Tuscan Ridge Villa | Exceptional, Updated & Private 5 Bed 3 Bath

I can’t describe the pristine condition of this beautiful house. There is nothing it does not have! This was my third stay at Tuscan Ridge and each time it gets harder to leave. I love the private neighbourhood. The location is fabulous and close to everything. The pool is gorgeous. I will never stay anywhere else in Florida.

We rent every year in Orlando & all agreed that this was the most comfortable & luxurious villa we had ever stayed in. It ticked so many boxes for our 2 family’s. 2 separate sleeping areas for each family. All on one level. Amazing, very private pool & spa area. Huge, very well stocked kitchen. My teen loved the games room. A few minor issues were resolved very quickly. Ana was very attentive to any questions & kindly allowed us to extend our stay due to a late flight home. We are already planning our return.

The Villa was to a very high standard, immaculate, had all you needed and more, even a cool box and ice pack for going to the beach, very spacious and private, the local area and surroundings to a very high standard, cannot recommend this villa enough, we would return in a heart beat, we have stayed in villas more than 2o times and this has to be the best, Ana was most helpful and accommodating, due to the hurricane we could only stay for 10 days Ana even offered for us to stay on for the extra days at no charge, due to flights we could not extend the stay, Thank you Ana for all your help

What an amazing property. We spent 3 wonderful weeks at your villa and wished we could stay longer. The location was so quiet and tranquil with the additional the privacy around the pool, you would never know that you were in Davenport. The facilities within the property where all what you needed for a home from home, we wanted for nothing. The pool was perfect, and the sun deck and lanai were well used thought-out our stay. The games room was a great, however not used to its maximum as the pool was so good. All the rooms and furniture were of a high standard and kitchen was well equipped with every room having good entertainment and internet. We have stayed in many villas over the years and can say without hesitation that this was by far the very best. I would very much like to return in the future. The house is divided into two “wings” allowing each family to have privacy and their own bathrooms. It is spacious and comfortable and have every amenity. We would highly recommend this option to those going to Disney. We stayed at Ana’s beautiful home for a week and we had the best time. Such a spacious home. We were able to enjoy the pool every day. A definite MUST if you are in Florida during the summer. The evening lighting was spectacular and those palm trees in the yard made us feel like we were at a resort. It was on the Orlando side that had WAY less traffic which saved us a lot of time after long days at Disney. Grocery stores were nearby and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. This is our second visit to this villa and we can literally not fault the home or the owner. Ana (owner) supported us through 2 date changes due to Covid, but kept in touch through the 2 year wait. This visit was just 4 of us, but previously there were 6. There is plenty of room for everyone with formal and informal dining as is the living space. The villa is warming, inviting and literally does feel like home. Housekeeping is amazing and the help the management company give is second-to-none. We will be booking again very soon and would recommend to everyone.

From start to finish, my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience with this home. Ana was an absolute pleasure to work with, and very communicative. The property managers were hands on and available for any needs or concerns. The layout of the property is a huge plus for multiple families and children. We spent an amazing week here and are already planning a longer return trip. The villa was perfect! It was immaculate and had everything we could need! From the pure amount of space, beautiful decorations, pool and hot tub, game room (my kids spent so much time in there), to the safety alarms to the pool deck (amazing feature to have with children), full size washer and dryer and the fully equipped kitchen, everything was perfect! It is a wonderful location to Disney and all of the other Orlando attractions. It is close enough to be able to make park opening with ease but far enough away to not be in the more crowded "tourist" areas! Ana was wonderful to work with and responded immediately if we needed anything or had any questions! We highly reccomend this villa!

We have just returned from spending 2 weeks in this property. What can I say - a beautiful home, relaxing pool, tremendous games room, exceptionally quiet, and everything we needed was available or on the doorstep. Ana, the owner, was very flexible in allowing a later departure time which greatly simplified travel arrangements. Close enough to Disney to allow easy access (30 mins) and far enough away to allow you to escape from the crowds. No hesitation in recommending this property.

There are very few words to describe the luxury this home has to offer. The house was immaculate, perfection doesn’t do the description justice. Anything I needed to reach Ana for (and there wasn’t much) she responded to immediately. The safety features in the home for children were spot on. Beautifully decorated, fully accommodating. I miss the house so much and am looking forward to spending a minimum of 1 week every year there. Thank you Ana for making this a dream vacation.

