There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, so leave room in
your suitcase for lots of clothes shopping at the bargain Outlets.
Our local Managing Agents are responsible for cleaning and maintaining our villa. You can call them for any assistance you might need.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa
A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.

As a guest of Lake Berkley Resort you will enjoy all these facilities free of charge: fishing (on 3 lakes), tennis court, basketball court, gym, clubhouse, Resort pool/jacussi with children’s splash pool, and running trail.
Living
Our 5 Bed, 3 Bath villa is furnished to a very high standard and benefits from a perfect lake view position. The villa can sleep 12 as one bedroom has 2 double beds.
Free fishing on 3 well stocked lakes. The villa backs on to one of the lakes. The other 2 lakes are 3 minutes walk away.
Fish all day long whilst the rest of the family visit Disney.
Full air con and hi-speed WiFi throughout.
The spacious sitting room has comfortable seating and a large screen TV and DVD/CD player. Both the sitting room and dining room overlook the private pool.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with every appliance and utensil needed. Two dining areas which is great when the kids want to eat on their own. The Kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, icemaker
fridge/freezer and waste disposal. You will find everything you need has
been provided.

Lake Berkley Resort offers luxury Orlando villas to rent in Kissimmee, Florida. Located just off the popular HWY192 Lake Berkley Resort provides the perfect base for your dream holiday. Only 10 minutes to the main gates at Disney World, Orlando and all the main attractions.

Lake Berkley Resort nearby Airports
Located in Kissimmee the Lake Berkley Resort is only 20 miles (30 minutes) from Orlando International Airport (MCO). If you are flying in to Tampa International Airport (TPA) this is 80 miles (90 minutes) via Interstate 4. The last airport would be Sandford International Airport (SFB) which is 50 miles (60 minutes) drive. As you can see the Lake Berkley Resort is close to everything so an ideal for your next Orlando vacation.

Excellent place to stay
My family and I stayed 10 nights in Oct 2023, the villa is outstanding, very clean and modern. Everything is provided. Highly recommend. We will stay here again next trip in 2 years time. Can't wait !!

great experience
This is the first time we rented a house for vacation and it was a great experience. We love the location of the villa as it it close to stores, restaurants, entertainment and Disney parks. The villa was clean and the pool was perfect for cooling down at the end of the day. We would definitely stay here again if available the next time we visit Florida.

Fantastic stay at this villa
Our week long stay with friends was perfect! The house is clean, maintained and landscaped nicely. Had everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Will definitely go again on our next vacation in the area.

Wonderful house, lots of room for entertainment
We stayed at the townhouse in Lake Berkley for around 4 weeks as a family of six. The house was clean and had lots of space. I really appreciated the toys and decor which added some cozyness to the villa. The person responsible for the management of the villa responded very quickly. The pool and its nightlights was a highlight during a hot Florida evening.

Great house and great location,
This rental worked out well for us. The villa was clean and was plenty big for our family. The heated pool was awesome. The temperature was perfect. We had annual passes to Typhoon Lagoon which was a short trip from the villa. Chick-Fil-A was really close by and one of our favorite restaurants. Walmart was also very conveniently located. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. It was nice to have the lake nearby for fishing.

Kissimmee Villa
The house was great!! Very clean. Would definitely stay again. We had a great time. The girls loved the pool!! The owners were easy to get in touch with and very helpful! The house was close to shopping areas.
