Somehting that I was only recently made aware of is that pretty much all of the Watersong Villas back on to conservation area. This is very unusual and means you are not overlooked by other homes. So if you are looking for a private pool area then the Watersong Resort is the place to stay.

Watersong Resort is gated community set back from the HWY so very quiet yet still only minutes from shops and restaurants.
The great thing about staying in one of our Watersong Villas is the 6,700sq ft clubhouse which is open to all guests and features a cyber cafe, fitness center, volleyball court, kids play area and large resort style pool and hot tub. We have privately owned Watersong villas ranging in size from 3 bedrooms to 7 bedrooms. Watersong Resort is a great place to rent your families self catering villa. July 2017 Update: There is currently a number of new restaurants and shops being built near the Watersong Resort vacation rental community. We will be back in Orlando shortly so will check the progress of this and update our Watersong Resort location information.

The weekly rate quoted above is based on a low season stay and includes local taxes. Please contact us through the site for a personalised quote based on the dates you require; rates are not guaranteed until a deposit has been paid. Optional pool heating can be added for the winter months. If booking within 12 weeks of rental then payment is due in full, otherwise you can secure your dates with a 25% non-refundable deposit. A cleaning fee is added to any booking under 7 nights.
