Overview
This stunning, fully air-conditioned villa has 5 luxurious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The large secluded south facing private pool & spa has recently been upgraded with beautiful shimmering tiles, coloured lights and overlook landscaped gardens and naturally have sun on the lanai all day long. The pool is screened by planted hedging giving our guests complete privacy.
"The Shire" at West Haven is a wonderful secure gated community and is considered to be one of the very best locations in the Orlando area. The community is surrounded by wetlands, conservation areas and orange groves. Our guests have access to the main clubhouse (100 yard walk across the landscaped gardens) which offers a range of recreational activities including a large swimming pool, two tennis courts, beach volley ball, table tennis and a fully equipped gym. All major attractions are easily accessed and the Disney gates are within 15 minutes and Universal Studios and Legoland Florida are approx. 30 mins away. Orlando International Airport is about a 40-minute drive.

Of the 5 bedrooms, the queen bedroom is located on the lower floor with its own private bathroom, there are a further 4 bedrooms on the upper floor, 2 kings and 2 twin bedrooms. The Master King has a fabulous en-suite with a bath and walk in shower. The remaining bedrooms share the family bathroom.
The King Master Bedroom Suite on the 1st floor provides a spacious retreat with a generous private balcony and relaxing seating for 4 - perfect for an early morning relax ahead of a busy vacation day. This beautiful master is dressed with contemporary silver furniture with arguably the nicest bed you’ll ever see ? A 55” LG smart tv on wall completes this private haven away from the family! A very expansive wraparound wardrobe adjacent to the large Master bathroom, featuring separate shower and bath and his and her twin sinks. Sliding patio doors provide access to a large balcony overlooking the pool deck and with stunning views over the landscaped gardens. The balcony features a patio sofa, coffee table and swivel armchairs with a ceiling light and fan.
The second King Master bedroom on the 1st floor - again a generous size with beautiful luxurious bed and furniture with 45” LG smart tv is on the 1st floor
The third Queen bedroom on the ground floor facing the front of the property is a tranquil, light and airy haven with a neighbouring bathroom offering a shower over bath and oversized sink vanity. This room's attractive feature is its private situation away from the main family areas in the house. With a 45” LG smart TV on the wall, its ideal for laying back and catching up on morning or evening news.
Bedroom 4, upstairs with twin beds sharing a luxurious headboard which allows beds to be placed separately or together. This room overlooks the front gardens and has a 45” LG smart flatscreen tv. This bedroom can be for adults, teens or children and is done in a nautical flavour with great art of the walls.
Bedroom 5 upstairs is a Classic Mickey twin bedded room with bright décor and 45” LG smart flatscreen tv to keep the kids amused. The kids are going to love the décor.

The pool deck has a good sized electrically heated swimming pool with raised spa area (protected by a safety net for the benefit of families with young children) and a large covered lanai with outdoor lights. The brand new patio furniture consists of a large dining table with 6 chairs, 4 sunloungers and two small drinks tables. Shrub planting provides screening between neighboring villas making our pool very private and not overlooked.
Outside
Our lovely villa is situated on a very private plot overlooking landscaped gardens with views from the patio, pool deck and upstairs balcony of the West Haven Clubhouse. There is an abundance of wild life to view including heron, cormorant, egrets and a family of sandhill cranes. Relax in the spa or enjoy a glass of wine on the deck or upstairs balcony and watch the sunset.
As part of your stay on the Shire at West Haven you have private access to the onsite clubhouse with large pool, gym and tennis courts included FREE of charge.

The nearest course is Champions Gate which currently offers two Greg Norman designed layouts called the National and International with a third course called the Country Club at Champions Gate now open.
Next would be Highlands Reserve which is less than 5 minutes away and has only one water hazard so a great place to start before heading to one of the tougher Greg Norman courses.
Other golf courses within 15 minutes are Southern Dunes and Mystic Dunes all of which are great layouts and a challenge for golfers of every skill level.

