ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO US TAX. Deposits - 20% to secure the dates (non-refundable) Balance is due - 8 weeks prior to Arrival Date. Pool heating (Gas) is available which is $30 plus tax per day. (Recommended between October and April). In cooler months it is advisable to prearrange the Pool Heat so it can be switched on prior to your arrival. Cleaning Fee is automatically added to each booking. For BBQ Grills, Safes, please ask at the time of booking. Baby Equipment is available at the home. We would strongly advise our guests to purchase the Accidental Damage Insurance at the time of booking to cover Accidental damages, per vacation stay. Minimum Nights 3 nights rates showing are based on a week (7 Nights). Please ask for details. We Also have other Property Locations for Family Rentals in Davenport and Kissimmee.

Clean & Comfortable
We have a great stay at this property! It was clean and had all the things we needed. It is a short drive to the Disney parks, but also great for the days we wanted to rest and chill. The owner promptly responded to all our questions and concerns. There was plenty of room for our two families to stretch out, so we weren't on top of each other. I would stay here again.

Fabulous Property
This property is more than I expected. Upon our arrival it was easy to locate and check in. The inside is decorated so nicely. Very comfy and inviting. The kitchen and house in general is fully equipped with all the amenities. The pool is heated and well maintained. Communication with the property was amazing. They responded quickly whenever we reached out. They were very informative about places to eat for Valentine’s Day and included contact info. Only thing we didn’t bother with was a BBQ as it was coal and we were not sure how to use it. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others !
