Overview
This beautifully presented home is located on Calabay Parc at Tower Lakes a gated community set next to a large natural lake which boasts a boat ramp and fishing jetty popular for catching bass!
There are 5 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. Two master bedrooms have king size beds, two bedrooms have queen beds and one room has twin beds. The den has a queen sofa bed. When not enjoying the pool and spa, you can enjoy the fully equipped games room or just relax in comfort watching TV or a DVD or just listening to music on the stereo.
This is a quiet and tranquil home in a setting that is conveniently located for all the theme parks, beaches and golf courses central Florida has to offer.
Facilities
This home is strictly no smoking. All bedding, towels and linens are provided.
Check out time is 10am on day of departure
Check in time is 4pm on day of arrival
Living
The bright spacious living room has plenty of seating and the sliding doors will take you out to the patio and pool. The floor is tiled with a rug under the coffee table. A flat screened TV with basic cable is provided.
There is a separate Den area with sofa bed, flat screen TV, DVD player and games.
Kitchen
There is plenty of cupboard space and all of the necessary appliances you need to prepare snacks of full meals.
Dining
There is a formal dining area just off the living room with seating for 6/8 people.
The breakfast nook in the kitchen has seating for 4 people and breakfast bar has seating for 3 people. There is also an adacent loveseat for 3 people.
Bedrooms
There are 2 en suite king size bedrooms on the ground floor, both have flat screen TV's and wardrobes. The main master is poolside with a walk in closet and the 2nd master is at the front of the house.
The 2 queen en suite bedroom rooms have wardrobes and TV's and are upstairs, 1 faces the front of the house and the other poolside.
The twin bedroom en suite has a walk in wardrobe and faces the front of the house. There is no TV in this room.
Bathrooms
The main downstairs master en suite has duel sinks, a garden tub and separate shower and toilet.
The second downstairs en suite has a bath, with shower over tub, sink and toilet.
The upstairs front of house queen en suite has sink, shower and toilet.
The poolside queen en suite has sink, tub, shower over tub and toilet.
The twin en suite has sink, tub, shower over tub and toilet.
Games Room
Games room is equipped with a pool table, air hockey, foosball table and table tennis table.
Pool
There is a pool and spa with a child safety fence in place.
The pool can be heated on request and for an additional daily charge. We recommend you have the pool heated from October through to April/May.
Outside
All furniture on the patio is Palm Casual. Table seats 6 people and there are an additional 2 seats.
Garage
The garage is converted into a game room. There is parking on the driveway for 2 cars.

Note: If you are looking for Calabay Parc please click on the link as this is Calabay Parc at Tower Lake. They both located on HWY 27 in Davenport but are about 10 miles apart. Calabay Parc at Tower Lakes is located close to Southern Dunes and Ridgewood Lakes where as Calabay Parc is 10 miles further North on HWY27 and is close to Hampton Lakes and Highlands Reserve.