Driving Distances from the Shire at West Haven to the Orlando Theme Parks
We have added the actual driving distances to all the main Orlando theme parks below, these are not the distances to the main gate which most people quote, as this would reduce the distance, but to the actual car park for each attraction. Most of the jouney to the parks are on highways or interstates driving between 55-65 MPH so it's pretty quick to get to all the parks.

While staying on the Shire at West Haven you will probably be looking for nearby restaurants. The closest place (less than 5 minutes) would be Champions Gate Village which has a number shops, gas stations and restaurants. We have put together a list of Champions Gate Restaurants so you know what's available.

Rental rates additional information
RENTAL RATES ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
All RATES ARE FULLY INCLUSIVE OF THE 12% FLORIDA SALES & TOURIST DEVELOPMENT TAX.
US dollars are also accepted for rental.
Deposits - 25% of total (non-refundable)
Balance is due -12 Weeks Prior to Departure. Once paid non-refundable.
PayPal payments accepted subject to a 3.75% charge.
Minimum stay 7 nights (unless otherwise stated).
Pool heating is available if required at an additional cost of £25 per day. (recommended between October and April). This can also be purchased locally for an approximate cost of 165 USD + tax per week, payable directly to our management company.
IMPORTANT NOTE: In the event of very unusual adverse weather conditions, pool heaters do not operate effectively when the air temperature is below 55 degrees.
B-B-Q grills are not supplied at the home, these can be hired locally from our management company who will deliver the grill and gas to the home take it away at the end of your stay to clean it.
Security deposit - £250 refundable security deposit to be paid with final payment 12 weeks prior to departure. Deposit will be refunded after you vacate the villa and following an inspection of the villa by our Management Company. Also, guests may purchase locally insurance from $69 which will provide cover for up to $1,500 worth of accidental damages/breakages. Because of the high value of flat screen TV’s and other equipment in the villa we would strongly advise our guests to purchase the insurance.

Beautiful villa
Enjoyed our stay here. Villa is beautifully decorated and really enjoyed the pool and spa. Beds are very comfortable. Any minor issues were quickly resolved by Ivan. Plan to return next year.

Fabulous Villa
We stayed for Christmas and New Year with another family and had the best time. Joan gave us lots of information prior to booking, lots once booked and was always at the end of a WhatsApp if we needed anything!
We were so happy when we entered the villa - the villa is beautifully decorated, high quality furnishings, pool area absolutely fabulous and we even had a Christmas tree up for the children ??.
The beds were really comfy, nice bedding and towels and pool towels and floats even provided.
We had an issue with heating which was sorted within about an hour, fabulous service! The weather wasn’t the best but the heated pool made up for this!
Great location - 15/25 mins to Disney parks and 45/50 for Universal (only because of traffic).
Kitchen very well stocked, great fridge freezer with ice maker, coffee machine etc
Highly recommend this villa! Would definitely go back if back in Orlando.

The Villa of Dreams
We have stayed here a few times with family & loved it so much we came back for our Honeymoon. The Villa is absolutely beautiful, modern & stylish, clean & in a great location. Joan is fantastic and always makes sure our stays are perfect, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else and I will most definitely be back for my 4th visit in 2025.

Second stay and even better than our first
Casa Blanca is an amazing villa situated in a quiet gated community , yet close to restaurants on Champion Gate and the 192. The interstate 4 is only minutes away offering easy access to the Disney parks.
This was our 2nd stay and as soon as you enter the villa you know it is special . All modern furnishings , spacious rooms and clean .
The removal of the trees (since our last visit ) from outside the pool deck has only enhanced the use of the pool and lanai . The pool area is not overlooked and is south facing .
There is a useful information folder with recommendations of places to visit along with plenty of restaurants near by.
The Shires community is easy to find with the directions supplied by Joan .
From the initial booking to arriving at the villa Joan was extremely kind ,helpful and prompt to reply we will be looking to book our 3rd stay very soon.

