainly recommend St Andrews Villa as a base for a family holiday in Orlando and we will certainly stay here again if it is available. I can't rate this villa high enough we have just returned from a 2 week family holiday and the villa was a huge highlight of this holiday. There were 7 of is us, 2 families with 3 boys. After a long day at the parks we loved nothing more than relaxing out by the pool and jacuzzi while the boys (ages 12-15) enjoyed the pool. There is ample space in the villa which meant everyone had their own space when needed. Stunning Location and central to supermarkets. You are located close to restaurants and also parks. I dealt with Clive directly from The outset of the booking and he went over and above to ensure the booking went with ease and ensured we had as much information as possible on Orlando. 5 Stars from the Gillespies

Clive and Shirley were most helpful sending loads of information before departure, all details were very accurate. Your villa is a credit to you, spotlessly clean and very well kept both outside and inside. The kitchen facilities were excellent, and the balcony was great to observe the wildlife.. Your pool was most welcoming on a warm day with plenty of space and adequate sun loungers. The covered lanai was a big plus for me to hide away in the shade if required. Overall the villa is in a great location with supermarkets, garages and restaurants very close by. The neighbourhood area was always quiet and felt very safe being in a gated community. Ivan was always available, (not that we needed him much) he was there even for a friendly chat. We have been to florida 11 times and this was certainly one of the better villas we have stayed in. We would most certainly return. Thank you for helping us to have a remarkable stay.

There is nothing to fault about this villa, the photos do not do it justice! It is absolutely stunning, and both the information we were given prior to arrival and what was available at the villa itself were so useful. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to stay in a villa which is close to everything Orlando has to offer.

Having collected our hire car from Orlando airport St Andrews Villa was an easy 30 minute drive down the Expressway. The villa was spotlessly clean and perfectly presented for our arrival. Spacious doesn’t begin to describe this villa and it easily accommodated our party of four adults and one 3 year old. There was an entire bedroom and bathroom that we didn’t even use. The rooms were huge and finished to a very high standard. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook evening meals which made relaxing after a long day at the parks that much easier. Backing directly onto the conservation area it really is very quiet and we really loved eating on the deck overlooking the lake. Our 3 year old daughter loved the pool which was safely gated from the deck to prevent her getting close without supervision. The majority of our days were spent at either Disney or Universal and both are an easy short drive away. We also took a drive over to the east coast and would thoroughly recommend Melbourne beach and Squid Lips Restaurant which overlooks the harbour. Overall we had a wonderful stay at St Andrews. We would recommend it to anyone and hope to stay there again ourselves in the future.

Just returned yesterday from a fantastic 3 weeks in Orlando and would like to thank you both very much for renting out your most fantastic villa to us. The villa was ideal and set in the best spot in The Shire overlooking the lake at the rear. The facilities in your villa were perfect including your fab games room and lovely pool and spa that we all loved. A special thanks to Ivan for sorting out some issues with the pool. Also at the start Ivan gave us use of your Garmin sat nav which I found very useful. Overall we had the most wonderful time and will cherish the memories forever. We are a party of 7, three generations of the same family and we all Love Florida! Our stay in St Andrews Villa was a fantastic experience, the villa is clean and well equipped with quality furniture, fittings and media equipment and the addition of Wifi was of great benefit to all the family - The pool is of good proportion clean and well maintained, the addition of a balcony off the master bedroom gives great views of the conservation area (and alligators/ turtles) + stunning sunsets. The community like the villa is immaculate and well maintained. The management agent is on hand and can be found on the estate every day (or by phone), he is friendly and approachable and deals with any issues promptly. Thanks also to Shirley and Clive for making the booking experience and related information they supplied a seamless experience.

Dear Shirley & Clive, we had a lovely time in your villa. The lake setting was great, we saw quite a few Fred's, little Fred, medium Fred and a big boy Fred and we also met a family of Racoons. Our holiday was made extra special. Due to this fabulous villa which sits in an ideal location with wonderful views over looking the lake where we caught site of the local wildlife, we were even lucky enough to see the resident Gator swimming across the lake. the stunning sunsets from the balcony is a must see. There is lots to do and plenty of shops near by. this was our second visit to this beautiful villa and we will definitely be returning. it was the best villa that we have stayed in within our 15 years of visiting Florida and I highly recommend staying here.

We have just stayed at St Andrews villa again (5th to 19th aug), and had just as good a stay as the last time. The villa was just as clean and well maintained as before, and the pool is probably the cleanest of all pools we have had at other villas we've rented in the past. We like this villa so much that we have booked it again for next year, so for us to stay 3 years in a row at the same villa speaks volumes of how we rate the villa.

