Extra charge if you'd like to use:
- Heated pool: $45/day for the entire stay if booked in advance/before your visit. Suppose booked during your stay, $50/day (4 days minimum).The hot tub is connected with the pool if you would like to use the hot tub. You have to order the pool heat with the charge.
- BBQ grill: Cleaning fee: $45
The propane and gas tank will be self-catering.
You feel the pool water very chilly during cold nights in the morning and possibly early afternoon. Due to the cold weather, you may feel the water more frigid in the morning or early afternoon. The pool heat won't turn the pool in the hot tub, but it will keep the water warm or usable. The pool water may not reach your desired temperature in cold weather. All the requests need 48-hour advance notice. The pool heat is not refundable.
- Before you check-in, we will send you a guest agreement. you have to sign it before you arrive.
We are excited to host your upcoming stay at our house. The house has a refundable security deposit. After you had booked we will send you a link to finish the booking and the door code will be sent to you after you finish booking and a day before you arrive.
The security deposit will definitely be refunded when you check out if that doesn't cause any damage to the house.
We have a security camera in front of the house. So you mustn't cover the security camera. We have to cancel your stay if you cover the ring camera and we won't refund.

Living
The owner tactfully decorates an indoor swing, making it a focal point to transform the empty corner of the living room and enhance the look of the house interiors. After a long day at the parks, relax in the main living area, which is open and airy, with plenty of space for hanging out. Take a seat on the large sectional sofa to watch the large flat-screen TV in the living room.
Kitchen
The dining room and living area provide plenty of space for gathering and sharing meals, and the bright and airy kitchen has all of the appliances you'd expect in your own home. The fully -equipped modern kitchen boasts gorgeous granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. You can easily prepare dinner at the large center island, which also seats four. Everything that you need will be within your reach! A separate dining area seats eight more at a contemporary table with views of the pool and Lanai.

Bedrooms
With king-sized suites and a bathtub on the bottom floor, this home can accommodate up to 14 guests. On the second floor, there are three queen-sized bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as a toy-themed bedroom with a full bunk and twin. Another bedroom with two full beds, two twin beds, a children's corner, and a bathroom with a connecting door. One of these bedrooms also has a crib. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax after a day of exploring or simply staying in and relaxing.
Games Room
The game room features you can also play pool, table football or settle the kids down to watch a movie at a game here.
For days inside, there's a corner game to keep the kids busy while you lay out by the pool and get some much-needed quiet time.
Outside
The private splash pool will provide fun in the sun while you catch that perfect tan. The sparkling pool is ideal for enjoying the Florida sunshine while relaxing in the villa.
You and your family will have a good time at the pool/hot tub with lights, whatever time of year or day you come to stay.
If you are interested in a grill during your stay, they are available for rent through our management company.
Guests can access the entire villa, amenities, and all common area facilities. These include a gym with a sauna and two swimming pools: 24-hour security, and concierge services. Please make yourself at home.

Pool Safety Fences
Most of our Florida villas will either have door alarms on any exterior door that leads to the pool area or a pool safety fence surrounding the pool. Some even both, we have put together a blog post and video showing you how to use the fence. If there are no children in your party then you can take it out and rolling it up in the corner if you prefer but please put it back when you leave the villa, ready for the next guests.
