The Villas at Seven Dwarfs is a resort community located in Kissimmee, Florida just 4 miles from Disney World. All our accommodation on the Villas at Seven Dwarfs Lane are luxury town homes. This beautiful resort has a secure 24hrs gated and guarded entrance, huge heated swimming pool and spa with a huge patio sun deck for catching some rays.

Other facilities on the Villas at Seven Dwarfs include a kids splash pool, tiki snack bar, tennis, basketball and volley ball courts, kids playground, fishing deck and family picnic with BBQ area.

Inside the clubhouse there is a fully equipped gym, game room with pool tables and arcade machines, business centre with computer, fax machine and copying facilities (fee applied). There is also free WiFi available around the clubhouse so you can take your own ipad or laptop and easily share you holiday photos to facebook and make all your friends jealous.
