We had a fantastic time in this villa. Everything you need is there to make your stay stress free. It felt very like a home to us and you can tell the owners take pride in their home. Travel to the Disney parks is approx 25 mins depending on traffic with Universal roughly 40 mins. Plenty of stores and Food services very close by as well. We never used the pool on this occasion but it looked very clean with a spacious deck and is all fenced off so feels very private. Sue was very attentive and provided plenty of helpful information prior to our departure and we had no trouble finding and accessing the villa. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa and will likely try and book again on our next visit should it be available.

We had a wonderful Florida adventure centered around our stay at Sue's wonderful holiday home. Perfect place with everything you could want in a villa. The place was excellent, the location was the same. The neighbors are very friendly and the area is perfect for visits to all the major parks, shopping and restaurants, if needed. The pool was just perfect too with lots of squirrels and cranes that visited us each morning too. All in all a wonderful place and dealing with Sus on the booking and throughout the stay was effortless and I would recommend her 100% and we hope to be back in soon as we can. For our first time back in the USA for 23 years, this villa was perfect in everyway, and our son just loved the trip. 10/10 Sue, your a star!!!!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks here and Sue was very helpful with everything before, during and after our stay. The villa is perfect and very well equipped. The kitchen contains everything you could ever need, the pool and deck is fantastic. The pool heating works very well! It was welcome on a couple of days during our trip! The villa itself is very clean and we had no issues with bugs - very impressed with this. Bedrooms were great and beds comfortable. Location is great for the 192 and beyond, many local eateries just a 5 minute drive away. The location itself is quiet and not overlooked at all which is a bonus. This is the perfect property for a Orlando holiday with the theme parks. Great location, clean, spacious, excellent pool area and has everything you could need for a cracking holiday. Photos don't do the villa justice. We have stayed in quite a few villa's over the past 23 years and 17 trips to Florida. I have top say that Sue's Retreat is right up there at the top of my favourites list. The choice of decoration is spot on, the villa is well maintained and very clean. Sue provided all the necessary information and directions before we left the UK. I do hope when we return to Florida that Sue's villa is available.

We've just got back from our 2nd 3week stay at 'Sue's Retreat' (first in Aug 2019) and we've had the most brilliant time again! The welcome pack we received before we travelled was jam packed with everything we needed for a straight forward no hassle entry into the villa.... As well as being filled with tonnes of other useful information too. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and is filled with everything you could possibly need to feel at home, safe, comfortable and settled..... Another lovely new sofa in the living room too. We love the pool area, which has more than enough loungers and seating and couldn't survive the heat without the covered lanai and ceiling fan.... Love to sit there watching the storms pass by! Great location on the 27 with an abundance of choices for food within minutes of leaving the villa and only a few minutes to the 192. Can't fault this ... What a lovey villa with absolutely everything you could possibly wish for to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. It was spotlessly clean with plenty of kitchen supplies, towels and pool towels. Most evenings and 'rest' days were spent by the pool after a busy day at the parks or shopping. Sue was so helpful as we changed the dates etc a few times before we eventually got there and the pack sent before you arrive came in really handy too. We'd definitely return in the future.