Our perfect stay at Casa Blanca Villa
We spent the final week of our Florida stay at Casa Blanca. The villa is in fantastic position and not overlooked. It’s not often pictures don’t do a villa justice. The villa is very spacious, well equipped and clean. The pool area was our favourite and the built in hot tub actually was a hot hub! The sundeck was awesome getting sun all day.
The estate was unknown to us but is literally 2 minutes away from the end of the Champions Gate.
With being gated and active security we felt extremely safe. Although this part of our trip didn’t involve park visits, Disney especially was very easy to get to for a dining reservation.
Joan is super quick to respond whenever I had a query, and Ivan was easy to contact too. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful property
Just returned from a 14 night stay in Casa Blanca. It is a beautiful property with a great views in a perfect location. You are just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the themes park, however within easy reach and close a superb golf course, a few restaurants and watering holes on your doorstep.
The villa is beautifully decorated with a luxury feel and has all the comforts of home. I would highly recommend staying here.

The Villa is in a great location, easy access to Disney parks, universal and airport.
The Villa is fabulous, great accommodation and facilities for our family of Seven.
Essential to have a barbecue on site for those family dinners and chill out periods, following an active day at the parks

Horn/Jolly Disney trip
The Casa Blanca, was even nicer than the pictures, it was a recommendation from a friend who had stayed there, and we wasn’t disappointed. Lovely spacious bright airy rooms, big screen tv’s, modern well equipped kitchen, and the pool, jacuzzi and patio area was delightful to sit in. The villa is on a lovely private estate, complete with security gates, and everything you need is in Champions Gate retail mall. Joan was always quick to respond whenever we had a query, and gave us lots of options for dining and shopping, she feels like a friend!

Wonderful villa!
We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Casa Blanca villa. It is immaculate throughout and very comfortable and homely, with plenty of space for everyone. The pool deck has sunshine all day, as does the upstairs balcony and we made good use of the pool and wonderfully warm, hot tub. (It was January and sometimes hot tubs don’t live up to their name, but this one does!). I would 100% recommend Joan’s villa and we will definitely be back!

Lovely villa
Casa Blanca was everything we had hoped for it was a clean modern home from home with plenty of space for everyone.

Gorgeous! Highly recommended:)
We had a wonderful 2 weeks in this lovely spotless villa. It’s huge and there’s lots of really comfy family space to hang out. It had absolutely everything we needed. Beautifully decorated.
It’s south facing at the back and has a huge balcony accessible from the master bedroom where we could sit with a wine in the evenings. It’s really private and has a lake at the back with some wildlife. The pool was exceptionally clean and the outdoor area was a great place to chill.
The children loved playing the games especially the giant snakes and ladders.
The owner gave us lots of helpful info before we arrived and we had contact details for the local maintenance person in case we had any issues. It was reassuring to know that he was at the end of the phone even though we didn’t have any problems at all.
The resort has a locked gate so very safe. For shopping there’s plenty close by: Publix, Walmart, Olive Garden, Longhorn. All in all we had a superb stay here 5*

Excellent stay in a perfect villa.
We absolutely loved staying at Casa Blanca, it was really was the perfect Homebase for our stay. Joan was easily contactable and very informative, we were very impressed with our dealings with Joan. The information sent to us prior to our stay contained everything we needed for our stay. The villa was clean, tidy and we instantly felt at home there. There were lovely touches around the villa that made it feel like a home rather than a holiday villa. You know it’s been a good stay, when there is nothing negative to say. Lovely Villa

Fantastic Villa
Wonderful stay finally after covid delayed us third time lucky.
Beautiful setting very peaceful estate with a good selection of restaurants nearby.
together with Public supermarket only 10 minutes drive away.
The villa is stunning and tasteful decorated and had every amenity you could ask for.
The pool was very welcome after a very hot and humid day in the park.
Joan was very helpful and flexible in helping us during what was a difficult time with covid and was always on the end of the phone for any queries.

