Overview

Welcome to Magnolia Dream our stunning 5 bedroom 4 bathroom villa situated on the Award winning Orange Tree community that is located less than a ten mile drive to Disney's Animal Kingdom.

Our home comes equipped with everything you should need from a vacation home and furnished to a high standard.

High cathedral ceilings, 5 fabulous bedrooms, a huge family room and a spacious kitchen with breakfast nook give a wonderfully airy and very spacious feel to the main living accommodation.
The Pool is South Westerly facing, making the most of the Florida Sunshine. The shaded lanai offers a welcome relief from the mid day sun and an area for outdoor dining. The Pool is totally private as the garden is fenced on all sides so when dining, swimming or relaxing you are not being overlooked by neighbours.

From the minute you walk through the door you can start enjoying your vacation, with everything you should need and more.

Facilities

Living

The Family Room is called the Great Room because of the high Cathedral ceilings and is a very spacious by offering 15 x 23 ft of living space.

We have provided a wide selection of entertainment in the Great Room for your enjoyment.

You could just sit back on one of our 3 comfy sofas and enjoy a family movie on our new Flat screen HD TV with Blue Ray DVD player, relax in an evening with a good book under the warm glow of the standard lamp or utilise the free wifi connection.

The choice is yours!

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped for everything you should need from a quick snack to a full dining experience. Microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, large fridge with icemaker, waste disposal unit, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, plenty of plates, cups etc for use by the pool and more.

Being an open plan kitchen, it's great for keeping up with the fun in the family room and joining in planning the next days fun.

Breakfast Nook

The breakfast nook has a round table and chairs to sit and have a quick cuppa or a full breakfast before going to the parks.

Dining

The formal dining area has a large table that seats six for fine dining comfortably, it has an extension to open it out to seat more guests if needed.

Bedrooms

1st Master Bedroom

The Master Bedroom comes complete with a King sized bed, huge dresser and two side chest of drawers giving plenty of room for your clothes.

There is an alarm clock to help get you going in the morning a phone with an answerphone, bed side lamps and Cable TV.

2nd Master Bedroom

The second master bedroom has been decorated in an American theme giving a different feel to the other bedrooms.

The ensuite Bedroom comes complete with a Queen Bed, Dresser, two bed side Cabinets, a large built in Wardrobe and a door leading to the Pool area.

King Bedroom

This King bedroom is situated at the front of the villa with a bathroom all of it's own. The arched window lets in the Florida sunshine making the room light and cheerful.

With a large wardrobe, mirrored chest of drawers and bedside cabinet you have plenty of space for your clothes. An alarm clock will help get you up in the morning if the excitement has not got you up anyway.

Mickey Themed Twin Bedroom

Mickey and his friends are sitting waiting to say hello to you in this Mickey Mouse themed twin bedroom.

The walls have Disney prints from Walt Disney World with a hand made Disney picture made especially for this room to add a personal touch.

The room comes complete with a Mickey TV a Bedside lamp a Chest of Drawers and a Large Wardrobe with even more toys for the little ones.
The wardrobe has a large selection of dressing up for the little ones to enjoy.

Harry Potter Themed Twin Bedroom

The Harry Potter themed bedroom is ideal for the Tweens, Teens and the Harry Potter fans of your party.

The room comes complete with a TV, Bedside Lamp, Chest of Draws and Wardrobe.

You will also find a Cupboard full of Books and Board Games for fun family entertainment.

Bathrooms

4 bathrooms, 2 en-suites.

1st Master Bathroom

The Master Bedroom has it's own ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower double sink vanity unit, spot lights and large mirror, garden bath tub, and toilet. The walk in wardrobe has so much space for your hanging clothes and all that shopping for the return journey. There is also a door leading to the pool area for those who like a morning dip.

2nd Master Bathroom

The ensuite bathroom has a shower, bathtub and vanity unit with spotlights and mirror and a cupboard with extra towels and pool towels for all the guests.