We recently visited Florida for the second time (2 adults and 2 teens) and chose Sue’s Retreat for our stay this year… it was fantastic! The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Accessing the villa on arrival was easy, with no need to call ahead or meet anyone for keys. This allowed for a relaxed drive from the airport to the villa, and a quick stop-off at the huge Walmart (5 mins drive away) for a few supplies. Sue and her management team have thought of everything – there were some lovely treats a few essential items already at the villa for us to use (milk, bread, hand soap, toilet roll, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, laundry cleaner, fabric conditioner, etc) so that was brilliant. We found the drive to Universal typically took around 40-50 minutes, and around 30-40 minutes to Sea World / Discovery Cove / Aquatica. Further afield, we visited Busch Gardens (around 1 hour 20 minutes), Clearwater (1 hour 50 minutes) and Kennedy Space Centre (1 hour 30 minutes). These is accounting for usual traffic. We didn’t go to Disney this time as we did those parks a few years ago. This made the villa an ideal location for us, as we visited the beautiful beaches on the Gulf Coast three times during our stay and watched the amazing sunsets. Note: there’s loads of great stuff for the beach in a cupboard in the garage (chairs, parasol, etc) – unfortunately we missed this until we were checking out! Taking those with you will save you money on hiring stuff at Clearwater / St. Pete beaches. The games room in the garage was great – we had lots of fun playing foosball and air hockey as a family. We paid extra for pool heating due to us visiting in February, and that was well worth it. The pool deck and pool itself was very clean and with ample seating for dining alfresco or sunbathing by the pool. The pool isn’t overlooked by the villa's either side, which was nice, and the grassed area out back is mainly frequented by cranes (the bird type!). The villa’s three bedrooms are large with LOADS of storage space – there’s even a walk-in closet for the main bedroom! The safe is very secure and a good place to store all your valuables. The community around the villa is lovely – very quiet and I would say mostly owner-occupied. The villa was fitted with aircon throughout (and ceiling fans) which was very welcome on the days when it was really hot outside. We would definitely recommend this villa. Thanks Sue for allowing us to stay here and for thinking of all the special touches which made our stay absolutely perfect.

This is our second visit to Sue's villa and it wont be our last. After a long 18 month wait due to Covid we were fortunate to be able to travel again late November to enjoy the sun once again. This villa has everything we needed an more. Its super clean even after 18 months of practically no use. Its got a lovely lanai area to chill in the morning with your breakfast and in the evening (although little chilly in Nov/Dec). Its located in a in lovely neighbourhood, close to a Walmart and eateries like Chillies, Waffle House, Arby's, Chick-Fil-A etc and also only 20-30 min easy drive to the Disney Parks. If you fancy a trip to Tampa its just of US27 so another simple drive down on onto I4 and you arrive in around 1.5. In the villa the beds are comfy, every room has a ceiling fan which is much needed, settee is comfortable and as I say super clean. In the kitchen you wont need to anything as its got pots, pans, cutlery, cups, plates (inc plastic versions), utensils etc so its well stocked. Washer/dryer is ideal and saves you bringing too many clothes and leaves room in the cases for presents to take back. All in all its our kinda of place and we will be back for a 3rd, 4th and 5th visit any time we can get our dates matching with availability at the villa.

We spent 2 weeks in this comfortable villa which had everything that we needed including a good sized pool. The villa was very spacious especially as there were just the two of us. It is in easy walking distance to the nearest restaurant. We wouldn't hesitate in returning to or recommending this accommodation. We had the best time at Sue's retreat!! The villa is located in a lovely community and had everything we needed and more! It was super clean, the beds were really comfortable, the pool was lovely - the kitchen amenities were fantastic too. The bathrooms meant that nobody was waiting around in to use one in the morning too which was great when we were heading out early! Absolute great location for all of the parks, particularly the Disney parks. Really close proximity to Walmart and restaurants, with even more restaurants and shops a few minutes down the road. The information back that was sent before our trip was very helpful and covered everything we needed to know! We just can't believe the value for the price. Look forward to booking our next trip!

What a absolute pleasure it was to stay in Sue's Retreat , from the moment we booked it right through to arriving back home , Sue made sure we wanted for nothing. The thought that goes into making sure you arrive , stress free, is second to none , directions, villa details , everything one might fret over prior to going are covered . The villa is very clean , quite modern and once you're there anything one might ever want is catered for , nothings left to chance , you really couldn't want or expect anymore from a place to stay than this! We would highly recommend booking here , the next time we are on the lookout for a stay in Orlando, we wont even bother looking elsewhere, the place is perfect. Like a home from home , is probably the best compliment we could give it , we didn't want to leave.