Amazing holiday home
From the minute we first enquired the communication with Joan was brilliant. When we walked into the villa we were amazed, we go to Orlando every year and my parents have been going for the last 20 years - we all agreed this was the best villa we’ve ever stayed in. Ivan (the manager) was great and always on hand to offer tips and hints and resolve any issues (my son managed to lock us out of the bedroom and the response time was brilliant). Casa Blanca Villa
Just returned from 10 days in the stunning Casa Blanca Villa in our favourite resort of The Shire at West Haven. This beautiful villa ticks all the boxes for the perfect Orlando holiday. The villa is spotlessly clean and well maintained throughout, with a clear landscaped area behind the pool. The owner Joan was a pleasure to deal with, and provided all the necessary information prior to our arrival. Highlight is the tranquility of just sitting at the pool relaxing and watching the wildlife, after a busy day out at the parks or the outlets. We would have no hesitation in recommending Casa Blanca for a family holiday in Florida, as it provides just that little bit of extra luxury.

Fabulous Villa

We have just come home after our second stay at Casa Blanca and can honestly say it felt like home.
The owner is amazing with her communication, information and care. We honestly won't stay anywhere else in Florida now we have found Casa Blanca.
We have travelled to Florida for 11 years now and we think that we have found paradise. Lovely owners make all the difference, they care about their villa, they want you to feel at home and if you need anything, they make sure you get the help you need. That does not always happen at other homes.
The villa is beautiful, from breakfast by the pool, lunch in the kitchen, dinner in the dining room to a glass of wine on the verandah, all of it is blissful. You are well placed for the parks, nightlife and further afield the beaches etc
You really can't go wrong if you stay at Casa Blanca.

Just had 2 weeks in this perfect villa great location this is my 13th time in florida and this villa is the best I have stayed in the bedrooms were great with comfortable beds very very clean throughout all amenities we needed felt safe don't bother looking for any other villa this one is all you need..

This is a lovely villa- so much space and the owners have thought of everything.
The pool and hot tub are lovely and a great size.

We have just returned from a 10 night stay at Joan’s truly home from home villa. The villa was immaculate throughout and kitted with all mod cons. Located in a quiet area, didn’t feel overlooked despite having neighbours either side. Great location for tourist attractions & highway links. Joan is very responsive to any questions you may have. Deposit returned in a timely manner. Have highly recommended to friends/family. Will happily stay again in the future.

Fabulous villa stay
We have recently returned from a wonderful stay at at Casa Blanca, a wonderful 5 bed villa at West Haven. The villa was spotlessly clean and welcoming on our arrival, and we felt it had a very 'homely' feel, despite being extremely spacious. We made lots of use of the pool and hot tub and spent many hours sitting out on the pool deck which feels very private with a lovely peaceful outlook. We will certainly be back.

Casa Blanca is a stunning villa
We had a fabulous stay here over Christmas an New Year. The villa is exceptionally spacious, beautifully decorated and immaculate. It was equipped superbly, nothing was missing and I can't recommend it highly enough.
We will definitely be asking Joan if we can use her Florida home again.

wonderful villa superb host
Covid stopped our original date, however, we found Joan to be extremely helpful and accommodating when trying to re arrange our booking. The villa is large, light and airy and definitely the one to accommodate a large group or family. We certainly had enough space that we were not on top of each other.
The pool and jacuzzi were a welcome relief after a long day at the parks. The facilities at the villa are top notch. Disney+ on the TV as well as lots of other channels to watch. we spent a lot of time keeping up with DFB and other vloggers on you tube.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and the washer and dryer were extremely useful.
I really enjoyed being able to grab a coffee early mornings and just sitting on the upstairs veranda just watching the day begin.
Joan's communication, information and help has been second to none and would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for a little bit of luxury coupled with space to move , then this is the villa for you

Our vacation was absolutely the best staying at this beautiful modern home!! Joan is so great she responded to my request to book the house super quickly. Booking was very easy and everything was sent over expeditiously once we made our payment. Every room is decorated so nice and it’s in a very quiet home development that was easy to find which I love. We enjoyed our days relaxing out by the amazing pool and jacuzzi. This house is gorgeous and weekly stays are very affordable. If anyone is considering a week or more in Orlando this house is definitely a top notch choice. Our family will be back for sure. Fabulous Boston girls stay!
We all need a little sunshine after the year and a half we all had and Joan was that sunshine!! So easy and accommodating to work with and the villa was a classy home away from home!! This was a perfect fit for us as the villa was kept neat and clean and the gated community was quiet and peaceful. It was nice to be able to come home after a long day out to sit by the pool in peace and quiet!

