Overview

Welcome to this newly decorated, luxury villa, located only 3 miles from the Disney complex. Situated on a conservation area, you won't have to worry about being overlooked in the pool area.

Indian Creek is a very tranquil location with many conveniences located within a mile of the home. There is a playground area for the younger children, a basketball court, tennis courts and soccer field.
The home has just been completely refurbished, it has all new furnishings, including everything you will need in the kitchen if you want to cook and linens for the bathrooms and pool towels have been provided also. This villa has been nicely appointed with everything needed to exceed your expectations and make your stay so memorable that you'll want to return again and again.

Facilities

Living

The very large living room area has three full size sofas so there is plenty of sitting space for everyone. It has a large 52 inch LCD television with a Blu-ray disc player. There is a large supply of DVD's for you to choose from for further entertainment.

There is a computer with printer available for use so you can print your boarding passes before leaving to go to the airport to catch your flight. Also there is a slider door leading out onto the pool deck area. The living and dining room have also recently had new floor tiles fitted and area rug added.

Kitchen

The kitchen comes completely furnished with an ample supply of dishes, cooking utensils, silverware and also has plastic dishes and glasses for you to take onto the pool deck, since glass dishes are prohibited on the pool deck.

We have also supplied a coffee maker, toaster, mixer, blender and all the smaller utensils. There is a table and chairs in the breakfast nook for a quick meal. A laundry room is also available with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

Dining

In addition to the breakfast nook a larger, more formal dining table has been provided in case you wish to sit and have a nice family meal whilst on vacation.

Bedrooms

5 bedrooms, sleeps 10.

The first master ensuite offers a king size bed with luxury mattress with a 32in TV. The second master ensuite also offers a king size bed with 32in TV and access to the pool deck. There are a further 3 bedrooms; 1 queen and two twin rooms. The queen bedrooom has a bathroom adjacent and offers Hawaiian themed decor. The two twin rooms are also themed one featuring snow white and the other with blue tones. All bedrooms offer cable connected TVs.

Bathrooms

4 bathrooms, 2 en-suites.

There are 4 bathrooms in total for this home. Two ensuites which are connected to the two king bedrooms. The first master offers a walk in shower, garden tub and two sinks with access to the pool deck. The second master ensuite offer a tub/shower combination, one sink and vanity unit. The third and fourth bathrooms are not ensuite but offer a tub/shower combination and one sink vanity unit also.

Games Room

A pool table and air hockey game can be found in the games room along with a table and sofa for relaxation.

Pool deck with table and chairs provided along with a pool fence.

The pool also has a spa attached and as mentioned earlier, looks out onto conservation land so you won't have to worry about being overlooked by neighbors.
