Sunshine Villas Florida Booking Conditions

Deposit/ Payment
A reservation deposit of £150 is payable at the time of booking. The balance, inclusive of a refundable security deposit is payable 8 weeks prior to your intended date of arrival. For bookings made 8 weeks or less before date of arrival, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.
Cancellation In the event of cancellation at any time prior to the full balance becoming due, the reservation deposit shall be forfeited unless the accommodation can be fully re-let, in which case a 50% (of the deposit) administration fee will be charged. In the event of cancellation within 8 weeks of arrival date, you will remain liable for the full cost of the booking, unless a full re-let can be arranged in which case an administration fee of 20% (of the full amount) will be charged. It is therefore recommended that suitable insurance be taken out.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of £150 is payable at the time of settlement of the outstanding balance. This will be refunded in full provided that you follow the departure conditions and the accommodation is left in a satisfactory condition, and that any damage, breakage or losses are reported at the time to the management company and arrangements are made to cover the cost of their repair or replacement, and that you return your key at the end of your stay. Should your booking currency not be British pounds and/or the return of your security deposit involves charges these will be deducted from your security deposit when returned, for example PayPal, Transferwise, etc.
Insurance Liability Please ensure that you have adequate holiday insurance cover as we cannot accept liability for third party claims on behalf of your property or person or for delay due to bad weather, airport closure or any other reason.

Arrival/Departure Times
Please note that access to the accommodation on the day of arrival is from 4pm local time; and that you will be required to vacate on the day of your departure by 10am local time.(Unless prior arrangements have been made with us)
Included The cost of accommodation includes use of towels (not for beach and water park use), linen, air conditioning, gas, water, electricity and local phone service. Florida state tax is also included.

Wireless Internet Connection
Wifi is a free service. The user assumes all responsibility for the use of the wireless network, we shall not be responsible for any alterations of or interference with a laptop’s configuration or operation or data files resulting from connection to the wireless network or shall not be liable for the consequences of wireless network use in any way, including the transmission of computer viruses, loss of data or e-mail, or any harm resulting from the use of the wireless network.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, error free connections or that all devices will be compatible with the wireless Internet service. Users must know how to configure their own equipment. Sunshine Villas Florida cannot configure a guest’s laptop or network card or help establish a wireless network connection and does not provide wireless network cards or laptops to guests.
Wireless connections may be less secure than a wired connection. Virus and security protection are the user’s responsibility.

Additional charges
Swimming Pool Heating Florida's climate is such that there is generally no need to heat the swimming pool except during the cooler months (Late Oct - April). An additional charge of £25 per day applies should this be required (recommended late October thru April). Pool heat runs from 10am - 6pm.

Force Majeure
We regret we cannot accept any responsibility or pay any compensation for any loss, damage or alterations to the terms of this booking caused by events beyond the control of the owners or management including but not restricted to war, civil unrest, flight delays or cancellations, adverse weather conditions, fire, flood, industrial disputes or any other events beyond the owners control.
Safety Children must be supervised by an Adult in the pool area at all times. Glass and breakable crockery must not be taken into the pool or surrounding patio area.

RV Parking
The parking of recreational vehicles is not permitted at the property. Available parking information on request.