Spring Break at Casa Blanca
Beautiful spacious and well maintained home with lots of room to spread out. Joan was easy to deal with and very accommodating. We came with our children and grandchildren and had a great time swimming, playing tennis, pool table and volleyball. Very close to Disney and other attractions. Can't wait to come back..

Clean, Modern and Highly Recommended
This home is a modern and very clean home. We stayed here 3 times, most recently in November of 2020 during Covid and I cant wait to go back. About a 25 minute ride to Disney and 5 minutes to I-4. Communication with Joan is top notch. Look forward to staying again in 2021 if possible

Winter escape to Casa Blanca
We had a fantastic time at the lovely Casa Blanca.
Joan was very easy to deal with and communication was timely and informative.
The house itself is in a well maintained gated community.
The inside of the house was extremely clean and fresh, when we walked through the door we immediately felt ‘at home’.
All rooms were comfortably furnished to a very high standard and spacious. The pool area was delightful and we spent a lot of time in and around the heated pool. We particularly enjoyed having our morning coffee sitting on the screened terrace off the master bedroom and watching the sandhill cranes.
The location is great for shopping and restaurants and not too far from Disney. We were able to get to both the Gulf coast (Tampa) and the Atlantic coast (Cocoa Beach) in just over an hour.
We would love to return in the future.

Fabulous Villa!
Just want to say from the off that Joan is THE most helpful person. She gave us lots of information prior to leaving for holiday and the information pack in the villa was also brilliant. We had no problem at all locating the villa and the sat nav took us straight to the door. The villa is just simply beautiful and you feel very safe as it is in a gated community. A real home from home (well without the pool because we live in Scotland!). Extremely clean and fresh. It is very well equipped and has everything you need. The pool area was stunning. The open views across to the tennis and basketball courts was lovely. We stayed in December and the temperature of the pool and jacuzzi was like a warm bath...perfect! The weather wasn't great but because the pool was so warm you could still use it because it was so lovely and warm which was a real bonus. The villa is also very close to some really nice restaurants and cafe type places and a very good supermarket. We would absolutely recommend this villa and dealing with Joan was a dream.

Fabulous Stay, A Real Home from Home
Myself and my family, 8 of us in total enjoyed a wonderful weeks stay here in November 2019.
We have been coming to Orlando for over 10 years and can honestly say this is the best villa that we have ever stayed in. The villa is furnished to a very high standard and has everything you need.
From a pool table in the garage to beach towels, chairs and mats that came in handy when we visited the beach for the day.
We paid the extra to have the pool heated as our 2 year old daughter came with us and I'm so glad we did she was in the pool everyday and loved it especially the Jacuzzi.
We would definitely recommend staying here to all of our friends and family and we will almost certainly be booking again for the future.
Only down side is we eventually had to come home!

Can’t fault anything with the villa! Pool area, bedrooms, kitchen, lounge areas all first class and spotless.
Excellent location to shops, restaurants and all theme parks.

Beautiful villa in a great location
This was the first time we’ve stayed in a villa, I don’t think we’ll ever stay in a hotel again! It was lovely having space and privacy. The villa is absolutely beautiful, I particularly fell in love with the master suite. Beds were incredibly comfortable and everywhere was beautifully decorated with lovely soft carpets throughout. The pool area was very spacious, secluded and private. Our daughter loved the Mickey Mouse bedroom and our teenage son loved all the high tech TVs and the pool table! Thanks to Joan for all her help beforehand.