We loved everything about this villa! We were a party of 4 with elderly Mom & Dad and the villa was perfect! So easy for our parents to move around and no stairs was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable! The pool was relaxing and warm and had sun on the deck all day! The back yard is very private with trees and tall shrubs surrounding the pool enclosure so you feed you are in your own oasis! The landscape lighting is fantastic at night and created a wonderful mood! We will be back! Thank you Ana for keeping up such a lovely villa!

We have has a absolutely wonderful stay in this beautiful villa! It truly was home away from home and there was nothing we wanted for! We actually looked forward to coming home each day and very often opted to in in as it was so easy to cook with such a well equipped kitchen and great BBQ! We were not disappointed! This is about the 5th time to a Tuscan Ridge villa and It was a lovey home away from home and exceeded all our expectations. There were plenty of everything you need for a fantastic holiday. We particularly liked how clean and very comfortable this home was. Yet again this villa was being looked after by CGV who we have found to be exceptional in the way they look after their clients homes. The homeowner, Ana was very nice to deal with and answered all my questions quickly and honestly. The villa was nice and private with night time lighting around the garden, which was very pleasant when enjoying a meal out by the pool during the evenings. Tuscan Ridge is a small community of very well designed homes on larger than average lots. This is certainly a villa we would recommend to our friends and family, We like it so much we are now looking to buy our own home in Tuscan Ridge! Thanks Ana for such a lovey holiday.

Villa is exceptional in every way! From clean comfortable bedrooms/bathrooms to a very well stocked kitchen, loads of fresh towels/linen. Pool, Spa and deck area just perfect and could accommodate more than the 7 of us with ease. Communication with the owner was friendly, helpful and prompt. As a Family with 5 kids, 3 of them with additional needs, the Villa was very important for us as it had to make them feel safe, relaxed and comfortable with the environment both inside and out, including the neighbourhood. We had a fantastic vacation in Florida and a large part of it was where we were staying. Your villa was amazing! A real home away from home. We actually spent more time at the villa than I expected we would, all because of how comfortable we felt. There were days when we would get up in the morning and ask the kids if they wanted to go and do something and they were quite content with hanging out at the villa. We absolutely loved our time in Florida and this Villa was the key to making this trip relaxing after a busy day at the Parks! The Villa is located about 20 minutes from Disney but it was wonderful to drive a few minutes to get away and enjoy this beautiful home. The amenities and pool are fantastic. My family and I recently stayed at this amazing Orlando villa. It exceeded our expectations in every way. We arrived to find a clean and inviting home that has very generously sized rooms. We found that it was exactly what our family needed. Away from all the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. Hi, we absolutely loved this villa from the photos for our 3 generation visit to Orlando but were overjoyed to see it real life and it is better than the photo's! The villa is spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and the backyard is very private. The BBQ was great and we used it daily. The pool and spa were fantastic after a long day at the parks. This was the 1st time our family stayed in this Villa. It was unbelievable. The kids had a blast in the pool, played in the games room and lounged in the backyard in the screened in porch. This Villa is spacious, has everything you need and is located down the road from Disney. We were able to go back and forth to Disney with ease. We just got back from this villa on Sunday. We were there for a week. It was amazing! We were a small party, just my husband, our daughter who turned 4 during our visit and myself- and as roomy and spacious as the villa was, we never felt disconnected! It was great for our small party, and would be wonderful for a larger party! The villa was spotless and very well equipped with everything we needed and more! We would like to try and make this an annual visit and would absolutely invite family and friends to join us! Its location was amazing, and the perfect proximity to Disney and all the parks- a really easy 15-20 min drive- but far enough that when you wanted to just relax in the beautiful pool in the back yard, you are far enough away from the hustle and bustle! We stayed in this villa in april 2013, there was 3 couples and 2 children. As soon as we walked in we just had big smiles we loved it, was so nicely decorated and clean and spacious! The pool area is lovey with sunshine all day and we got lots of use from the bbq! Nice big kitchen with everything you would need! I went here to celebrate new year and a family reunion. We were a family with young kids and adults and seniors. All of us loved the place. Ana, the girl who I interacted with before, during and after my stay seems like a wonderful person and I would definitely go here again. Infact, the villa was the best part of our trip as coming 'home' from the tiring disney days, we enjoyed the peace and relaxed vibe that was given away by this beautiful home and its great furnishings. The pool water did feel a little cold even if we had the heating on, but it was fine once you were in. And hey, it was December-January time - so I have no complaints about that. Had a great 2 week stay in this villa in September.Its situated just off the highway 27 in a quiet nicely kept residential area.Our party consisted of 5 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space within the villa. It is fully equipped with everything you need and more! Ana was always on hand to answer any problems or concerns we had and dealt with them quickly and efficiently. The pool was lovely to come back to after a busy day at the parks. We would recommend the Cracker Barrell for delicious southern american food, less than 5 mins away. Highlight of our holiday was swimming with dolphins at Discovery Cove. One of our "best ever" experiences.

