Our beautifully furnished 6 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, executive vacation rental home is located in the upmarket gated resort community of Watersong, overlooking conservation land to the front and rear.
This stunning villa has a 30' private pool and spa, is beautifully decorated, has an upgraded furniture package, massive 52" Cable TV with home theatre system and IPOD capability, free Wi-Fi internet access, and a Games Room. It is an ideal location for your dream holiday, offering a relaxing retreat after the excitement of Florida's many attractions.
The Watersong resort is surrounded by lakes and conservation areas with an abundance of wildlife. At its centre the resort boasts an elegant Clubhouse featuring a large communal pool, spa, gym, cyber cafe, mini golf, children's playground and volleyball court.
For the Golfers there are an excellent choice of golf courses locally, including the world famous Reunion Golf Course at Champions Gate, which is less than 10 minutes drive away.

The Resort
Watersong is a small, quiet and luxurious enclave of private homes with the amenities of a world class resort. Our guest have use of the elegant and spacious 6700 sq ft Clubhouse that hosts a Cyber Cafe, Fitness Centre, large resort style pool and spa, volleyball court, children's playground and picnic area. A concierge service is also available at the Clubhouse.
Neighbouring Villa
We own a further 3-bedroomed villa in Watersong, "ORANGE FLOWER" (Property No. 28 on this site), a short walk away from Orange Blossom. For a particularly large group of visitors there is the ideal opportunity to book both villas.
Security
Watersong is a gated community with good security. Our home is also secured by a fully monitored alarm system and has a safe for your valuables.

We have a full time professional local management team located just minutes away from Watersong who are available to assist you during your stay. They are available 24/7 in the event of an emergency.

Living
Family Room: This informal living area has a huge vaulted ceiling, overlooked by the gallery above and is open plan to the kitchen and the informal dining area. It is perfect for relaxing with the family, hosting a home theatre system with a 52" Cable TV that has some 90 channels and an IPOD connection.
Formal Lounge and Dining Area: A tasteful, quiet and comfortably furnished lounge with dining area attached.
Gallery on first floor: Quiet lounge area with sofa and reading desk.
Kitchen
Kitchen / Informal Dining Area: High specification, open plan kitchen with informal dining table. Equipped with all the appliances you could possibly need to make your stay a home from home - dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer with ice making facility, toaster, juicer/blender and coffee machine are just a few of the appliances available. There are also plenty of glasses, crockery and cutlery. The informal dining area overlooks the pool and conservation area behind the villa.
A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are available in the utility.
Dining
Our villa has a formal Dining Room as well as an informal Dining Area attached to the kitchen. If you prefer to eat al fresco, there is a large dining table and comfortable chairs on the patio area.
Bedrooms
Master Bedroom: The master bedroom contains a magnificent American king-sized four poster bed, a remote controlled HD cable TV, clock radio, ceiling fan, plenty of storage and a vast walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom features 'his and hers' washbasins, a fabulously large bathtub , a luxurious shower and separate WC. A hairdryer is provided and all towels are provided free of charge.
Master Bedroom 2: A beautifully decorated second master bedroom with a queen sized bed, ceiling fan, clock radio and large walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom is well fitted with a vanity unit, shower, bath and WC. A hairdryer is provided and all towels are provided free of charge.
Bedroom 3: A further lovely queen-size bedroom beautifully decorated and fitted with a clock radio, ceiling fan, ample built in wardrobes and chests.
Bedroom 4: (the green room): Twin bedded and fitted with a clock radio, ceiling fan and built in wardrobes.
Bedroom 5: (the red room): Twin bedded and fitted with a clock radio, ceiling fan and built in wardrobes.
Bedroom 6: (the blue room): Twin bedded and fitted with a clock radio, ceiling fan and built in wardrobes.
Bathrooms
Master Bathroom 1: The en-suite bathroom features 'his and hers' washbasins, a fabulously large bathtub , a luxurious shower and separate WC. A hairdryer is provided and all towels are provided free of charge.

Games Room
A great escape for kids of all ages! Our games room is equipped with a pool table, an air hockey table and a soccer table.
Pool
Cool off in our large 15ft x 30ft private pool or relax in the adjoining raised spa overlooking the surrounding conservation land. In the evening, create the perfect ambience with the patio and underwater lighting.
Pool heating is available, if required, for the cooler months.
Outside
Patio, Pool and Spa Area: Sundrenched for most of the day our large pool and spa are screened and overlook the surrounding conservation land.
The 40' x 10' Lanai is an excellent place to sunbathe and relax with a drink, or for the kids to play whilst protected from the sun. Complete with a large stone dining table and comfortable chairs it can also be used as an outdoor dining area.
Luxury chaise loungers are provided for sunbathing and relaxing between swims. Patio and pool lighting are available for you to enjoy the area long into the evening.

Location
Watersong Resort villas in Florida to rent direct from the owners. Located just off the HWY 17/92 in Davenport the Watersong Resort is an ideal place to explore all that the Orlando theme parks have to offer.
Somehting that I was only recently made aware of is that pretty much all of the Watersong Villas back on to conservation area. This is very unusual and means you are not overlooked by other homes. So if you are looking for a private pool area then the Watersong Resort is the place to stay.

Watersong Resort is gated community set back from the HWY so very quiet yet still only minutes from shops and restaurants.
The great thing about staying in one of our Watersong Villas is the 6,700sq ft clubhouse which is open to all guests and features a cyber cafe, fitness center, volleyball court, kids play area and large resort style pool and hot tub. We have privately owned Watersong villas ranging in size from 3 bedrooms to 7 bedrooms. Watersong Resort is a great place to rent your families self catering villa. Update April 2023: There is a now a Publix supermarket at Loughman Crossing and two gas stations located on the juction of HWY54 / HWY1792. There are also a few food options from Burger King and Hungry Howies as well as an Asian restaurent called Lins Asian Bistro which serves Japanese, Chinese & Thai mains, along with sides, starters & drinks.
If you are looking for more restaurant options then Champions Gate is your best option which is 6 miles away. Just drive up HWY54 for about 5 miles and then turn right to Champions Gate. Here you have about 10 different restaurants to choose from.
