Located on the magnificent Highlands Reserve 18 hole Championship Golf course Community, the house is perfectly situated for all main Orlando attractions and shopping, sleeping up to eight adults in unashamed five star luxury.
Fifteen minutes from Walt Disney World Resort, this breathtaking, impeccably furnished Florida Villa was the show-house model. Built on a premium-facing plot, the developers spared no expense creating this, the largest format four-bedroom home in the area. Internally huge, the property is ideal for two families sharing.

The house is fully air conditioned with adjustable thermostat control. Inside the property we operate a non-smoking policy.

Being the showhouse for the Highlands reserve development, the garage of the property was extended to accommodate the sales office. This huge area now serves as our games room.

Pool
The oversized swimming pool deck has been specifically orientated to receive full sunshine from dawn-to-dusk on every day of the year. At the same time, and most importantly, the covered lanai dining area with ceiling cooling fan has an "L-shaped" configuration, ensuring that the area remains in shade for toddlers and adults who need to avoid the heat.
For convenience, separate beach towels are provided for use around the pool area.

New Toptracer driving range and The Reserve Bar
Highlands Reserve Golf Club's new Toptracer driving range and The Reserve Bar are now open, giving guests another way to enjoy time close to their holiday villa. The range uses ball-tracking technology to show shot data, making it an option for golfers working on their game as well as beginners looking to try something different during their stay.

Highlands Reserve to Disney World and the Orlando parks
Plan your drive from your chosen villa to the specific park's guest parking entrance. Disney World covers a large area: reaching its boundary is different from arriving at Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios or Animal Kingdom. Journey times vary with traffic, your starting address and the route.
For Magic Kingdom, allow time after parking to reach the Transportation and Ticket Center and continue to the park by monorail or ferry. Check Disney's parking guidance before your visit.
Check Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, Epic Universe and SeaWorld separately when planning your itinerary. A route to one park is not an estimate for every attraction. Use live navigation before departure and allow time for parking and security.
Shops and groceries near Highlands Reserve
Berry Town Center is a useful nearby stop for groceries and dining. The Publix at Berry Town Center is at 2424 Sand Mine Road, Davenport. Check its current opening hours when planning your arrival-day shop.
The surrounding Highway 27 area offers further shopping and places to eat. Check the route from your actual home before deciding to walk, and confirm current menus and opening hours directly with the business.
Arriving from Orlando Airport

Wonderful golf course and amenities.

Amazing holiday
WOW! What an amazing holiday we had. We are so pleased we chose to stay in your villa, it was the perfect place to rest and relax on our days ‘off’! Our children loved the pool (as did the adults!) and the games room was a big hit too.
We enjoyed breakfast at Bob Evans and dinners at Tacos and Texas Roadhouse. Would highly recommend them all.
