Overview
Located near many Orlando's attractions (12 miles to Disney World, 21 miles to UniversalOrlando, 17 miles to Seaworld, 31 miles to MCO Airport, etc) and inside the gated Regal Palms Resort. Our 4 bedrooms/3 baths accomodate up to 9 people, fully furnished with kitchen, washer/dryer, private balcony and relaxing backyard pond view. Regal Palms Resort Club gives access to resort pool, lazy river, gym, game room, sauna, etc. Two free parking pods on front side.
Our 2-story townhome is the larger end unit. Walking distance to resort clubhouse. Easy access to I4 to Orlando's attractions & airport. Publix grocery, gas station, restaurants are nearby. Local property care takers are available for help at the home (normal working hours 8:00am-5:00pm).
Minimum rental is 3 nights. No pet, no smoking.
Rates ranging from $120 to $180 per night, plus Florida 12% sales tax and one time departure cleaning fee of $150. Resort daily fee of $22.50 will be collected at check in.
Facilities
Resort will tow cars away at guest's expense if parked on grass or on street. Please use parking space in front of the house, space is good for 2 car parking.
Resort does not allow open flame cooking on patio or balcony. Please use the designate BBQ area nearby.
This home is non-smoking. Additional cleaning fee of $350 if smoking was detected upon departure.
Security Deposit = $350 pay at booking, is refundable via same method of payment upon departure inspection by our local Property Manager. Waived for all returning guests.

Location
Luxury Florida condos and townhomes to rent on the Regal Palms Resort, located in Davenport and close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants this is great place to enjoy your Orlando holiday of a lifetime. The Regal Palms Resort has a large clubhouse which has it's own pool with water slides, gym and snack bar. If you like golf then it's just across the road from Highlands Reserve which has an 18 hole golf course, driving range and large putting green, all of which is open to the public. The Regal Palms Resort is located on HWY27 only 3 miles from HWY192 and around 10 minutes to Disney's main gate with Seaworld around 20 minutes and Universal Studios around 25 minutes.

Regal Palm Resort will collect daily resort fee at check in time (estimated @ $25/ day for the rental party).
