This fantastic 5 bedroom/3.5 bathroom linked home offers a full-size South west-facing private pool with spa plus a fun games room. It is located on the popular gated Tuscan Hills community, a Mediterranean-style resort complete with tennis, volleyball, gym and a clubhouse, and is also conveniently located for a variety of restaurants and shops on the US27 and is just 8 miles from Disney!
This home offers 5 attractive bedrooms (2 king rooms, 1 queen room and 2 twin rooms) all with flat screen TVs and also boasts 3.5 bathrooms, a social open-plan living space, a fun games room and a spacious pool deck with a large south west-facing private pool and spa, sun loungers and a shaded dining area. It sleeps 10 people plus a baby.
Location
Tuscan Hills Florida villas to rent in Davenport, Florida just off HWY27 and only 15 minutes from Disney World, Orlando. Tuscan Hills is a small gated community in a great location from which to explore all the Orlando theme parks.
The Tuscan Hills clubhouse is open to all onsite guests. It offers an air-conditioned gym, tennis courts, kids play area and a beach volley ball court. As well as a games room with pool table, foosball and air hockey.
Next to the game room is a lounge area where you can sit and relax while the kids play. The Tuscan Hills resort clubhouse also has a small kitchen area which you can use to prepare snacks and drinks.

The Tuscan Hills community is located on HWY27 in Davenport just minutes from Berry Town Center. This shopping plaza has a number of restaurants including Mia Pizza (collection only no delivery). Sundays which is a British fish & chip restaurant, iHop (International House of Pancakes) and Applebees which serves burgers, steaks, seafood. So there should be something for eveyone.
There is also a chinese takeaway called Bamboo Wok and the Publix supermarket. I personally recommend the subs at Publix, they also do chicken tenders, wings etc to take out. Berry Town Centre is the nearest shopping plaza to Tuscan Hills. There is also a CVS pharmacy, petrol station, nail salon, hair salon and a bank.

Rental rates additional information
Weekly rates include taxes. In addition to the rental rates there is a £140 Cleaning fee and an accidental damage waiver of £49 payable on each booking. The damage waiver covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal.
Pool & Spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and is recommended during the months of October through to April. If required it is charged at £200 per week for both.

A Bit of Paradise!
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This is a beautiful home with a southwest facing pool which is very secluded and private. The gated community offers a sense of safety and security. The local company looking after the property was helpful when needed. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a vacation in the Orlando area!

Excellent Property
I would definitely recommend this property. The host Nick was very helpful & informative. An ideal location for all the Parks. The house is well renovated to a high standard. Comfortable beds & well equipped kitchen. Plenty of soft towels & pool towels

Fun at the house
The house was very comfortable. Very roomy. Enjoyed the stay very much. Would book again. Nick was very responsive and helpful. The only clutch was the pool was not heated as expected for day one and most of two. Afterwords it was very warm throughout the remainder of the stay.

Great place for a family
We had a positive stay at Nick's place. Nick and his property management team were very responsive. I would suggest bringing big towels for the pool. We loved the pool and hot tub. It is a great place for a family, we had plenty of room, Thanks Nick!

Terrific Rental Property!
The house in Tuscan Hills is a terrific property for a large group and everything it is touted to be -- and probably more. The property was clean, well-stocked and spacious enough for a large group. Nick and the property managers respond quickly to any questions or concerns. The clever 2nd floor layout of bedrooms gives plenty of space to all and lots of privacy. The first floor and pool/spa deck are large and great gathering spots. For sure a 5-star property that is perfect for an exended stay.