The location of the villa is located perfectly, only 15-20 minutes away from the Disney area. The children (5 and 4 years) loved playing in the pool. This is a beautiful villa, a true home from home. We spent two fantastic weeks here in May 2012, and are already planning a return trip. The furnishings are very comfortable and plush - which is highly needed after a day at the parks. The pool is wonderfully private place and fantastic for a relaxing dip. We will be back!

Spacious, Beautifully clean, Quality modern fittings, everything worked. We used this villa for a base during the first week of our holiday and could not have asked for more. 20 minutes drive to disney car parks, local restaurants no more than 5 minutes away. If you want a relaxing comfortable place to stay you cannot go wrong here. The only worry we had was the lack of a south facing pool but this was qenuinely not a problem. The owner obviously really cares about the property. Thanks

It is always a concern whether you have picked the right property for your holiday. But this property was absolutely brilliant, anyone hiring this villa should have no concerns whatsoever. The location, close to US 27 was very convenient for the I4 and Disney parks and also Chillies Tex Mex restaurant, a favourite of ours. The villa on arrival was very clean and well presented. Plenty of space for the six adults and two children who were in our party. The beds were comfortable and our master bedroom was enormous with a bathroom to match. A television in almost every room helped provide some welcome privacy for us all at times. The kitchen had everything one could wish for, with plenty of cooking utensils and dishes for the largest of parties. There were plenty of good quality towels for the bathroom and also the pool towels that were supplied were much appreciated. There were fans in each bedroom and also the main lounge, which is a great feature to have in addition to air conditioning. The pool, we arranged for it to be heated, was a big hit with the youngest of our party of 20 months to the oldest at 87 years. The deck area had the right mix of sun and shade and was ideal for the youngest of our party. The garage was converted into a games room and was again a great addition although we did not use it that much. We spent almost 5 weeks in the villa on our vacation and we were very satisfied with our selection. Would we return again, you bet!.

We were fortunate enough to spend two weeks at this lovely home during Aug/Sep 2011 and it was wonderful. The location is perfect for accessing Disney parks and other theme parks, with straightforward access to I4 and other Orlando attractions. Local amenities are good, with shops, restaurants and good quality golf courses within minutes. The villa itself was perfect. It's finished to an immaculate standard and provided a wonderful home base for the best holiday we have ever had. There were days when we were happy to go no further than the front door and enjoy. True home from home. We already planning how quickly we can return. Ana the owner is great. Easy to deal with, timely and accurate and genuinely nice.

This is THE house!! Clean,well maintained,great pool, spacious house. Everything you need is there. Even the garage is a great place. We spent two weeks in this house,and everything was more than OK. Tuscan Ridge is close to the I4, so Disney and all the other entertainment is within 20 minutes available. Think, we will come back!! Thank you owners for letting us in.

This was our second time staying at this beautiful Villa. We had a larger group this time. Two families making up 12 people all together. The Villa was more than comfortable and met everyone's needs. The amenities are first class and the standard in which this property is kept would rival any 5 star resort. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, the well appointed rooms and all the local attractions. Disney, Sea World, and more are only minutes away. The beach is a easy drive- to the Atlantic coast about 50 minutes or Tampa about 1hr 15 minutes. Renting this Villa has been absolutely wonderful and we can't imagine visiting Florida any other way. Thanks again for the great experience.

