The living area is a spacious and light room with two couches and a large coffee table. Entertainment facilities include a large Smart TV (with cable) and a Blu-ray player. The villa has a selection of DVDs, games, and books for guests to enjoy.

The kitchen is well apportioned with a large fridge-freezer complete with ice maker and filtered water. Cooking facilities include a selection of pots, pans, and baking trays that can be used in the large single oven or on top of the 4 burner electric hob. The kitchen also boasts a microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, and coffee maker. Dishes can be washed in the dishwasher and food scraps disposed of in the in-sink waste disposal unit. Washing, drying, and ironing facilities are located off the kitchen in the Games Room/Garage.

The dining area is connected to the living area and kitchen in a large open-plan design. The dining area boasts an impressively large dining table with seating for 8 guests. The lanai also boasts dining facilities with a round table and 6 chairs.

The villa boasts four bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. The Master bedroom is a large and roomy space fitted with a US king-size bed. It is also equipped with a large couch and Smart TV with access to subscription services.

Bedroom 2 is also equipped with a US king-size bed and TV enhanced with a Roku box for watching cable channels and subscription services.

Bedroom 3 is a room ideally suited for children. It is fitted with a single bed and two bunk-beds. Upstairs is completed by a spacious seating area with a TV and games console. Perfect for the kids to play on while waiting for grown-ups to finish getting ready/making meals.

Downstairs is Bedroom 4, which is equipped with a US queen-size bed that share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the downstairs hallway. This bedroom, outfitted with a TV and Roku box, is ideal for any guests with mobility issues.

Bathroom 1, an ensuite connected to the Master bedroom, features a double sink, a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.

Bathroom 2, an ensuite connected to Bedroom 2, features a bathtub and over bath shower.

Bathroom 3, an ensuite connected to Bedroom 3, features a bathtub and over bath shower.

Bathroom 4, is a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with connecting door to Bedroom 4, and features a bathtub and over bath shower.

The garage has been converted into a games room and here guests can enjoy a variety of activites. There is a dart board, air hockey table, and pool table with cues. A wall mounted fan helps cool the area.

A signature feature of Cosmos Villa is our large south-facing pool complete with hot-tub. The pool is completely enclosed with privacy screens. There are 6 loungers on the patio and the large covered lanai has 6 dining chairs, 2 footstools, and a dining table. The hot-tub has a rail to aid access and there is an outdoor shower.

Cosmos Villa is situated in a beautiful conservation area and overlooks a small wood. The pool is south-facing and fully enclosed. There are no rear neighbours to disturb your peace and the whole neighbourhood is beautifully landscaped with mature trees provided shade at the front of the villa.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa and there is a desk situated next to the router for ethernet access should it be required.

Baby equipment, such as cots and high-chairs, is available upon request.
