This large 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa has enough luxury living space to sleep up to 8 guests. Inside you will find an open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, home theater and comfortable themed bedrooms. Outside highlights include a private pool with hot tub, sunloungers and covered patio with an alfresco dining and lounge area.

Kissimmee Kastaway Villa is a very special place. This themed villa has been transformed into a Disney inspired retreat. Complete with Animatronics, Oceanic Arts artifacts and authentic Vintage Disney relics.
This is definitely a place for Disney families.
We took great pride and time to bring our Disney inspired themed villa to fruition.
Due to the detailed theming being brought to our guests at Kissimmee Kastaway Villa, every piece is cataloged and checked before and after every guest.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING/VAPING INSIDE THE VILLA OR LANAI.
Water park access is not permitted with this villa.

Be greeted by the natural light and open concept layout as you enter the home. The living area is simply perfect for the family to relax and unwind while enjoying the 70-inch 4K SMART TV with comfy sectional. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Dining area features a beautiful dining table that can comfortably seat up to 8 guests and counter seating for 4 guests.

Looking for relaxation? Then head towards the theater lounge located on the first floor. The custom Adventureland theater room allows you to host a movie night with your family and friends with an 85-inch smart-tv screen, 7.1 Dolby Atmos surround sound, 4 recliner seats, 4 bar stools, and a Xbox. Enjoy watching your favorite movie in the comfort of your own custom and private Adventureland.

Head towards the pool area through the sliding doors to soak up the Florida sun.
Private pool with spillover spa allows you to enjoy your own Florida tropical oasis.

The facilities at Encore Reunion Resort clubhouse are designed with fun in mind, we wanted more than just a resort pool so we designed a 10-acre tropical adventure, including four water slides of various shapes and sizes.
Update Jan 2017: We recently spent the day at the Encore Resort Clubhouse to see what it was like, check out the video below of the green water slide which is the biggest and fastest one they have.
“The Rain Fortress” kids splash area with looping slides and a beach entry pool, a poolside bar and grill, cabanas and sun shades – perfect for relaxing and recharging. Best of all, it’s exclusively available to our Encore Club guests.
Unlike most resort pool areas the Encore Club gives you the chance to spend a whole day by the pool. The surf themed kids splash pool will be a big hit and for adults a pool bar serving snacks and refreshing drinks.
The Encore Resort at Reunion also features a full service air conditioned restaurant serving lunch and dinner so why not relax and enjoy the beautiful views over the landscaped resort. We also provide delicious meals to go.
