Great location in Champions Gate. Love how easy it was to get to the community pool/lazy river. Hosts were always proactively reaching out so I had all the information needed for a seamless check-in and they offered great ideas for our stay. Everything felt easy and accessible. The home was clean and welcoming upon arrival. The pool and hot tub were the perfect temps (February can still be a bit chilly so we opted for pool heating). Every room had a Disney theme which was fun for the whole family. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was more beautiful than the pictures. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive! Would highly recommend if traveling with a baby/toddler as they provided everything you would need! House was clean and beds/couches super comfortable. We will definitely be a repeat guest!

We recently stayed at this fantastic Villa in Championsgate, Florida for 18 nights in from January 25th, 2024, and it exceeded all our expectations. Our family of 8, including our youngest son who is Autistic, felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The spacious accommodations provided plenty of room for all of us, and our son was especially thrilled with the Avengers themed room, which became his favorite spot in the villa. The location couldn't have been more convenient, with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores in Championsgate. Additionally, the short five-minute walk to the Club House was a huge bonus, as our children had an amazing time in the Lazy River and Play Area. The owners, Patrick and Jenny, were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. They were always available to answer our questions and provided valuable tips to help us make the most of our park reservations. Overall, our experience at this Villa was nothing short of exceptional, and we're already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Patrick and Jenny, for your outstanding hospitality and for creating such a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our family. We highly recommend this Villa to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free holiday in the Championsgate area!

The themed rooms fit so well with the most magical place on earth, and this home was definitely any kid’s paradise. The entire place was extremely kid-friendly from the artwork and toys down to the cribs, stroller and stairs gate our hosts provided. Jenny and Patrick are thorough, attentive and kind, and the home was spotless upon entry. The game room was a true highlight for our family! I have nothing but positive things to stay about this visit, and doubly so because it made my daughter’s birthday an absolute dream. My children had a blast, as did I, and we hope to be back soon!

My family and I came to Orlando for the holidays and we just had the best experience! Jenny and Patrick are just great hosts, always very kind and responding everything promptly, giving us all the information needed so we could just relax and enjoy our days there. The house is a "dream house", perfect space, just as it seems in the pictures. Kids had so much fun at same time adults had a great time reunited. We already miss these days at Magic Portal House. We absolutely loved our stay at the Magical Portal! From the moment we walked in we felt comfortable, at home, and our kids (and parents!) were full of excitement due to all the Disney touches all over the house! The house was extremely clean, the amenities were great and I can't say enough about the fun bedrooms, pool, game room and lanai. We could have spent days just enjoying the house! Jenny and Patrick kept in touch with us from the moment we booked until the final days of our stay. They were prompt with any questions we had and were knowledgeable about the area. We would LOVE to stay at the Magical Portal again and would recommend it to anyone heading to Florida!

Wow! Where do I even start? I planned this vacation almost a year in advance. We had never been to Florida before. I wanted this vacation to be perfect since two of my kids were reaching milestone birthday's. Jenny and Patrick eased all of my worries and helped me plan a flawless vacation. They were more than helpful and they answered all of my questions all throughout the planning and our stay. When we arrived at the home (after a very long flight) everyone was in awe of how beautiful the home was decorated. Every room had a creative and unique Disney theme. My kids shrieked with excitement when they saw the arcade. They loved it so much that they did not want to go to the Disney theme parks. We could have stayed at the house all week and they would have been happy! We all enjoyed the pool and the spa, and my husband loved the many large tv’s to watch all his favorite sports games on. This vacation was a special and very memorable one. We will most definitely stay here again.

Jenny and Patrick were really great hosts which is always super important. They responded to messages when it was early hours US time! The house is wonderful and felt very much at home - it had everything and more that we wanted and needed for our stay. The pool and hot tub were really lovely to enjoy after a hard days work at the Disney parks. Supermarkets right round the corner too. Good set up in the house for young children. I cant see anyone being disappointed staying at Jenny's and Patrick's lovely home.

