Overview
Fabulous 3,030 sq ft villa with three lounge areas, including home theatre, two dining areas, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. There are five bedrooms, including a master king with en suite and walk in wardrobe, two queen rooms, one of which is downstairs, and two twin rooms . There are two additional bathrooms, one on the lower level. Our games room includes pool table and full-size table tennis table. Outside is our secluded south-facing swimming pool and freestanding under cover hot tub. The spacious pool deck is fully furnished with dining table and chairs, cushioned recliners and occasional tables. There is also a covered patio area and electric barbeque grill. The fully air conditioned villa has complimentary wi-fi, cable television and free telephone calls throughout the US and Canada.
Facilities
The villa is fully air conditioned throughout with additional ceiling fans and is equipped with a full security system.
NB: Whilst every care is taken to ensure that all items and equipment provided in the villa are in good working order and condition, their use is entirely at guests' discretion and no liability will be accepted for any injury, loss or damage.
Living
Entering, the villa you are in the first of three lounge areas. Beautifully furnished, it is the ideal place to sit and relax, perhaps read a book. This room leads through to the family room which has a comfortable sectional sofa perfectly placed to view the 42' plasma television, complete with home theatre, which features surround sound and blue ray dvd player. Here you will also find a selection of dvds, books and board games. The third lounge area is upstairs and includes an x box one game console and games, a TV and dvd player.
Kitchen
The striking kitchen with its cherry wood units and stainless steel appliances is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and serve anything from a snack to a gourmet meal. There is even a built-in wine rack. It also includes a fridge freezer with ice and filtered water dispenser, built-in fan assisted oven, halogen hob, extractor fan, integrated microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender and waste disposal unit. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room with large washer and dryer, iron and ironing table.
Dining
All your dining needs are catered for, whether for a quick breakfast before you head off to the theme parks, golf course or shopping malls for the day, a snack lunch or a four course dinner. For the latter there is a beautiful wood and tile six seater dining table in the dining area in the first lounge. For more casual options, you can use the breakfast bar and stools or the table and chairs in the dining nook in the kitchen. For al fresco meals, there is a patio table and chairs on the pool deck. A highchair is provided for babies and toddlers.
Bedrooms
Our master suite really has the wow factor. With a magnificent, sumptuous American kingsize bed beautifully dressed with a luxury bed set, deluxe chaise longue and beautiful dark wood furniture, is is the perfect retreat for a great night's sleep. It has its own en-suite bathroom and dressing room, flatscreen TV , electric alarm clock and remote controlled ceiling fan and lighting. There are two queen rooms, one downstairs with adjacent bathroom, and two themed twin rooms. All bedrooms have flat screen televisions. A travel cot is available for babies.
Bathrooms
There are three bathrooms. The master en suite has a huge walk-in shower, mirrored vanity unit and hairdryer. The two other bathrooms, one on the lower level, both have soak tubs with overhead showers, mirrored vanity units and hairdryers
Games Room
Our games room has a spectacular 8ft slate bed pool table, full-size table tennis table, fussball table and a competition standard bristle dart board encased in an oak cabinet with both traditional chalkboard and electronic scoring. Stools are provided for spectating or relaxing between shots and there is a cooling ceiling fan.
Pool
Relax around our beautiful south-facing 8 x 4 metre swimming pool, with its attractive waterfall feature. Alternatively relax in our fabulous freestanding hot tub with its colour changing underwater lights. The hot tub sits under cover and is, therefore, able to be used when it rains, unlike the spas integrated in pools, and is screened at the side by a privacy blind.
Outside
Our spacious, secluded pool deck is fully furnished with dining table and chairs, cushioned recliners and occasional tables. If the heat of the Florida sun gets too much, seek shelter on our covered patio with its cooling ceiling fans. For the ultimate alfresco dining experience, there is an electric barbeque grill. Pool towels are provided. If you have young children in your party, you will be reassured by the pool safety fence and pool alarm.

The villa has complimentary wi-fi, Roku television and free telephone calls throughout the USA and Canada,
Baby Equipment
We have two travel cots and a high chair for babies and toddlers.
Location
Bella Toscana is situated approximately 1 mile from Champions Gate golf course and only 15 minutes from Disney World. The development is close to shops and amenities on US HWY27 and Kissimmee. Less than 40 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport Bella Toscana is well located to explore all the Orlando attractions and theme parks.
It's conveniently situated just off Ronald Reagan Parkway close to Champions Gate golf course. It's not only close to Champions Gate golf course and Disney World but is less than an hours drive from Busch Gardens, Central Florida and the Kennedy Space Centre.
Within walking distance(approx 400 yds) there is an array of shops ie walgreens (chemist, supermarket, general stores), chinese restaurant and a Domino Pizza. There is also a restaurant/bar called Beef 'o' Bradys which has a reputation for excellent food and coverage of all live football matches.

Great Family Home
We had a great stay in this very clean home.It was very central to everything in the area.we had everthing in the home that we needed to make our stay comfortable.The kids really enjoyed the pool and and hot tub.They also had a great time in the game room which had plenty to do to keep them busy.Tom was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive.We will definitely be back again next year!!

Great Family Vacation
Tom was great to communicate with for the couple small issues we had - they were all resolved very quickly! Property was as shown in photos. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing
I cannot say enough good things about this property, the cleanliness and atmosphere felt like a resort but with the feeling and privacy of being home. The house was beautiful and big enough for a large group but still felt homey and comfortable, the area was quiet and very well kept and the pool was the centerpiece of our trip, it was the perfect temperature and plenty big enough for our family. We absolutely loved the property and everything was just a short drive away. We went on several outings to the parks and beach but by far our favorite time in Orlando was just staying at the house and having fun, 10/10 definitely recommend to anyone, especially for the cost, you won’t find a better property to rent hands down!!!

Great home in a great neighborhood
Communication with the owner and property manager were top notch and solutions were promptly handled to any problem. Never did get the pool heated to a minimum tolerable temperature but I suspect it had to do with the abnormally cold nighttime temps. Would highly recommend.
