There's a games room with a pool table & XBox with unlimited games, in the upstairs sitting area with a wall-mounted 55” Smart TV. There are 3 king-size bedrooms, 1 queen-size, a twin-bedded room plus a triple sleeper bunk bedroom with under trundle bed, all with Smart TV's.
Facilities
The laundry room adjacent to the living room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

As you enter the villa you are greeted with a fabulous tiled hallway with living room to your left, followed by the laundry next door. On the right there is a door leading to the converted garage/games room. The hallway then leads onto the spacious open plan family room, kitchen and dining area beyond.

The living room to the front aspect includes a huge wrap around sectional couch in a beach themed chill out room. Perfect for quiet reading time or relaxation.
Family Room
The comfortably contemporary furnished room with pleasant views onto the pool deck offers ample seating for you to relax and watch the 55” Smart TV.
Entertainment Games area
Upstairs Seating area complete with comfy sofas and chairs, large Smart Tv and storage unit.
Plus Pool Table & XBOX with unlimited games access.

Luxury kitchen has all the amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster & kettle. The breakfast bar has 4 comfortable bar stools.

The large master bedroom,with views overlooking the front gardens, has been furnished with and a king-sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers, walk-in dressing room, ceiling fan and wall-mounted Smart TV. Seating and floor standing mirror.
The connecting spacious en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in double shower, his & hers sinks and separate WC. We also provide a hairdryer.
Master Bedroom 2
The second master bedroom, with views over the pool deck, has a king-sized bed, with matching nightstands, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and a wall-mounted Smart TV.
Plus ensuite bathroom which has a bath with shower over, single vanity and WC.
Master Bedroom 3
The third Master Bedroom is Disney themed and has a queen-sized bed with matching nightstands, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and a Smart TV.
The Jack & Jill ensuite bathroom has a bath with shower over, a single vanity sink and WC. This bathroom is also shared with bedroom 4 and the entertainment loft sitting area.

This Star Wars themed bedroom has a triple sleeper bunk (twin over full-size) with under trundle bed, matching chest of drawers and bean bag seat. Sleeps up to 4 children. Smart Tv on stand.Complete with a large walk-in wardrobe.

We have provided 4 sun loungers for your sunbathing comfort and a patio table with 8 chairs under the shady covered lanai as well as other seating and tables.
Pool towels are provided for your convenience.
The removable toddler screen is provided to prevent small children wandering into the unsupervised pool so you know your children are safe.
The pool can be heated in the winter months for an additional cost if required. ( advisable end October though end March )

- Take Interstate 4 to Exit 58 (CR 532)
- Turn east on CR 532 and go to Lake Wilson Rd
- Turn south on Lake Wilson Rd. and go one mile to Ronald Reagan Pkwy
- Turn east on Ronald Reagan Pkwy. and go 2 miles to US 17-92
- Turn south on US 17-92, go 1 mile to the Providence entrance on the left
