Family Room - WOW, this is so different to anything you would find in the UK with high vaulted ceilings and an open plan staircase leading upstairs. There are magnificent triple sliding glass doors that lead onto the spacious pool deck giving you panoramic picturesque views of the conservation area. This beautiful spacious family room provides a fantastic area where you can relax recalling memories and chatting about the thrills of the theme parks, the fantastic day on the golf course or even the many bargains you have found whilst out shopping. With 3 sumptuous sofas, designer coffee table and matching decorative lamps. For your viewing pleasure there is a fantastic 55 " Flat Screen TV with HD cable, BluRay DVD player and a large selection of 100+ DVD's where we are sure you will find a movie to suit everyones tastes. If you prefer to listen to your favourite music you will find a Bose Sounddock system to connect too. Alternatively challenge your family and friends to a game on our Wii Console. It is a perfect respite from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks.

In addition to the fantastic family room we also have our Loft Lounge/ Den Area located on teh first floor. Having magnificent panoramic views of the ever changing conservation area this is the ideal 'chill out' area. There are 2 sumptuous sofas with one converting into a sofa bed if required and gorgeous designer table and side tables. This is an ideal place to read or catch up with friends using our high speed internet.

Whether you are cooking a family meal or just a quick snack, you will find everything you could need with deluxe appliances- new American style refrigerator/freezer with ice and water dispenser in door, electric range, built in microwave, new dishwasher and waste disposal.

All house wares are already there for your use ranging from dinnerware for 12 persons, electric kettle, keurig coffee maker, corkscrew to plastic tumblers and plates for our younger guests.

A large selection of unbreakable dinnerware is also provided for use on the pool deck.

A casual breakfast bar with three bar stools provides an informal eating area that separates the kitchen and dining room. An ideal place to grab a coffee and sit and eat breakfast or a quick snack.

A perfect place to grab a snack or eat a delicious three course meal whilst looking out over the pool deck onto the beautiful conservation and wetlands area.

A large table with 10 chairs allows for formal dining for all of your party whilst enjoying the views out of the double French sliding doors to the pool and beyond.

Master Suite 1

Located on the ground floor with a massive American size King Bed. 10 inch memory foam matress and lavishly dressed with gold and cream linens. You even have your own private access to the massive pool deck and glistening pool via double sliding doors.Elegantly furnished with matching dresser and nightstands, lamps and those all important designer touches. A 42 " flat screen TV, BLUray player, telephone, alarm clock are all there for your convenience and enjoyment. To the other side of the bedroom is a corridor with built in closet with security safe installed.

Master Suite 2

Accessed by its own gallery landing walk way and occupying the whole of one side of the villa first floor. This elegant master bedroom will delight any discerning guest. Sumptuous furnishings with a massive comfortable Amercian sized King Bed, large dresser with matching nightstands, decorative accents. Stylish walk in wardrobe, flat screen 42" HD cable TV Blu-Ray player, private telephone and security safe. Modern decor and to top it all your very own ensuite.

Queen Bedroom

Located on the first floor towards the front of the house, this charming room recently fully refurbished with a queen sized bed with 10 inch memory foam mattress also features a large dresser, matching decorative lamps and accents, an ample clothes closet, a remote controlled flat screen cable TV, DVD player, IPOD player/alarm clock and a hairdryer. Once again, the quality of the furnishings and attention to decorative themes within the room make it suitable for all ages to enjoy.

Themed Twin Bedroom

Also located towards the front of the house on the first floor, your younger children will simply adore this whimsical Winnie The Pooh themed bedroom. Delightfully designed and fully refurbished in January 2017, it features Pooh Bear decorative accents, a clothes closet, chest of drawers, lots of Disney games and toys, jigsaws, books and even their very own remote controlled flat screen cable TV and DVD player. Alternate bedding is also provided for older children or adults.

Twin Bedroom

Once again, tastefully furnished and refurbished in September 2017, our second twin bedroom features two beds, a large chest of drawers providing ample storage, as well as a large clothes closet. Also featured in this delightful room is a remote controlled TV, complete with a dual control X Box 360 games console, together with games suitable for all ages. An IPOD/Radio alarm clock is also provided.

Master Bedroom 1 En-suite - You will find a WC room and your own en-suite. at the end of the corridor is the huge walk in shower, roman corner garden tub, his and her sinks with large vanity mirrors with theatre lights and mirrored vanity cabinets. Together with a plentiful supply of towels including bath sheets.

Master Bedroom 2 En-suite - facilities consisting of a WC, a bath shower combination and washbasin with mirror and vanity unit and stool.

For your ease, there are a further two “full” bathrooms. Each has 'his & her' sinks with vanity and storage under, toilet and a convenient bath shower combination. Again towels are in plentiful supply.

A half bathroom is located on the ground floor and features a stylish WC & wash hand basin complete with vanity.

A further bathroom is located on the pool deck for your convenience including your own private cabana shower.

A real hit and guaranteed fun for guests of all ages.

Complete with an 8ft 1" slate bed billiard table, full set of balls, cues, chalk, rests, table cover and complemented by overhead lighting.

Then there is the large table tennis table complete with net, bats and balls.

In addition we have an electronic dart board, Four tennis rackets and balls for our guests use at the community tennis courts. Two large oscillating fans keep this area cool and four bar stools, table and a CD player have been added for you enjoyment.

The jewel in the crown is your very own private pool, in ground spa and a massive 36ft by 8ft covered lanai and extremely spacious extended pool deck.

Our particular favourite is our revitalizing in ground 7ft circular spa with attractive waterfall feature, will help to soothe any tired muscles and aching joints and ensure a wonderful night’s sleep after a long hard day of theme park hopping, golf or retail therapy. 

All of this is yours and to top it all the perfect Floridian backdrop of the beautiful conservation area..

There is plenty of poolside deep padded furniture /recliners to relax on and soak up that Florida sunshine and we have even extended the deck so you can catch those rays all day long.

In total we have 5 loungers, 3 reclining chairs with foot stools and 4 standard chairs. Occasional tables and a towel stand are provided together with at least 12 large pool towels for your use as well.

If you require some shade there is always the covered lanai and an exterior fan as also been fitted just in case you require that extra breeze. There is also a dining table which is perfectly appointed for al fresco dining.

After the sun has gone down you can still enjoy the pool and Jacuzzi by switching on the fibre optic pool lights and pool deck lights.

An added featured to save you having to go back into the main house are the full bathroom facilities on the deck including your very own cabana shower.

From the very moment you turn into The Abbey at West Haven and enter through the sweeping electronic gates, you will realise that you have arrived somewhere very special indeed.

This exclusive community, located just minutes from the prestigious Champion's Gate enjoys lush tropical landscaping and brick paved walk ways.  

There are just 58 executive homes located on this exclusive single road, each designed so that no home backs onto any others. “Sunshine View”, as the name suggests, enjoys breathtaking views over the ever changing tropical and wetland conservation to the back of the property and is not overlooked from the rear.

All of our guests can take advantage of the Westhaven Club House, with a large pool, tennis courts, and gym.

We have convereted the garge into a games room, however, the table tennis table can be folded to accomodate a car if required.

High speed internet is provided free of charge and with WiFI boosters you can connect whilst on the pool deck

Having had 3 children of our own who have been travelling to Florida since they were babies we know how important it is not to have to carry too much baby equipment. This is why we have the following;