We spent a week in Sue's retreat and cant praise it high enough, a simple wonderful villa. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you see when you get there. Communication with Sue was 1st class pre, during and post holiday so always felt comfortable we had picked a great place. The information pack she sent out was not only beautifully presented but covered everything you could need or think of and more. We didnt need the instructions to find the villa as we used google maps but having read them afterwards they are spot on and there is no problem in locating the villa. Its location in a quiet residential area was ideal yet easy and quick to get to local shops (Walmart 2 min drive away) and restaurants with Disney and Universal about 20-30 mins drive away. The villa itself was spotless and very tidy and very well maintained, you could tell this was a home from home for Sue and not just a standard rental place. It had everything you could need in the house from soap, towels (plenty of these), toilet rolls, cutlery in abundance, every other utensil you can imagine, wash liquid, plates and cups to last about 3 days for family of 4 if dont wash up in between, you name it and this place had it (bar food and water haha). The pool area was lovely with a good sized lanai which we used every morning for breakfast and the outside fan was very welcome. Plenty of space around the pool also for sun beds without being cramped and with fencing on either side it was also felt private. Beds were very comfortable which from someone who isnt the best sleeper away from home was a godsend as was the overhead fan. Large safe was great for tablets and although we didnt utilise the games room in the garage it looked ideal for the kids with air hockey and table football. To summarise our feelings of this villa, if Sue was selling this place tomorrow and we were in a position to buy as is I would snap it up and move in we enjoyed it so much.

We loved chilling out by the pool, I especially liked that the villa had a shade and a fan outside. Wow! Where do I start??? Right from our very first contact Sue was always excellent at keeping in touch and immediately answered any questions we had. The information pack we received was brilliant - full of useful information about the villa and local area including a fantastic short cut to Disney which we used everyday!!! Location of the villa was great - very close to Walmart and 27/192 for restaurants..... Brilliant. The actual villa was perfect for our family of 4 - 2a 2c and we had more than enough space. The sofas and tv/unit looked brand new! Excellent TV package, lots of dvds and books available too. Beds were super comfy and there was tonnes of storage space - more than enough. Kitchen was equipped with everything you could ever need and more! Lovely walk in pantry for supplies and a huge fridge freezer too. Pool area was amazing - pool was cleaned weekly and was a lovely temp. 7 loungers spaced around the pool area and 5 chairs and table in the lanai. We spent so much time here and was lovely to have the fan and light too which meant we could relax there on a night after our busy days. We really did feel at home here and didn't want to leave. We already looked to rebook for the same time next year but it's already booked!! Thanks again for a wonderful family holiday - we will be back :)

Sue was super organised and sent through a very comprehensive welcome pack well in advance of our trip. She promptly responded to emails and was so nice when I chatted to her on the phone with a few queries I had beforehand. We had a fantastic time in Florida and Sue’s Retreat was truly amazing. It was ideally situated for the parks, so spacious, spotlessly clean and had absolutely everything we needed and more. I can honestly say there isn’t a thing Sue hasn’t thought of for guests staying here. We loved the pool and it was great being able to sit outside and not get bothered by bugs. It has a lovely homely feel and it was so nice coming back after a long day and relaxing in the house. We hope to be back soon - I think we have the Disney bug now!

Thank you for having us again at Sue's retreat. Everything was as we remembered it and perfect for our 2 week stay. Spacious rooms, clean and of course the pool! We managed to lock ourselves out of the master bedroom one day and the lady on the phone at the management company was lovely and reassuring. When we returned later in the day (we went out as it was before office hours and we had everything we needed out of the bedroom), someone had nipped in and released the lock for us. Highly recommend the villa with it's proximity to Disney (make sure you use the short cut) as well as to Walmart and the restaurants on the 192 & 27 after long days in the parks . Saving starts again so that we can come back soon!

Sue’s Retreat is the perfect place to stay. It’s spotless, spacious & comfortable with everything 6 adults need. Plenty of hangers, bed linen, towels for bathrooms & separate ones for the water parks (leaving more space in your case to treat yourselves in the retail parks) very well equipped kitchen (with a brand new dishwasher installed during our stay), tea, coffee & sugar & toilet roll in each bathroom. The villa is in a residential & quiet area but only a few minutes drive from a supermarket, petrol station & restaurants & 20-30mins from all the Disney & Universal parks. Sue has been very helpful, informative & accommodating right from the very beginning. She sent us a pack giving us everything we needed to know before our arrival including clear directions to the villa & a short cut to Disney. This is a perfect place to stay & you couldn’t ask for anymore. The management company are also just a phone call away should you have any questions & are extremely kind & helpful. We didn’t use the pool but there were plenty of loungers & it was also spotless. Definitely recommend Sue’s Retreat as the perfect place to stay.