Nemo Bathroom

The Nemo Themed Bathroom is located by the King Bedroom and has a shower, toilet, bath and vanity unit that has spot lights and a large mirror.

We have also provided a hair dryer and straighteners for our guests use.

The Mickey bathroom is shared between the two twin rooms and is decorated with a Mickey shower curtain and matching soap dish and dispenser, it all adds to the magic for children of all ages.

There is a shower, bath and toilet and vanity unit with mirror and a hair dryer.

Games Room

Adults and Children of all ages can enjoy the delights of what we have provided in our Fully Equipped Games Room.

Featuring full size Pool Table, Foosball Table, Punch Dummy (complete with boxing gloves), Tomb Raider slot machine a Playstation 2 along with a selection of toys for the younger ones.

Great fun to be had by the whole family.

Pool

With Florida being the sunshine state it is no wonder the pool is a favourite part of guest's vacation.

Having our backyard fenced it gives absolute privacy for you while relaxing on one of the sun loungers, swimming in the pool or just dipping your toes sitting at the edge.

The lanai is a welcome option for those who like to get out of the midday sun, and as our pool area has sun for most of the day this is a heavenly place to sit and have a cooling drink. The patio table and chairs are great for sitting and having a family lunch together.

Outside

Magnolia Dream is on an extra large plot so you are not on top of the neighbours, which is wonderful when you are outside in the Florida sunshine, haveing a bbq, relaxing on the sunbeds or having a game of ball in the garden area. The fence goes all around the back garden so you are private and not overlooked at all.

Garage

Adults and Children of all ages can enjoy the delights of what we have provided in our Fully Equipped Games Room.

We do provide free WIFI for our guests during their stay.

Baby Equipment

For families travelling with little guests we have complementary use of a highchair, buggy/stroller pack and play cot, sterilising unit, and some car booster seats.

Wheelchair Accessible - No

We have had guests stay with a wheelchair on several occasions, and they have told us being all on one levelhelps.

There is a small step up into the villa and they have said it is not a problem.

The showers are not roll in, you would need to stand in the shower.

Very Clean, could use some updating

House was very clean, however it does need some updating. The owner and property managers are very nice and responsive. This property is in a great location for families. It is close to Disney and a half hour from Universal.

Wonderful Vacation

A lovely property with everything you would ever need. We loved it and plan to stay again. We could easily live here all year round. Our whole family got to enjoy the property - Me, my husband, my mother, son & daughter-in-law and our 2 small grandchildren (loved the game/toy room). Short drive to Orlando area without all the crazy traffic. Neighborhood was quiet. We paid additional for the heat for the pool and used it everyday. Owners are wonderful to deal with, always got back to us immediately, same with property management company. They even put up a Christmas tree for us because we were there during the Christmas holiday. Thanks for a wonderful vacation. We will see you when we are in Florida again..

Perfect Home vacation

Since the moment we got in it feels like home 5 bedrooms the kids bedrooms was incredible. The locations was good we were close to Disney. The pool was perfect we didn’t get the heat but it was really cool so we asked for it it’s pretty good investment!!! If I get back of course I’m going to rent it again !!!

Great Area, Near everything we needed

Really enjoyed our weekend stay, the house had everything we needed and more and is in a great neighborhood. Mary was very responsive and pleasant to work with. I would recommend this property!

fantastic

Well you can't go wrong with this villa Very clean and homely everything you need or want. Iv stayed in a few villas over the years but never one like this its just fabulous . To be honest we didn't go out for a good few days as the villa has it all lovely pool and hot tub and a games room to keep us all happy will be booking again very soon thank you

Perfect for our family vacation

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The beds are comfortable and bedrooms are a good size. Everything was very clean and spacious. We had more than enough room for 7 of us! The pool and hot tub were great to have to relax in after some long days at the parks. We loved all the Disney decor! We would definitely stay here again!