We felt right at home! The decorations were amazing! The clubhouse had a great pool area for the kids to enjoy. Disney was less than 30 minutes away. Traveling with a little one can be so hard but they had everything you can think of! (Tub, high chairs, playpens, crib, stroller, toys, etc.,) The game room was great too! This home made my son’s birthday so special! Jenny and Patrick answered our messages so quickly and they were so flexible! We will definitely stay again.

This home made our vacation Magical. Everything was perfect from the pool, jacuzzi, backyard patio area, game room, and so on and so on. The amount of detailed effort that has been put into this home is absolutely amazing. Very comfy layout, 2 bdrms downstairs, attached bathrms & 4 bdrms upstairs, comfortable living rooms on each floor & the pool is big enough to accommodate all the guests this home fits with a bathroom right off the patio so that the entire home does not get wet and slippery. All of the added decor & real art on the walls makes this home feel so exciting & beautiful . The hosts have married comfortability & extravagance perfectly within this home. The doors leading to the patio/pool have alarms that sound when opened. Our youngest son (4) is nonverbal and has autism and loves water but needs Floaties. One morning during our stay, the alarm woke us up, we ran downstairs & were able to get our son before he could try to unlock the gate & head into the pool without his gear. Because of this we are so unbelievably thankful for this feature, it is life saving. The hosts were wonderful & very helpful in many ways!

Wow! I've used vacation rentals for my travels for about 5 years. This is the first and only stay that has truly gone above and beyond. 5 stars and a public review is the very least that I can do after receiving this world class magical treatment. A most hospitable host!! This team is not messing around, lol! They are serious about making your stay as perfect as possible! From answering questions at lightening speed to being so extremely accommodating it was surreal, this place and the team was truly magical. Now for the house itself. The kids did not want to leave the game room! The pictures don't do the theme bedrooms any justice, especially the kids rooms upstairs. The attention to detail was jaw dropping. Everytime we saw a detail we were amazed all over again by how attentive the hosts were to making this a unique and immersive stay. My family and I would love to come back for more trips! A magical portal indeed! Don't hesitate! Book it now!

My family and I have not long come back from the most amazing stay at the Magical Portal House. The house was absolutely amazing, and even better than it looks on the pictures. From all the little details like the personalized Spotify playlists for each themed room, every single kitchen appliance you could ever need including a mickey waffle maker, baby equipment galore like games, playpens, highchairs etc. The list is endless. Not only does it have a fantastic pool and plenty outside seating areas along with giant tic tac toe game, it also has the most amazing games room with every game imaginable across all of the consoles. All the TV's had most streaming platforms already installed like disney plus and Netflix etc which was perfect for chilled nights in, especially when the living room sofa is the comfiest sofa I have ever sat on in my life! No words or pictures can begin to justify just how amazing this house is, it really does need to be seen to be believed. We will not hesitate to book in the future and can not wait to come back!

This was a perfect size for the family. We had more than enough room. The kids loved the rooms and especially the pool. Jenny and Patrick were very responsive when I did have a couple of questions. Insta cart was able to make deliveries right to the door. Would highly recommend this home for your family vacation.

Everything about our visit was excellent. Starting from our great host. They were so quick and helpful for any questions we had. The house is beautiful. This house is AMAZING! Even more, the hosts were amazing! Jenny and Patrick were extremely responsive and friendly. I thought some of the characters in the house were stickers from the pictures, but this a house full of beautiful art. The muralists did a phenomenal job. We had a couple very, very minor hiccups during our stay but they were handled so quickly after contacting the hosts. The setup of the house is great for a multi-family stay. Almost everyone has their own space and bathroom. The beds were super comfortable and the baby amenities helped tremendously by keeping our packing list small. It was such a great stay, and we would definitely rebook if we do another stay in Orlando!