Sue's Retreat was spot on, in a really great location, close to the parks and easy access to 192 and I4. The villa was clean and tidy with lots of little extras like washing liquid, toilet rolls, plenty of towels and beach towels, toiletries, tea, coffee and sugar. The kitchen was well stocked and we took advantage of the Tupperware boxes so we could take some food into the parks each day. Sue provided us with a great welcome pack prior to our visit including directions on how to locate the villa, how to get access, local amenities/restaurants, and a brilliant shortcut to the parks which saved us loads of time! When I placed my booking I mentioned that 2 of our party had recently celebrated a birthday and when we arrived, we found to our surprise a little birthday cake in the fridge which was completely unexpected but such a thoughtful thing for Sue to organise, it was these little things that really made her villa stand out and I would not hesitate to book it again or recommend it to any of my friends or family who are looking for a home away from home whilst visiting Florida.

We have just returned from 3 great weeks in Sue's villa, we have been renting villas Inn Florida for over 20 years. We found the information pack supplied prior to our arrival to be the most comprehensive we have ever received, it was also a paper copy which is handy and saves you trying to get a signal on arrival as we found out on trying to enter the villa, I was turning the catch the wrong way, a quick review of the pack highlighted what I was doing wrong. The villa itself contained EVERYTHING you would need with some really nice personal touches to make you feel at home. A really nicely decorated and equipped villa one of the best we have stayed at in all our years. We have stayed in 5 bedroom villas with less patio chairs

2nd time of staying at this property and it lived up to our expectations again ! Clean and well maintained with it's own private pool. Good location on the US27 just past the 192 junction and so it is a convenient location for visiting all the major Orlando attractions, plus stores and restaurants on the 192, also a large Walmart store is just a 2 minute drive down the US27. The owner, Sue, is in the UK and is very helpful and reliable. Direct telephone access to her is available to help speed up communication when booking etc. Deposit refunds and payments have always been dealt with quickly and efficiently.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa, it was so well maintained, very clean and a great location easy access to the large Walmart and the variety of Restaurants on the 192. Disney and Universal Studios is a short drive away. Wonderful pool and patio area for relaxing in the sun.

We recently stayed at Sue’s retreat as a birthday treat for my 40th birthday at the beginning of May and what a birthday it was, when we arrived we were all taken aback at how spacious and spotlessly clean this beautiful villa was, it literally had everything in it that you could possibly need, the directions that Sue gave us were so clear that we didn’t even need to use the sat nav to find it from the airport, during our stay, we had a few minor issues with the tumble dryer which was very quickly resolved, the villa itself is in a perfect location, close to all the main attractions and only minutes away from supermarkets, restaurants, gift shops and bars etc.... I really couldn’t recommend this villa enough it made for a perfect family holiday, if we are ever fortunate enough to return, then I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this villa out again. Thank you Sue for helping to make both my birthday and holiday so perfect and memorable it certainly wouldn’t have been the same without your beautiful villa.

Just had a 10 night stay in Sue's Retreat and I must say it was excellent. The villa is furnished to a high standard (exactly as in pictures) with lots of finishing touches. The best equipped kitchen i have ever encountered. I was a bit worried about the pool heating having stayed in many villas before but there was no need. The pool was much warmer than you usually find. The games room an added bonus for two almost teen boys. The area is easy to find with lots of restaurants and shops close by. Will not hesitate to book this villa again.

