Living
An attractive open plan layout features throughout the villa. The family room is stylishly furnished with a brand new comfy corner suite. For the family to enjoy, while watching family movies on the large wide screen tv.
Being situated at the rear of the villa it has easy access via the patio doors onto the lanai and pool area. A ceiling fan overhead helps circulate the air conditioning throughout the home.

Kitchen
Conveniently located between the formal dining area and the bright breakfast nook seating for 4, at the front of the property. The kitchen is a great size and fully equipped to make preparing the family dinner a real pleasure. Well stocked with everything to prepare home from home meals.

Breakfast Nook, with a table seating 4. Overlooking the landscaped garden to the front of the villa. A lovely spot for coffee and casual breakfasts. Leading on from the opposite side of the kitchen is the formal dining area providing a comfortable dining experience for 6.
Bedrooms
Master Suite – with king bed. Overlooking the pool to the rear of the villa, the suite is well appointed and tastefully furnished with modern decor, wall mounted TV and en-suite bathroom.
Guest Master - with queen bed, furnishings and tv. With en-suite, with ensuite and convenient access to the villa's private pool.
Bedroom 3 - Presented with 2 twin beds (singles) in modern decor, ideal for children, teenagers/adults alike. Continuing with the excellent modern decor with generous oak furnishings, closet and TV entertainment.
Bedroom 4 – With 2 twin beds (singles) room in chocolate and aqua style furnishings with tall chest, large wardrobe and TV.
Each of the bedrooms has a ceiling fan to assist in circulating the air conditioning, to ensure your comfort all year round.
Bathrooms
Master en-suite comprising of a garden tub, walk in shower and 'his & hers' twin vanity. Walk in closet.
Queen en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, single vanity and WC. Access door to the patio/pool deck.
The main family bathroom neighbours both bedrooms 3 and 4 and offers a combo tub/shower, single vanity and WC.
Games Room
Newly re-furbished Games Room with a brand new Shuffle Board, Connect 4 and Tic, Tac Toe.
Pool
Outside the conservation backdrop offers a lovely view from the pool area as you relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine, in one of the sunloungers. Alfresco dining is also a real treat under the shaded lanai, sat at the table watching the children and adults enjoying a dip in the pool.
Pool & Spa can be heated upon request. Please enquire at the time of booking.

The nearest course is Champions Gate which currently offers two Greg Norman designed layouts called the National and International with a third course called the Country Club at Champions Gate now open.
Next would be Highlands Reserve which is less than 5 minutes away and has only one water hazard so a great place to start before heading to one of the tougher Greg Norman courses.
Other golf courses within 15 minutes are Southern Dunes and Mystic Dunes all of which are great layouts and a challenge for golfers of every skill level.

Driving Distances from the Shire at West Haven to the Orlando Theme Parks
We have added the actual driving distances to all the main Orlando theme parks below, these are not the distances to the main gate which most people quote, as this would reduce the distance, but to the actual car park for each attraction. Most of the jouney to the parks are on highways or interstates driving between 55-65 MPH so it's pretty quick to get to all the parks.

While staying on the Shire at West Haven you will probably be looking for nearby restaurants. The closest place (less than 5 minutes) would be Champions Gate Village which has a number shops, gas stations and restaurants. The weekly rate quoted above is based on a low season stay and includes local taxes. Please contact us through the site for a personalised quote based on your dates which are open until a deposit has been paid. Optional pool heating can be added (especially for the winter months). If booking within 8 weeks of arrival then payment is due in full, otherwise you can secure your dates with a 20% non-refundable deposit.

Amazing Holiday Home!
We arrived home on Monday from our 2 weeks holiday, we just wanted to say thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful villa for our holidays it was amazing, none of us wanted to leave there, it is probably the nicest holiday property we have ever stayed in. We are hoping to return again one day soon and it could possibly be all of our family so 6 adults and 4 children we will be in touch when we're ready to book and hopefully you will have accommodation for us!

Christmas stay
This was our second vacation at this home. It is very well equipped, and maintained. We were provided with detailed rental info well in advance, as well, there is a binder inside the home that provides information for the rental home and area. The location is convenient to grocery stores and restaurants, and very quiet. The local management company was very attentive. Would definitely recommend this property .

Fantastic!
I just wanted to let you know we had a fantastic holiday in Florida and to say the villa at The Shire suited us really well. It was a really lovely villa and has obviously been well maintained and was very well equipped. We loved the pool area with the view of the conservation area especially. It was so relaxing first thing in the morning sitting out by the pool listening to the frogs and birds around the lake. We were also lucky with the weather as there was very little rain at all this time. We are thinking of going back to Florida next summer for longer - maybe 3 weeks - and would certainly look to book this villa again or at least a similar villa in the West Haven area so we may be in touch with you again!

The Perfect Villa
This is our 3rd stay in Florida and this has been our favorite villa so far it is situated in the perfect location, really handy for all of Orlando's attractions. The accommodation is beautifully presented and immaculate and everything you need is there . Claire is a delight to deal with and responded to any queries relating to the booking without delay. I would highly recommend this property and we will be looking to book it again in Sept 2016