Fab Villa - Highly Recommended *****
Casa Blanca Villa was amazing from start to finish! Joan was great to deal with and communication was excellent. On arrival the villa was even better than the pictures and very clean. There was also some lovely personal touches to the villa that we just loved and it is decorated beautifully. During our stay we stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel at Universal and it just didn’t compare. The only negative thing I could say is that we had to leave!! But we will definitely return. Thank You

Great family memories at Casa Blanca
Just had an amazing 18 nights at Casa Blanca villa in West Haven at the shire.
Villa was in a great location really close to Disney parks and just off the I-4 to Universal studios.
The villa was the best villa we have been at and have been going to Orlando now for 10 years.
Joan was a pleasure to deal with nothing was a bother to her any questions answered quickly.

Amazing place - Casa Blanca
We stayed at Casa Blanca in May 2019 and had an amazing time! It was our first time as a family visiting Florida and I had received recommendations to stay in a villa. I came across Joan's beautiful villa and really liked the modern decor and space. Joan was really responsive and provided us with lots of recommendations and tips during our stay. The whole process was seamless. The villa was so clean and spacious. We all absolutely loved it. It was great for children with the safety fence around the pool and our two young children loved the Mickey Mouse themed room! They are still talking about it now :)
It was great having our own pool and we also used the Club House pool and gym. The villa is located in a perfect location, not too far away from the parks and close to Championsgate. Hopefully we will return to this beautiful villa in the future. Thank you Joan for all your help, I would definitely recommend this villa to others.

Absolute Luxury - Casablanca
We stayed at Villa Casablanca in April 19 .
From the moment we made our enquiry the owner Joan was by far the best person we have dealt with , Joan is extremely efficient and helpful in her responses.
Casablanca villa is immaculate, modern and very spacious with no clutter !
We have stayed in many villas over the past 10 years about (15 ) and this villa is the best .
All of the bedrooms are large with the most wonderful beds. Every room in the house is furnished to a high standard.
We travelled with 2 young boys who spent most of their time in the pool which is not overlooked.
The location of the villa is close to Champions Gate where you can find many restaurants, we liked the Millers Ale House its great for families with good food. The interstate 4 is within 2 miles so getting out and about is easy.
I would like to say a big thank you to Joan for the use of this wonderful villa this really made our holiday and we hope to be back

Paradise at Casa Blanca
From the moment I first made an enquiry the owner this has been amazing. Extremely polite, efficient booking, lots of great information for places to go and that personal touch. As I had mentioned it was my 50th, when I arrived at this gorgeous home there were special gifts for me from them, what a thoughtful touch. I cannot over estimate how perfect this villa is, this is our 6th visit in 10 years to Orlando and it is the nicest we have had, not only the decor and layout but the position for us was perfect. We were only a few miles from everything and the estate is very well kept too. You really won't go wrong if you stay here but leave a little gap for us to visit again!

The home is exactly as described, beautiful, comfortable and we loved our visit and we couldn’t have asked for nicer people to rent from. Joan was very helpful in our correspondence and gave us some great ideas where to eat. Best fish we ever had, sorry I can’t remember the name of the establishment but it was excellent. As I do love to cook a few extra mixing bowels would have been great, but then most people don’t cook too much on vacation. Definitely keeping all contact information in case our visit to Florida is sooner than expected. Not that far from attractions, great neighbourhood as well.

Amazing villa
Stayed in Joan's wonderful villa for 3 weeks over Christmas and New Year and what a fabulous experience it was. The villa is amazing from the beautiful interior design to the lovely surrounding and easy access to all the parks and amenities. We were sorry to leave, everything was perfect in this house from the soft fluffy towels to the most comfy beds ever. The pool and spa were great and the children loved spending time in it. Casa Blanca, a little slice of heaven
The property and people dealing with it are sublime. Casa Blanca will not disappoint anyone wishing to stay on there vacation, everything described and in photos are 100% accurate and Joan the owner is always on hand and helped us a lot. The property is immaculate and everything works with high end furnishings and appliances. I can’t fault it as everything from the area to the pool is sublime. Great Holiday
Great villa, great location (have stayed in West Haven before so know the area). Went with 4 grandchildren and they loved the pool. Great holiday and the weather was great.
Location good with supermarket, McDonalds and other amenities minutes way.