If you are looking for a home to stay in then St Andrews Villa is the place. I don't think we could put in words how fantastic the villa is. It has everything and I mean everything you could ever want and even things you would not have thought about. It is beautifully furnished and I can honestly say it feels loved. It is 15 minutes from Disney and 25 from Universal. Easy access to the 192 and Hy27 with all the eateries you could need.It is 3 minutes from the I4 and a Publix. Clive was fantastic answering questions and giving us information before our stay. We found it very easily and even managed to see the alligator swimming a couple of times. The outside was great and the pool was equipped with pool toys which was a bonus. The villa was ready for our arrival and was immaculate. We loved the fact that each bedroom had their own bathroom and that there are 2 safes in the property too. Wifi was easy to access and great for the teenager in our party. The games room is very well equipped although we didn't use it that much. Ivan from the maintenance company popped in a couple of times to make sure everything was ok, another personal touch. The information from Clive and Shirley in the info book was just great and yet again a personal touch. The beds in the villa are all really comfortable .The master bedroom huge bed was so comfortable. The position of the villa is perfect too as you are secluded from everyone else. We will be back in fact I do believe we wouldn't stay anywhere else now! St Andrews Villa has spoilt us. I love the freedom a villa gives you and this villa makes it easy to have as much freedom as you like. This beautiful villa is somewhere you should really visit to actually see how wonderful it is. The whole process of booking the Villa was very easy. We were provided with plenty of information about how to get to the villa, pass codes, and other useful information prior to our visit. Villa was easy to find from the information provided. The Villa was immaculate and very well presented. All fixtures and fittings are of a very high standard. Kitchen was extremely well equipped and there was utensils to do all the cooking you wanted. Good to have separate crockery for outside. We loved the master suite, massive room,bed,bathroom and walk in wardrobe. An added bonus was the balcony which had 2 tables and 6 chairs. Great place to sit and look over the lake. Fantastic location and so quiet. Loved the pool and Jacuzzi. Temperature was just right. Great games room for whiling away a few hours playing pool. Useful literature about Florida in the lounge. 2014 editions as well. Management company were there on hand if you had any questions and very friendly. We could not fault it and wish it was our permanent home. Hopefully, we will return there for a longer stay one day.

This was villa was very very clean, & well equipped. The location is fantastic, views are fantastic, even saw the gator sunbathing!! Clive (owner) was very informative and responded to queries quickly. I have visited may villas and this was the best. We met Ivan (property manager) who is very very helpful, if we needed any help he was there within a shot. I would recommend this beautiful home to anyone not sure of the many villas there are to choose from.

What a fantastic villa. The owners provided great communication prior to the vacation. The home was lovely, even better than the pictures suggest. Ivan from the management company was very helpful on our arrival sorting out a very minor issue with speed and courtesy....a real 5 star service. The villa is on a wonderful plot over a nature reserve where you get you can spend your time gator watching......he is out there. We also saw Crane's and Racoons in the complex.....it was so tranquil. In my 19 visits to Orlando this is my joint favourite villa, I would recomend this property to other families visiting the Orlando area.

The main bedroom is the size of my son 's apartment! Every piece of equipment we needed. Didn 't have time to use clubhouse and garage pool table and other games left untouched. Very private and secluded with space for everyone. Easy to find and to get to theme parks. Very much home from home. And an alligator living in the lake out back. Fantastic!!!

We were really pleased with the villa and it is in a lovely location over looking a swamp, and we even saw a gator, a racoon and some turtles. Ivan the maintence man was very quick to respond to any issues, and even loaned us some tennis rackets and balls. We booked it for next year even before we went for the first time this year, but we are glad we did because it really is a lovely villa.

Dear Clive and Shirley, Just returned from your lovely Florida home. Thank you so much for the Champers and card you left for our wedding. It was very much appreciated. The wedding - like the rest of the holiday - went fantastically well and we shall have many lifetime memories. Your home is truly wonderful. The alligator seems to have lost his shyness and has been putting in regular appearances - people will start to think he's not real and that he's a radio-controlled model or something! A great base for a holiday in Florida, clean, spacious, quiet. Great views from the balcony, hot air balloons in the morning and the alligator in the afternoon. Clive and Shirley were very informative and helpful throughout the booking process. Highly recommended and we would definitely return.

Absolutely stunning villa in the shire at west haven.we have just returned from our holiday & can not express how fantastic our hoilday has been all thanks to our stay at this lovley home ecxellent location. And the stunning views of the Lake & conservation areas to the back are fabulous. This is the perfect villa to stay at whether you are visiting the parks or just want to relax and calm you're inner spirt. Our family has been visiting orlando for 20 years. And have to say this has been one of our best trip ever all thanks to our stay here at st andrews vila. I would like to thank clive & shirley for letting us stay in there beautiful home in orlando. Loved this villa, from the moment we walked in, it had the WOW factor. It was presented beautifully, is in a superb location. Within 20 minutes of the parks but you ere able to return to the peace and quiet when you wanted to relax. This villa is not overlooked with lovely views over the water where we had great fun spotting the alligator!! Would definately return here and would recommend to anyone.