We have rented over a dozen villas in Florida but this is the first time where the toilet roll matches the decor in the en-suite! It's the little things that make a difference sometimes and Sues villa was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Yes this is an older style property however it is very well maintained and spotlessly clean. Plenty of loungers and chairs around the pool - all in excellent condition A nice quiet location, ideal for access to the 192. We would recommend Sues villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and secure holiday rental

A comprehensive information pack arrived in plenty of time before our departure. We found the villa easily and it is in a quiet, safe residential neighbourhood. We were delighted with how clean the villa was and how well equipped. Everything we needed for our 4 week stay was there. The parks were 30 minutes drive (Disney) and 40-45 minutes (Universal) away. We had a small issue when a power cut meant the pool filter needed re setting, the management company were swift to respond. There was fast wifi for our teenaged daughters and the pool was maintained to a high standard. We would recommend this villa to anyone for their holiday and the owners were a delight to deal with.

Sue was a pleasure to deal with. Information pack was comprehensive and the directions to the villa were spot on. The villa itself was exceptionally clean, well maintained and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil you could need! It was great to have a small supply of dishwasher detergent, soap, tea, coffee and sugar. The pool area, sun loungers and chairs were very clean. The neighbourhood was very quiet and peaceful so it was a joy to sit out by the pool and relax. We hope to return next year. Being lucky enough to visit Florida many times and after staying in many villas Sue’s Retreat has been our favourite by far! It’s the attention to details that really make this home stand out. What a great find for our family holiday. Sue was great communicating throughout and the information provided prior to arrival was really useful. The villa itself was perfect for us with good sized bedrooms, spacious lounge & dining area and of course the pool. It was immaculate! The villa is handily located for Walmart & Starbucks and a really convenient drive to Disney passing restaurants on the way home to avoid the park prices. This was supposed to be a one time holiday for us but we're already saving to return & we'll definitely see if Sue's villa is available for us again. Thanks for having us!

We have had a fantastic holiday in 'Sue's Retreat' Clermont situated within easy reach of all attractions, shopping Outlets and Fabulous places to eat - like The Outback, Red Lobster and Olive Garden. The Walmart and Publix Supermarkets are only 5 minutes away and stock absolutely everything! The villa pack had all the information needed and contained driving instructions from the airport right to the villa which we found easily in the dark. Entry to the villa is by key pad so there was no issue trying to gain a key from the agent - which was a bonus. The villa is equipped with everything you need and plenty of towels and bedding. It was spotlessly clean and well maintained with an easy to use alarm and big safe for valuables. The pool was lovely and clean with comfy sun beds and the deck really does have the sun all day long so we were able to relax and soak up those rays! The first best thing . . . . was opening the door for the first time and realising we had chosen well . . . The worst thing . . . . . was closing the door for the very last time and sadly . . . . driving away!

I received a very clear and detailed information pack prior to my holiday (incl. driving instructions from the airport - very useful). The villa was clean, and had a home from home feel. I think the owner has tried to think of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible, and succeeded. I have stayed in quite a few villas over the years but this is the one I will come back to. I'm sure if you stay here you too will want to return.

This property is ideal for the smaller family (3 Bed) but still having all the facilities you could want, including a nice games room and a lovely pool area. It is positioned just off the convenient US27, with good links to the I4 freeway and the Highway 192 (the main highway for shopping and eating - Walmart is just around the corner too! )Also, the theme parks are within an easy 20-30 minute drive. The owner will give you excellent quick and comprehensive information and the property represents good value for money.

Our 10 night stay at Sue's retreat was perfect in every way ! The home is amazing, and in a great location for all of the theme parks and entertainment. The home itself is very spacious, spotlessly clean, with wonderful kitchen and bedroom areas, and an amazing outside pool and patio area. For us, this was the perfect base for our holiday of a lifetime, so much so that our 5 year old was very upset to leave.......and we hope to return one day very soon ! This villa has everything you need in it and more! There wasn't anythin we came across we needed and it wasn't there, clean bedding, beach towels, plenty of kitchenware etc. I liked the layout having a separate kitchen area as oppose to open plan and having access to a toilet from the pool area was particularly handy for us having 2 boys who were never out the pool! We found the surroundings to be very quiet which was perfect for us on our lazy days by the pool and the location of the villa was great for all the places we wanted to go. Lovely, clean and great base for our holiday!