Florida Holiday
Casa Blanca is a beautiful villa both inside and out, it’s internal decor is stunning and the outside pool area is very private with a lovely peaceful view of the area. The owner of the villa gave us some great recommendations on where to go and where to eat, answered every question promptly and the management were on hand at all times. It’s in a great position with easy access to the I4 and all theme parks. I would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone and hope to stay again. 5 Star holiday home
Just returned from a wonderful holiday staying at Joan’s villa. The house is superb beautifully decorated and furnished throughout (only wish our own home was the same!!)
Location was ideal for the parks so the kids were happy , not to far to the outlet shopping for my wife and lots of good quality golf courses nearby for me. Couldn’t have asked for more.
Can’t wait to go back next year!

Wonderful Stay in FL!
We recently had a fantastic stay at "Casablanca!" The property is conveniently located in the Orlando area with a wealth of restaurants and attractions within easy access. The pool and outdoor setup was ideal for a relaxing few days in Florida. The house itself is extremely clean and beautiful. It was so nice to have everything we needed right there for us! We truly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return. Thank you Joan!

5 star luxury
I stayed in Casa Blanca in July 2018 for the first time and quickly booked again for July 2019! Casa Blanca is the perfect villa for families and couples. The rooms are so modern and spacious and everything in and around the villa is looked after and in perfect condition.
The bedrooms and beds and so comfortable and the pool and jacuzzi are the perfect place to chill out.
The villa is in a perfect location - close to Disney and fabulous shops and restaurants. We really loved our holiday here and we cannot wait to go back!!! Thank you!

Amazing
We have stayed in various villas in Florida (6 different ones now). I stayed in this villa with my partner and two teenage daughters. This villa is by far the nicest we have stayed in so far. Attention to detail in every corner, every thing was spotlessly clean and tidy and had the homely touches. The kitchen is equipped and home from home with plenty of cutlery and plates. A nice touch was a basket full of fluffy pool towels just by the patio doors. All tv’s are smart tv’s and easy to log into Netflix (great for teenagers!). All in all a wonderful place to call home for two weeks. We honestly couldn’t fault it. The owner is a super lady too friendly approachable and cannot do enough for you. Amazing 5 stars we will be back ??

Amazing holiday!!
This villa is amazing, it's decorated so well by Joan and she looks after this villa to make sure its perfect for guests! The pool area is lovely and very relaxing, and the bedrooms are all very very comfy. Whenever, I travel somewhere I always take into consideration cleanliness and the smell of the villa too, this was definitely 10/10 and was very clean and smelt fresh which I love. My mum wanted to book this villa again with Joan for may 2020 however unfortunately it is already booked! so gutted but will definitely be coming back here soon!!! :)

What a wonderful stay we had in "Casa Blanca!"
What a wonderful stay we had in "Casa Blanca"! This exceptional villa has been completely refurnished, painted and decorated throughout to an extremely high, luxurious standard, while still maintaining a comfortable, welcoming feeling.
The owner has described the place in detail - however, it's even better than the descriptions and photos! Jaw dropping as you enter. Every thought has been put into the furnishings and décor - everything you might need for a fabulous Florida vacation has been provided....from comfortable beds, to kitchen equipment, to fluffy bath and pool towels, many smart tvs and comfortable dining and seating areas, not to mention the wonderful outdoor pool and spa lanai, overlooking tranquil, landscaped gardens with an abundance of wildlife to see.
It has easy access to shops, restaurants, theme parks, and for the golfers, plenty of courses nearby.
AAAH! All good things come to an end, but we hope to be back soon!