The owners of this wonderful villa have given great consideration to the needs of the holiday maker. The villa is well presented, very spacious (we numbered 11, from Scotland and Canada, and there was more than enough space without feeling cramped) and well located for easy access to all the theme parks. Can't recommend this villa highly enough.

What a fantastic villa. We stayed at this villa for 3 weeks from 25th June 2011. From the moment we arrived we knew we had made the right choice. Everything was immaculate and provided all the essentials for a perfect holiday. The pool was fantastic and plenty of fun was had by us all. There were 6 of us in total and there was plenty of room for us all, in fact we were spoilt. The villa is situated in a great place, ideal for all parks and has plenty of nice restaurants to try nearby. Ana and her family should be very proud as they provided us with an excellent base for our dream holiday. We would definately return next time we visit Orlando. What a fabulous time we had at this villa. When we walked through door we were bowled over by just how wonderful it is. It certainly has the WOW factor and the website photos do not do it justice. We immediately felt at home and we wanted for nothing.Everyday on returning from a hectic day at the Parks it was like coming HOME. It is fabulously well equipped, spacious and very tastefully decorated. Our young boys loved the pool, their rooms and the games room. We will certainly be recommending your villa to all our friends..just keep it free for us in 2013 when we are hoping to return..fingers crossed. Thanks again for making our trip to Florida so special. You have a beautiful place and should be very proud of it!!

Just spent 6 glorious nights here. We have stayed in many villas in Orlando and this was the best! Clean, modern, with quality fittings, and very well equipped. Tuscan Ridge is ideally placed for Theme Parks, supermarkets and Restaurants. Wished we could have stayed longer!

The moment we walked into this home we knew are vacation was going to be perfect. The property is in imaculate condition and has all the amenities one would find in any upscaled property.The pool and spa were both refreshing and relaxing and all furnisings were top notch.The owners spared nothing to ensure we were well taken care of . We had a party of ten people( 3 children and 7 adults) and there was plenty of room for everyone.Excellent location close to all attractions. Tops marks to the owners

This is a spacious and beautiful home! We didn't want to leave! The game room was great for both the kids and adults. We loved sitting by the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. There was plenty of privacy. We were close to every hot spot in Orlando! This is a great home and we will definitely stay there again!

If you need a great place to stop, then this is the villa for you. Top quality villa, with quality furnishings and beautifly designed. Everything you need and more. Great location in Davenport. Set in a nice quite estate. Appx 15 mins to disney. Supermarkets close buy.

The house is beautifully decorated, clean and with all the amenities needed. Very quiet and the covered pool was great, many wonderful dinners outdoors. We were close to several malls, beaches and restaurants. Had a wonderful relaxing time. Very close to waterparks and fun things for kids to do. Would definitely come back in the winter months Jan - March to relax, soak up the sun and get away from the cold brutal winters in Canada. Rates were very reasonable.

The villa is on a large plot with beautiful landscaped plants in a wonderful peaceful and tranquil setting. The area is quite stunning with lots of viewing of beautiful birds and plants. The rooms are beautifully decorated,clean and welcoming. There are lots of comfortable chairs and loungers for sunbathing and table and chairs for outside dining by the deck and large pool and spa (jacuzzi).. There is also a gas barbeque for guests to use. A golfer's paradise..many golf courses near by. Can't wait to revisit again soon..

The home was immaculate from the moment we opened the door we knew this was going to be a great week. There was nothing short of fun clean and all the conveniences of home. We were 4 guests and had a great time. Orlando 30 minutes away Tampa 1hr 20 we love the neighbourhood and the golf courses. We are going back in March.

We stayed August 2010 for 1 week, we had a total of 8 people in the house and it was big enough for all of us!!! This house is ideal for kids and large families, there is something for everyone. Our family (mom, dad and three kids)stayed at this beautiful property in July, 2010. The house is in immaculate condition and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The property is ideally located within 20 minutes of Sea World, Disney, Aquatica, etc. Shopping and grocery stores are around the corner. Each room is beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need! We would definately return to this property and recommend it to others. Also, for those with small children the property offers a play pen, high chair and even baby monitor... the pool area also has an alarm system to alert you if a child enters the area. We really appreciated all the ammenities. Thank you.