From the original booking in November 2015 to the end of our stay in June 2016 the service and correspondence from the owner Sue was excellent. A few weeks before we travelled we received a pack full of all information we needed to know about the villa,from key codes to when to put the trash out, maps and a few other things.There is a step by step guide how to get from the airports to the villa if needed. The villa itself is located on a quiet estate with local amenities very near by,including a Walmart which came in very handy when we needed to stock up on supplies . It's also very central for all the parks as they weren't to far away. The villa it's self has plenty of room inside and out. There were 6 adults sharing and there was plenty of space.We spent a lot of time in the pool and around the patio area. Pool was cleaned twice while we were there. Everywhere is spotlessly clean with plenty of spare bedding and towels. No need to take beach towels there are plenty there . Also included hairdryers.In the kitchen there is every utensil you can think of. Also washing machine and tumble dryer. The only thing I would say is make sure you get spare toilet rolls when you shop as you only get 1 roll in each bathroom so if you don't realise when you have ran out your in trouble. We stayed from 2nd June -17th June and had a wonderful time.I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone thinking of going to Disney. All in all a wonderful experience . An exquisite villa in a bewitching city with refined bedrooms and living room, charming kitchen and dining room, enticing private pool behind the villa which can be heated and a cool games room. A couple of months before our date of arrival to the villa we received a pack full of detailed information about the villa, which included how to find the villa, how to open and lock the villa and the safe, how to turn on and off the alarm, which days was rubbish days and a map of Orlando with all well- known attractions, malls and restaurants. This was my family's fourth holiday in Orlando and second stay at this exquisite villa and the community area where the villa is so tranquil it made a day better because after a busy day at the theme parks driving back through Woodridge helped us to relax for the evening. What I love about this villa is when I first stayed in this villa 2 years ago i thought it looked very homey and rustic and then when i stayed in the villa again recently and saw how refined it looked I thought it looked more modern and peaceful. My highlight of my stay is even though i spent the day visiting thrilling theme parks the best part was coming back to the villa and relaxing with a good book on the cosy sofas.

When we arrived the house was super clean. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen. The sitting area was perfect for relaxation. There was loads of room in the master bedroom. The garage was set up as a rereation area. The decor was outstanding. We particularly enjoyed the pool. With the heat and the solar circles the temperature of the water was very warm. We have been in Florida and rented a number of vacation properties but this was the best by far. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our time in Clear Creek very much. The villa was extremely comfortable and everything we needed was provided. The kids loved the pool. A lovely well looked after property. We had a 3 week family holiday here this year (2015) and i have to say that we found the villa to be perfect in every way. The pool was fantastic and the kids loved the games rooms. The ceiling fans and AC were a god send in July and after a hard day at the parks and beaches we couldn't wait to get home. The villa is very clean and well maintained. The ample supply of towels and bedding take the hassle out of the holiday and all the other items such as the cool box and beach equipment show that the owner cares enough to make sure your stay is wonderful. This villa was fantastic with everything you require in abundance, it was immaculate the pool was cleaned once per week by a very nice man, The beds were very comfortable with plenty of clean bedding, Clean towels in abundance.The games room was great to chill out in after a long hard day's walking the theme parks, It also has local mall just minutes away from it, It couldn't have been better nor could the weather have. Chilling by the pool with the temperature of 96 [ in the shade ] with a nice long cool beer. My family could have lived here for the rest of our life

The information pack was very informative and we had no trouble finding it as straight forward instructions from airport.An extremely well equipped, clean and comfortable villa, would highly recommend. In a quiet street and for us it also turned out to be in a very good situation for exploring areas we have not been before, out of the theme park traffic. The pool was great we took the heating option which makes all the difference in the earlier months, also plenty of pool furniture for a family (just 2 of us this time) Would love to return and stay again. This home was perfect for our holiday!! 4 of us travelled (2 adults, 2 children) and this property proved to be the perfect retreat after busy days at theme parks. We already had high expectations by the quality of the photographs on the listing but we were still pleasantly surprised at how nice the home is in reality. The place was spotless on arrival, and is clearly well maintained. Communication with the owner has been a breeze and I would highly recommend this home to anyone considering an Orlando holiday.