We had 4 adults and 7 children ranging from 1 to 10 years old. There was plenty of space for everyone. There was enough dishes and utensils for all. The kids loved the space and the game room. The pool was warm and inviting. Place was better than what the photos depicted. Felt larger than the photos. The house is close to the grocery store which was very convenient. Baby items helped us out a lot also. Would recommend this home to anyone.

Wow, where is the six stars button? We were looking for a warm getaway from Maryland for our spring break. We looked at dozens of places before finally deciding on Jenny and Patrick's Magic Portal House. Our family of 5 and Grandma too arrived to find a beautiful house. We picked it because we wanted a pool with hot tub and plenty of room for all of us. This was our first time booking a vacation rental and we couldn't have been happier. My kids loved the themed rooms, the heated pool and of course the hot tub. The game room was also a hit. The kitchen was nicely equipped, we had everything we needed. We really liked some of the safety features of the house. The pool alarm, safety fence around the pool and the gate blocking the top of the stairs kept our 4 year old safe. We also took full advantage of the community pool. Lots of fun for the kiddos. We can't imagine how this place could have been better. From start to finish this vacation went so smoothly. We had a gathering with family and kids at Jenny's and Patrick’s place. The kids loved the time spent at the home as much as they loved going to the parks. In fact some of the kids and parents chose to skip going to the parks to spend time relaxing at the pool at home. Don’t forget to keep a day aside to spend at the clubhouse. We had a wonderful stay at the Magical Portal House. The home was very clean and welcoming upon our arrival and was exactly as described. Our family loved the pool/spa and spent the majority of our vacation there. The pool is perfectly located to have sun all day. The game room was a great space to take a break from swimming and was fun for all ages with the air hockey and fuseball tables. There are several restaurants and Publix within an easy drive of the home. We will definitely book this home again in the future. Thank you for everything!

My family and I really enjoyed staying in this house! It was decorated beautifully. We loved the themes in each area of the house. The beds and couches were comfortable. We loved that there were two living room areas. They have every amenity you could need if you have small children. The game room was awesome. The kitchen had everything you need. The house was clean. The location was perfect. We have stayed in quite a few vacation rentals and this house is definitely one of our favorites. Jenny and Patrick were great hosts who were helpful and quick to respond. I wish I could have stayed longer!! The owners are so amazing and helpful! The neighborhood is in a gated community which was a plus for me. The way every room had a different theme was amazing! The kids fell in love with the blacklight and arcade room. The peace and quiet while enjoying the hot tub was my favorite! I will definitely be back! First of all, the pictures posted of the Portal House don’t do it justice!! This place exceeded our expectations when we arrived for our week-long stay. Very spacious with great layout for two families with our kids. Game room was a big hit for the kids, and each room was well decorated with different Disney themes for both girls and boys-but not too overwhelming. Jenny and Patrick were awesome hosts. From the moment we booked to check-out, they were super responsive and helpful in making sure our stay was comfortable and stress-free, even with some random questions (i.e. Can we get Amazon delivery? YES!). We had an issue with the jet-spa, which they took care of it immediately on a weekend! Jenny and Patrick really went above and beyond, even providing recommendations catered specific to our group. The Portal house is located in a quiet gated community, close to Disney (20 mins) and Universal (35 mins), with grocery store (Publix) and restaurants near by. Highly recommend this place

Really enjoyed our stay at the Magical Portal House. Jenny & Patrick are top-notch, awesome hosts. They were very responsive and thoughtful. They gave us Disney World suggestions, which were great, connected us with a vendor to set up amazing birthday decorations & cake order/pick up, and made sure all went smoothly. The house: Wow! All was just as described (and more!) and pictures were accurate. The Disney themed rooms and arcade were a huge hit. There is even Disney theme music for each room! The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen well supplied with everything you need, plenty of space for large groups, very comfortable furniture, great pool and hot tub. The property is a great location if visiting all things Disney & is in a nice gated community. This place will not disappoint and you could not ask for better hosts. The Magical Portal house complimented our Disney World trip by keeping the “Magic” throughout our vacation. 5 Star Plus!
