For the Summer Break, we have this "Summer Place" for your vacation!!!
The house is a combination of design, creativity, and uniqueness is never seen before. Discovering Disney is accessible in less than 10 minute drive. The interior is impressive, with a spacious luxury living room and a fully furnished kitchen that was recently upgraded and boasted a Granite counter and a large island. Private pool, four comfortable and stylish bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms. A fantastic children's playground that your kids will love a lot.

Extra charge if you'd like to use:
- Heated pool: $45/day for the full length of stay, if booked in advance/before your stay. If booked during your stay, $50/day (4 days minimum).
- Grill: $45 for the cleaning fee. The propane and gas tank are self-catering.
You feel the pool water very chilly during cold nights in the morning and possibly early afternoon. Due to the cold weather, you may feel the water colder in the morning or early afternoon. The pool heat won’t turn the pool in the hot tub, but it will keep the water warm or usable. The pool water may not reach your desired temperature in cold weather. All the requests need 48-hour advance notice. The pool heat is not refundable.
Living
The entrance is designed differently. The living room is exceptionally spacious and beautiful, with a large screen, smart TV, and luxurious gray sofas. With open space, the living room is the place that receives a lot of light and is always airy and bright, a really suitable place for you to relax and entertain.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking tools such as an oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, blender, and knife set for you to have interesting cooking experiences, and meals are also delicious and made easier.
Moreover, the kitchen has a large island, an upgraded Granite counter, and features chairs.
Dining
The dining table has a elegant design and equipped with wine glasses, comfortable chairs, bowls and plates.
Bedrooms
The house has four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with wonderful and outstanding decoration. Each bedroom has a TV, a variety of bed sizes, and completely unique and impressive decoration.

The house has 2.5 bathrooms, they are all features:

The "football table" gives you moments of entertainment in the game room. Why wouldn't a swimming pool with lounges and a sofa table set up are great to enjoy?

Location
High Grove luxury Orlando villas to rent in Kissimmee, Florida. Located just off the western end of popular HWY192. High Grove allows access to every attraction in the Central Florida area, with Disney World, Orlando just 15 minutes away. This established and gated community provides spacious and well maintained accommodation. Right on High Grove's doorstep you'll find a handy Wal Mart or Publix supermarket, shopping, restaurants and fast food galore. The I-4 is within easy reach and will take you to other major attractions locally and if you explore further afield you can reach the Atlantic or the Gulf coast.
