Living
To the rear of the home is the lounge area styled in neutral tones with contrasting lime accent wall nautical artwork and co-ordinating window treatments. Offering immediate access and lovely views of the pool via the sliding patio doors. The spacious room easily accommodates a sofa suite consisting of a three seater, large single seater and a contrasting accent chair, mahogany dark wood furniture includes 2 side tables each with lamp lighting and low media unit with flat screen TV.
Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped with matching stainless steel American style fridge-freezer, microwave and conventional oven, dishwasher and a variety of gadgets to cook your favourite family meal.
The utility room has a washer and drier for all your laundry needs with linens and towels provided.
Dining
Adjacent to the kitchen, the formal dining area seats 6, dressed with co-ordinating window treatments to bring through the accents of the lounge. An additional breakfast table in the kitchen is set for 4 and overlooks the gardens to the front of the home from three bay windows. Whilst the more casual breakfast bar can seat an additional 4, ideal for family interaction with the head chef!
Bedrooms
The 1st Master Bedroom overlooks the pool and has been styled in relaxing tones with ornate dark wood furnishings including a King Size Bed, 2 nightstands each with lamp lighting, wardrobe and a large chest of drawers with wall hung flatscreen TV. The ensuite bathroom has His and Hers sinks, separate soak tub and walk in shower.
The 2nd Queen Master Bedroom styled in tropical neutral soft furnishings offers a warm, inviting room to relax in. The room has matching cream wood furnishings including nightstand offering lamp lighting, plus additional wardrobe space. The wall hung flatscreen TV gives you the option to get away from it all in the tranquil room! The ensuite shower room offers a double width walk in shower and single sink vanity, with direct access to the pool.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are bright rooms each with twin beds, large chest of drawers and nightstands with lamp lighting. Each bedroom also has a flatscreen TV.
Both the twin bedrooms neighbour the family bathroom, with single sink vanity and shower over bath where the neutral tones of the room contrast to the bright spots of the shower curtain and co-ordinating wall art.

Pool
The SOUTH FACING pool and raised in ground spa offers plenty of space for the whole family, to either top up their holiday tan or rest in the shade of the covered lanai. The villa is equipped with 2 sunloungers and 2 oversized reclining chairs with matching footstools, plus table seating for 4 people.
A child safety fence offers protection for smaller guests.

West Haven Clubhouse - As part of your stay on the Shire at West Haven you have private access to the onsite clubhouse with large pool, gym and tennis courts included FREE of charge.

The nearest course is Champions Gate which currently offers two Greg Norman designed layouts called the National and International with a third course called the Country Club at Champions Gate now open.
Next would be Highlands Reserve which is less than 5 minutes away and has only one water hazard so a great place to start before heading to one of the tougher Greg Norman courses.
Other golf courses within 15 minutes are Southern Dunes and Mystic Dunes all of which are great layouts and a challenge for golfers of every skill level.

Driving Distances from the Shire at West Haven to the Orlando Theme Parks
We have added the actual driving distances to all the main Orlando theme parks below, these are not the distances to the main gate which most people quote, as this would reduce the distance, but to the actual car park for each attraction. Most of the jouney to the parks are on highways or interstates driving between 55-65 MPH so it's pretty quick to get to all the parks.

While staying on the Shire at West Haven you will probably be looking for nearby restaurants. The closest place (less than 5 minutes) would be Champions Gate Village which has a number shops, gas stations and restaurants. We have put together a list of Champions Gate Restaurants so you know what's available.

Excellent service and levels of detail. Claire has been brilliant through the entire process from selecting the villa, to moving the dates - if only all booking agents were as proficient! I have been renting Villas in Orlando for 20 odd years and "stumbled" across Claire via VR360 - so glad I did, now have a new go to! We stayed at The Shire at Westhaven, great location for all thing Universal and Mickey, plus everything else that central Orlando has to offer. The Best
We spent a week in November/early December this year at a villa in “The Shire at West Haven”. We have stayed in a few villas in this area over the years, but this was the best for cleanliness and interior decor and amenities. It was very nice indeed. Claire from Villas In Florida 2 Rent was very pleasant and efficient right from our initial enquiry and provided all the details that we needed in a timely manner. She also provided lots of additional information in relation to park tickets, rental cars, paying for gasoline using a UK credit card etc. We were very impressed by her attention to detail and certainly intend to book through Claire for future visits to Orlando. This is our 2nd visit to this villa, a very special place. Thank-you to Claire who has been in touch during our visit. The villa has been immaculate as usual. The weather has been hot and changeable. Hurricane Ian was an experience! We survived with no power cuts or flooding! or injury! All down to life's experience. Our ages vary from 22 - 63 and we all have loved our holiday. Lovely Villa
Been to villas many times. This villa was lovely with everything we needed. I found that we were able to use all the space in the villa and the pool area was great. We had 3 cranes visit us every morning. We like them but not sure they liked us! The villa is in a great area for us as we like Champions Gate and is only 20 minutes from the parks. Thanks for being amazing hosts - nothing is too much trouble! We live in Crane Drive at home so the Sandhill Crane family were very entertaining and appropriate. The property was fantastic with excellent facilities and south facing for those who love the sun. The villa looks out on to a green open view with the clubhouse facilities comprising a gym, large swimming pool and tennis courts which we used most days only a 50 yard walk away. The Shire is lovely and quiet, very private and yet within easy reach of all the main attractions. The villa was easy to find even after a long flight.
The villas has been beautifully maintained and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It was fully equipped for all our needs and cable TV in all the rooms. The pool was lovely and warm, the extra payment for heating the pool was well worth it considering it was November when we stayed.
We would recommend this villa to anyone who wants the creature comforts and more of home, prefers a quieter location but within easy reach of all the attractions that the Orlando area has to offer.

Excellent vacation home
Prior to our departure, we were given the necessary check-in details and didn't have any problems finding the management office or the villa.
The villa was absolutely fantastic and we instantly fell in love with it as we stepped in.
One could easily see that the owners of it put much effort into creating a thorough space concept since everything looked really inviting and harmonious.
It just felt like home away from home.
Everything was clean and we don't have anything to complain about.
The pool and the jucuzzi were two of the highlights of the villa because they embodied the perfect way to top off the amazing time in the area.
To sum it up, we loved every second of our stay and can recommend it unequivocally to anyone.
