Overview
This stunning 4 Bed 2 Bath Villa enjoys one of the premier positions on Lake Berkley Resort with an unspoilt beautiful view over the lake. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on the pool patio whilst watching the wildlife on the lake. If you enjoy fishing then you only need to walk a few yards to fish in the lake.
The villa is very spacious and has been furnished to a very high standard. The villa boasts two sitting rooms, very convenient if the kids want to watch their own TV whilst you watch another.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa
A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.
Facilities
There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, so leave room in
your suitcase for lots of clothes shopping at the bargain Outlets.
Our local Managing Agents are responsible for cleaning and maintaining our villa. You can call them for any assistance you might need.

landscaped and conveniently located about 10 to 20-minutes from all of Orlando's
World-Famous Theme Parks including WaltDisney World® Resort, Universal
Studios Florida® and SeaWorld® Orlando.Florida’s famous beaches are just
a short 45-minute drive.
As a guest of Lake Berkley Resort you will enjoy all these facilities free of charge: fishing (on 3 lakes), tennis court, basketball court, gym, clubhouse, Resort pool/jacussi with children’s splash pool, and running trail.
Living
The villa is very spacious and has been furnished to a very high standard. The villa boasts two sitting rooms, very convenient if the kids want to watch their own TV whilst you watch another.
From the living space, you can look out over the pool to one of the three lakes at Lake Berkley
Kitchen
The kitchen has every modern appliance needed, together with all the necessary utensils and crockery. Any aspiring chef would be proud of this kitchen.

As well as a breakfast bar there is a more formal dining space that seats 6
Bedrooms
The master bedroom has an ensuite and Queen bed. There is a further double bedroom, and another two twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have Cable TV.
Bathrooms
The two bathrooms both have a bath and shower, and come with the usual hairdryers and abundance of towels.
Games Room
There is games room with air hockey & table football
Pool
The fully screened pool area has a large deck, great for sunbathing. The deck has all the usual chairs and loungers you will need. The pool is east facing so gets the sun from sunrise until very late afternoon, and facing the lake it is very private. Pool heating can be added for additional fee, please enquire if you would like a quote for this.
Outside
The villa is on a pretty lane with trees and greenary.

Located in Kissimmee the Lake Berkley Resort is only 20 miles (30 minutes) from Orlando International Airport (MCO). If you are flying in to Tampa International Airport (TPA) this is 80 miles (90 minutes) via Interstate 4. The last airport would be Sandford International Airport (SFB) which is 50 miles (60 minutes) drive. As you can see the Lake Berkley Resort is close to everything so an ideal for your next Orlando vacation.

Excellent place to stay
My family and I stayed 10 nights in Oct 2023, the villa is outstanding, very clean and modern. Everything is provided. Highly recommend. We will stay here again next trip in 2 years time. Can't wait !!

great experience
This is the first time we rented a house for vacation and it was a great experience. We love the location of the villa as it it close to stores, restaurants, entertainment and Disney parks. The villa was clean and the pool was perfect for cooling down at the end of the day. We would definitely stay here again if available the next time we visit Florida.

Fantastic stay at this villa
Our week long stay with friends was perfect! The house is clean, maintained and landscaped nicely. Had everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Will definitely go again on our next vacation in the area.