A wonderful villa with views of the lake. The perfect base to explore Florida we spent several days by the pool enjoying the Florida sunshine. Ivan was very helpful and met us on ourfirst day to introduce himself and Shirley and Clive could not have been more helpful. The villa had everything we could need and more. The games room was great for the couple of hours of rain. Looking forward to going back again soon.

Thanks very much for the all the info you gave us for our trip to Florida. It was most useful. We have had an amazing time. The villa was fantastic and in a great location (only minor niggle was the pool fan/pump noise). Ivan was very kind in loaning us his Sat Nav which we would literally have been lost without. Was a bit of a shock to come back to frosty weather though. Hope to be able to return in the future.

I'm glad Ivan managed to sort something out with the sat nav - unfortunately the unit we normally have disappeared, I think some previous guests must have forgotten to remove it from their hire car before going back to the airport. Our holiday was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed being based at ‘St Andrews’ again, as it is such a great Villa and ‘The Shire’ is such a great location. Hopefully we can rent it again sometime in the future - so thanks again.

Excellent villa. There were 6 of us and there was more space than we could ever ask for. The photos don't do it justice and they made it look amazing. We've stayed in many villas in the Orlando area over the years and this was by far the best. It provided everything we could have asked for and more. Pool was great for the kids as was the games room. Ivan (property manager) was there within the hour to solve the only issue we had when the smoke alarms started beeping. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for somewhere in the area. Location was great too - only a couple of minutes from I4. Hope to return someday. Thanks for everything. We have been to Florida a number of times now and had thought we'd stayed in some great places until we stayed at your villa. What a fantastic place. Great views, big big house, very clean, Ivan was great with helping us with any problems we had. Hi Clive, thanks for the champange that was a lovely thought. The villa was absolutely beautiful, we loved it. The location was perfect and a bonus we saw a gator in the lake and a turtle. The villa was very clean and tidy and it was a wonderful holiday. Second week rained during day a lot but did not spoil it. Thanks again for a great celebration.

Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful villa. The children were ever so surprised on the morning of departure to find Nanna and Granddad in the airport taxi. We all had a wonderful time and the six year old, learned to swim in your pool, something he will remember forever. Funnily enough, his Brother learned to swim in Florida, in a villa’s swimming pool four years ago when he was six! There were no problems at all at the villa, we had to call Christine once to acquire a vacuum cleaner as we couldn’t find one, apparently Ivan had left it in another villa but that was soon sorted out and on the last day, we got ourselves locked out! Other than that everything was perfect!

We have visited florida for the past 20 years and stayed in villas in many different locations but this villa was one of the best. It is in a great location and well furnished and equipped by the owners. We would highly recommend this villa and hope to be back again later on in the year.

What a beautiful villa. The furnishing was of an excellent standard. We have visited Florida for past 7 years and we thoroughly enjoyed this villa the most. It is definitely a 5 star quality rating and we would highly recommend this home to anyone who wants to stay in an luxury villa. The outlook is tranquil and you are not overlooked to the rear by other villas. My children loved the pool and my husband enjoyed the games room. This master bedroom has a superb view and it was lovely just sitting and relaxing whilst enjoying a glass of wine on the veranda. My highlights was everything about the villa and we did not want to come home. We are hoping to re book again next year. The Management Company was fantastic and a special thank you too Ivan and Christine for ensuring that we had an amazing holiday and nothing was too much trouble for them. We highly recommend this villa and you will not be disappointed.

What a fantastic home you have! The kids loved the pool and the hedging makes it so private. It was great to sit and relax on the balcony watching the sun set and the wildlife - binoculars in one hand, glass of wine in the other!! The clubhouse and the large communal pool were great too but we didn't have enough energy to use the tennis courts!

I just wanted to say how much we all enjoyed our holiday in Florida, staying in your villa made it perfect. Huge compliments come from us all, your house is beautiful. It was an ideal size and in a great location. We felt especially reassured by its safety regarding the pool with us having 2 young children with us. Thank goodness for the gate, we would never have got them out the pool, they loved it! Thank you also for the groceries that were left for us. It saved us a supermarket trip after a very long day travelling. master suite to be very uncomfortable. I have left very positive feedback in the guestbook and your villa would definitely be my first choice of accommodation on our next trip to Florida.

Just a quick message to say how much we enjoyed staying in your beautiful house in Florida. We had an amazing holiday. Each day was packed with activities and it was so lovely to return to such perfect accommodation. Ivan was very friendly and helpful too!! We were lucky with the weather, only caught in showers one day. Most of the rain was during the night!! We also spent a much needed 4 night rest at the Harrington House Hotel on Anna Maria Island on the Gulf coast, and can also really recommend that for anyone looking for a contrast to the theme park experience! Thank you for all your help and advice before we went away too, it was much appreciated. I will definitely be recommending your villa to others!
