Luxurious family villa boasting an oversized private pool & spa which offers sunshine from early till late with no rear neighbours. The property is just 20 minutes from Disney’s attractions and located on the highly desirable Manor at West Haven gated community. It’s just minutes from the restaurants, bars, golf and amenities of Champions Gate.

The 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom property boasts two generous owner’s bedroom suites featuring king-sized beds, en-suite bathrooms with dual vanity units & direct pool access. The third and fourth bedrooms are themed twins and share the third bathroom. Key features include A/C & Wi-Fi throughout, 7 smart TVs (full cable, Netflix/Disney etc, one outside). Both the indoor and outdoor dining areas comfortably seat eight people and a BBQ is available.

A stroller, travel cot, baby monitor and high-chair are all available free of charge. The pool area has a removable child security fence available and every rear door is fitted with a pool alarm.

Living

A large open plan living area is styled with vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen and large sliding glass doors that open onto a spectacular outdoor oasis.

Kitchen

The modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with every modern convenience, including a cooker, microwave, American style fridge/freezer/ice machine, dishwasher, toaster, smoothie maker, kettle and coffee machine. There is also a good selection of indoor and outdoor cutlery and crockery. There is seating for two at the large breakfast counter and a small breakfast nook seating 4. In addition a telephone from which local calls are free (ideal for ordering take away) is also available.

Dining

Formal & casual dining areas. There is a small breakfast nook off the kitchen and a larger dining table off the living area. This is in addition to the dining table seating 8 located outside under the covered lanai.

Master bedroom 1 – Large King (UK Super King) bed and 65inch smart TV and walk-in wardrobe including a safe. Patio doors onto the pool deck. Ensuite with twin basins, bath, large shower cubicle and private toilet.
Master bedroom 2 - Large King (UK Super King) bed and 55inch smart TV and walk-in wardrobe. Patio doors onto the pool deck with its own dining area. Ensuite with twin basins, large shower cubicle and private toilet.
Twin bedroom 3 - Large Mickey themed twin room with fitted wardrobes and flat screen TV. Shared Bathroom room, with sink and bath/shower, leads out onto pool deck.
Twin bedroom 4 – Large Harry Potter themed twin room with fitted wardrobes and flat screen smart TV. Shared Bathroom room, with sink and bath/shower, leads out onto pool deck.

Pool

South West facing extra large 30' pool with spa along with huge deck and lanai area. The huge, covered lanai is a perfect family relaxation area; equipped with loungers and casual seating including a large L-shaped sofa and a 55 Inch Smart TV. Importantly, this villa is one of few with no rear neighbours. A BBQ is available to rent for guest use.
All external doors leading to the pool has alarms for your safety. In addition, there is the option to have additional measures in place with a security fence which seals off the swimming pool so you can control access to the water.

Outside

Large plot south – west facing with large pool and spa and deck area. Small gated community with communal tennis court and children’s playground. Parking for 2 cars. No parking on the street is permitted overnight.

The Manor at West Haven offers luxury Orlando villas with private pools to rent located just off HWY54 in Davenport Florida. West Haven is a large estate made of six smaller communities, each with it's own gated entrance. As you enter West Haven, the approach is exceptionally attractive as you drive down a beautifully manicured driveway towards the holiday homes. West Haven is close to Champions Gates golf club and hotel, where you have restaurants, shops and a large Publix supermarket on your doorstep. The Manor at West Haven is the smallest of the gated communities, consisting of a single circular road called Burford Circle. As you enter the community, to the left is a tennis court, two child's play areas and communal pool which guests are welcome to use.

All rates include tourist & sales tax.

A refundable deposit of $200 per week, or part of week is due. Deposits are refundable up to 20 weeks prior to arrival.

Cleaning is charged at $165 per stay. Mid stay cleans can be added for $145.

Pool Heat can be added at $35/night.

Early Check in or late check out can be added for $100.

Payment in Sterling or Dollars via Bank Transfer, or payment via Wise.com only.
