Disney World, Orlando and the main theme park attractions are 15 minutes away. There are plenty of things to do, local attractions include air boat tours and horse riding.

LOCAL US TAX INCLUDED IN RATE!
DEPOSIT of 20% is required to secure the dates (non-refundable)
POOL HEAT $70.00 USD per stay of 5 days (optional)
GRILL FEE $35.00 USD per stay (optional)
CLEANING FEE $250.00 USD (if you need an extra cleaning in between fee is $170.00 USD)
DAMAGE PROTECTION FEE $300.00 USD (refundable 48 hrs after guests check out and if no damages are found in the property)
We ask for a deposit of 20% which is due at the time of booking and payment of the remaining balance is then due 6 weeks before arrival. If booking is in less then 6 weeks FULL TOTAL AMOUNT is due immediately. Pool heating is recommended between October and April. In cooler months it is advisable to prearrange the Pool Heat so it can be switched on prior to your arrival.

beautiful & clean
I have no complaints about the rental. It felt like home very beautiful and clean. Loved everything about it. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful relaxing clean home. I am very pleased with my stay and if I need to do it again I will be looking for this host.

Holidays Stayed!
My family and I drove down to Florida for the holidays and stayed at Jose’s house. The house was as advertised, super clean, beautifully decorated , plenty of amenities, awesome play room, and more than enough space to sleep and have a great time as a family. The heated pool was also excellent and we definitely enjoyed that on our stay. Jose and Stephanie were always accessible and responded very quickly to any questions we had. I would highly recommend Jose’s house to everybody that would like to go on a great vacation in Florida close to all Disney, Universal and many other local attractions in the area. Definitely worthy of 5 stars and we will definitely stay there again on our next Florida vacation.

Amazing listing!
Amazing listing! Close enough to everything to be convenient, but very quiet and private! Lots of room for a big family and even more to do! Highly recommend staying here!
