Our villa offers family a spacious home away from home with 5 Bedrooms, 2 En-suite King rooms, 1 En-suite Queen and 2 Twin rooms. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs so your families can relax and unwind before bedtime.

We have a open plan Living room, Kitchen and Dining room to allow families to share some quality time together outside of their busy days in the theme parks.

Our Pool deck area offers families a idyllic setting to relax in surrounded by nature giving you the perfect secluded pool to relax in.

When you are looking to keep children entertained you will find a selection of games in the living room or head to the Games room where you can enjoy the fun of playing Pool or a competitive games of Basketball shootout.

Our home is located in the gated community of Cumbrian Lakes, located off North Poinciana Boulevard in Kissimmee.

Open planned living space, with Living room looking out to the pool deck area and one further sitting area towards the front of the house.

Kitchen

Open plan kitchen which has two dining areas at either end, kitchen bar with stools and looks on into the living room.

We have two dining tables to sit 10 people

5 bedrooms, sleeps 10.

2 King en-suite Bedrooms, 1 Queen en-suite Bedroom, 2 Twin Bedrooms.

Bathrooms

4 bathrooms, 3 en-suites.

3 Bathrooms are en-suite, 1 bathroom is a family bathroom for the Twin bedrooms and 1 downstairs toilet.

Games Room

Within our games room we have a pool table and basketball arcade shootout game. The games room has it's own air conditioning and a high top table and bar stools.

Our lovely pool area offers family a large space to relax outside the house and overlook the pool and the natural forest behind. Our pool deck offers a great space with lots of privacy.

We offer complimentary wifi for all guests in the property.
