Location
Highgate Legacy Park Florida villas to rent in Davenport, Orlando just off HWY27. All our vacation rentals on the prestigious Highgate Park gated community have their own private pools. Disney World, Orlando and all the main attractions are on the doorstep 10 - 15 minutes drive away so your family or group can have the time of your lives here. Highgate Park is one of six subdivisions on the Davenport development of Legacy Park. It is a pretty setting amongst landscaped gardens and an abundance of pine trees and orange groves. This Orlando community has guest facilities which include a tennis court and children's play area. The local shopping plaza, Berry Town Center is less than 5 minutes away and has a Publix supermarket as well a number of bars and restuarants. Local favourites would be Sunday's Fish and Chip shop, Applebee's Bar and Grill there is also MIA Pizza and and Indian restaurant called Dhaba.
If it's a bar you are looking for then the Paddy Wagon formally known as Linksters is the place to be. The Paddy Wagon has a long bar area with flat screen TV's showing all the sporting action including English Premiership Football. They have Ladies nights on Tuesday where you get an extra 20% off your drinks until close, pub quizzes and they run a Paddy Wagon golf league on Thursdays in the summer at the nearby Highlands Reserve golf club.
As well as the inside bar area there is outside seating so you can sit and enjoy the warm Florida nights with your friends over a few cold beverages what more could you ask for and did I also say the bar is great value with Bud Select around $2.50!!

Beautiful villa
We booked this villa last minute and were not disappointed. It was lovely and airy and spotless throughout. There have been several upgrades since the photographs have been taken - new leather couches, new washing machine and dryer and upgraded pool furniture. The villa was well equipped and comfortable - we would like to return one day.

Return visit to this perfect villa
Again villa was perfect. Spacious clean and had everything you would want or need. Tv package great for the chill out time and sun morning to night on the extended deck. A very quiet gated community. We are already planning next years trip back to this villa. Sharon and Mark make the booking easy and help in any way they can.

Fantastic villa
Directions were not required as been to legacy park many times. The large south facing pool was brilliant. Sun from morning to night with enough pool furniture for our party. Villa was very spacious, all beds were comfy and whole villa was spotless. Sharon and Mark couldn’t have been more helpful. They supplied tennis rackets on request, sorted tv signal within an hour and able to give advice on local attractions eg football and basketball. Fantastic management company and villa. Will definitely book again

Legacy Park
We visit Florida every year and prefer to stay in Legacy Park, which is a lovely, quiet gated community. We did not have directions to get to Legacy Park, as we know the area well, however I am sure Sharon would provide, nothing was a problem for Sharon and Mark. Sun (when shining) is full on all day long due to the south facing aspect of the villa, the pool was lovely and very clean. One minor point, the master bedroom downstairs we feel could benefit from a new mattress, every turn you squeak. Would recommend this villa, lovely, well maintained, clean accommodation, we would definitely book again and highly recommend Sharon and Mark for any future trip. Thanks Sharon and Mark.

Just Perfect!
The location was very perfect for a family holiday and reaching all the attraction and the locations we needed. It was in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood and very easy to find. The property itself was tidy and very homely with everything with needed and more. The bedrooms were a nice size and the pool area was lovely.
The management was extremely helpful and ready to assist for every issue, for advice or suggestions and to check up that we had everything we needed.
I would definitely recommend the property and the area and we are already planning a new trip when possible as there is plenty of activities, between the theme parks, the restaurants, shopping centres and other very nearby places of interest that we would like to enjoy again.

Stunning Home
Amazing place, very local for all amenities, Gated community nice for a walk around. Near Disney, only about 20 mins depending on traffic.
Home was spotless and very well kept, all main area just had floor tiled.
