Stunning 5-bedroom vacation rental with ample space for up to 10 people, located in Lake Wilson Preserve, close to Champions gate and Reunion golf clubs.

With a large south facing terrace and and pool, you can enjoy the Florida sunshine all day long.

Located on the peaceful Lake Wilson Preserve the property is situated on a quiet corner plot with a large driveway easily accommodating three vehicles.

There is also a front green for badminton etc.

Facilities

Orlando International Airport is approximately 35 minutes away, and Melbourne International Airport is around an hour.
You will only be 3 miles from Reunion water park, 9 miles from Disney and 17 miles from Universal Studios.

There are more golf courses than you can swing a ‘driver' at within a 20-minute radius, with Reunion and Champions Gate within 5 minutes!
Downtown Orlando is around 40-minute drive where you will find the most extensive diversity of restaurants catering for all your dietary requirements.

Supermarkets ‘Aldi' and ‘Publix' along with a Liquor store are less than 5 minutes away. Walmart is a 15- minute drive..

Living

Full air con and hi-speed WiFi throughout.

The extensive property is set over two levels.

On the ground floor there are two sitting rooms with Smart TVs, the main lounge enjoying a 60inch screen.

There is an extensive fully equipped Kitchen and Dining area which leads out to the Terrace where there is further dining, BBQ and of course the Pool.

Access to the double garage is from the hallway where the washing and drying facilities are located.
Also, in here you will find the games room with pool table.

NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental

The modern kitchen has all the usual appliances, including a Coffee Maker and Microwave, and is well equipped with every utensil would ever need.

Location

Lake Wilson Florida offers villas to rent in Davenport only 15 minutes from Disney World, Orlando. Only minutes from restaurants, supermarkets and a number of golf courses Lake Wilson Preserve is a great place to explore all that the Disney Orlando area has to offer. Please contact the owners direct to check availability and prices.

Lake Wilson Preserve is very close to Champions Gate which has direct access to Interstate 4 making it easy get around. There are also lots of Champions Gate restaurants to choose from so should be something for everyone. If you need more choice then you will have to go to alittle bit further up on to HWY192. We have put together a list of over 50 Kissimmee restaurants to choose from so between these and the Champions Gate options you will never go hungry.

Wonderful villa

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. The sunset across the lake was stunning and it was magical to sit in the wonderfully warm hot tub and watch the wildlife while the children played in the pool. Such a great location with everything you could possibly want conveniently close. The cleaners had also done a fantastic job before we arrived and it was lovely to have a few toiletries and kitchen items to get us started on arrival. We had a lovely holiday and hope to stay with you again in the future!

Fantastic Start to Finish

From the initial booking, communications was always A+ from the owners. Arrived to find the rental exactly as described in the listing. Everything was extremely clean and our stay was super comfortable. Loved having shopping options (Wal-mart, Aldi etc.) so close to the house. We've stayed at many vacations rentals in the area and this is by far our favorite. Looking forward to a future stay!

Amazing vacation

Stayed for 8 days with my wife and two daughters in what was our first visit to Florida. The villa was perfect for our stay. Villa was spotlessly clean on arrival and had every appliance and convenience you could ask for. Pool and spa were great and the nearby tennis court a real bonus.. Perfect if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of International Drive, yet only 20 minutes from parks. I'd heartily recommend this Villa for quality, cleanliness and all round great value.

Perfect villa in great place

Stayed here March 2020. Villa is clean, modern and spacious. It had been recently refurbished and it was like visiting a new villa. Kids loved the pool and their themed bedrooms. Kitchen was wonderful for cooking family meals. Lake Berkley is a safe gated Resort and beautifully well kept. Johanna was great to deal with and quickly returned our security deposit at end of trip. We will definitely book this villa again. jenna and family

Fantastic stay
