At the rear of the property you will find the bright and airy living room with vaulted ceiling and glass doors leading out to the pool area. For you enjoyment there is a large wall mounted TV with Netflix streaming.

Off the living room is the kitchen and nook area, well equipped with all appliances and utensils you are likely to need should you decide on making a meal for everybody.

The nearby formal dining table is a great spot for an evening meal or takeaway discussing the day’s events.

The first Master bedroom has a King-size bed, en-suite bathroom with large roman bath, walk-in-shower, single basin and large vanity mirror. Walk-in closet and wall mounted TV.

Bedroom 2, has a Queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom and TV.

Bedroom 3, also has a Queen-size bed and TV and is serviced by the family bathroom.

Bedroom 4, the Frozen room can sleep 3 children in the triple bunk bed.

Bedroom 5, the Toy Story room can sleep 4 children in the two bunk beds.

The awesome games room has been well equipped with a pool table and table football for the young-at-heart members of the family. There is a TV in here with retro Nintendo console. Furnished with comfy sofas.

The large South-West facing pool is fully screened by fine mesh for your added comfort preventing insects and debris from entering the area. This does not however affect sunbathing. The pool is surrounded by a large patio deck and there are plenty of outdoor furniture, and a dining set with umbrella. The deck can accommodate 2-3 families with ease. The pool is private screened by shrubs.

Pool and outdoor lighting make it perfect for dining alfresco on warm Floridian evenings. There is an abundance of outdoor crockery to perfect the occasion. Use of pool heating is recommended between October and April and is available at an optional extra.

At the front of the home is off-road parking for two vehicles.

WI FI internet access is available at no extra cost, just remember to bring your laptop or tablet.

This is a single storey property so is ideal for people with health conditions and imparents where stairs are a problem. Also, for families with young children who want to avoid stairs.
