This is a high quality 4 bedroom/3 bath townhouse situated in landscaped surroundings overlooking the lake and pool complex .The fully air conditioned accommodation consists of entrance hall with downstairs bathroom facilities, a lounge and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen for your self-catering needs.
The first bedroom is on the ground floor with a queen size bed, and a walk-in wardrobe. Upstairs there is a large master en-suite bedroom with king size bed, walk-in wardrobe and shower/bath. There are 2 twin bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and walk in wardrobes. There is also a further family bathroom. All linen, furnishings, and utensils are supplied. There is a parking area to the front of the property with space for 2 vehicles.
The location is perfect, only 4 miles from Walt Disney World Resort, 13 miles from Universal Studios, close to great restaurants, outlet malls and championship Golf courses.
Our house is located on a quiet street, 1 minute walk to the pool complex, we do not back onto other properties but have a lovely relaxing view of the lake and forested conservation area.
The property is only a short walk from Old Town Kissimmee with its many attractions including bars, restaurants, shops and Fun Spot America. There are many more restaurants and shops within easy reach of the property without having to drive however a car is recommended to get around.
We are ideally located for the numerous Florida attractions including Disney (approx. 4 miles), universal studios (13.9 miles) and Seaworld (8.4 miles). For golfers the house is ideally located with many fantastic courses within easy reach, with the closest being Falcons Fire golf club and Celebration golf club. Other activities eg: Disney, Universal Studios, Seaworld are all within easy reach by car.

Regal Oaks resort is ideally located approximately 4 miles from Disney and very close to the I4 (Interstate 4) for easy access to Universal and SeaWorld.
It is set in a forested area behind Old Town Kissimmee whose bars, restaurants, rides and shops are a few minutes walk away. Supermarkets, outlet stores, flea markets and a variety of restaurants are all very close by on the 192.
Regal Oaks Resort itself is set around a central lake on which the pool complex and clubhouse are located. The heated pool is surrounded by a large sunbathing deck and there is a separate pool with waterslides. There is a poolside bar serving a range of food, drinks and ice-creams.
The clubhouse contains all the services needed for a fantastic vacation including a fitness room, gift shop, ATM, business center and a spacious bar and restaurant.
The Coastal Grill & Bar runs a daily happy hour with discounted drinks and they also provide quality American food throughout the day with weekend specials and breakfast buffets. The friendly staff organize evening activities for both adults and children.

Prices are per property and not per person. Rental periods of less than 7 nights will incur an additional cleaning cost of £65/$85.
A non- refundable 10% deposit of is payable at the time of booking, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Cancellations 4-8 weeks of arrival date will result in 50% loss of total rental cost and cancellations within 4 weeks of arrival date will result in 100% loss.
A security & breakages deposit of £100/$200 is required when making the final payment, which will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the property.
