Overview

One of the highlights of our home is the private large pool and jacuzzi with new patio furniture, perfect for relaxation after a long day at the parks. We also have 3 game areas that include Xbox and arcade games, as well as a refelted championship orange pool table with a selection of new balls and a robust fuse ball table for those competitive family battles.

The master bedroom is huge and boasts a master bathroom with a corner tub jacuzzi (yes there are 2 Jacuzzi’s in the property), separate shower, double vanities, and his and hers walk-in closets. For extra entertainment, our home also features a loft area with 2 arcade machines and Marvel decor.

Outside, our spacious covered pool and hot tub area is perfect for enjoying the beautiful Florida weather and features a huge pool, a huge deck, and double dining areas both inside and out.

Facilities

Please have fun treat the property well and respect the neighbours. Parties are not allowed and smoking is not allowed in the property. There is a large driveway please use it and not the grass to drive on.

Most importantly if you book our property please come prepared to have the time of your life and create memories for a life time. Enjoy the space and the location.

Living

With two living spaces this house truly has a lot to offer mutiple families.

Living space 1 comes with a Themed games area for the kids x-box and smart tv, and a formal dining area for a family meal.

Living space 2 is a chill out area for the adults with a large sofa and chairs including a smart tv and large coffee table if a pizza on the couch is the preference after a long day at the parks.

Kitchen

A fully serviced kitchen, with pots, pans, utensils and all the expected items, toaster, microwave, coffee maker etc.

Bedrooms

5 bedrooms, sleeps 10.

Our master bedroom is truly spectacular, with a huge size and a master bathroom that features an en-suite full bathroom with a corner tub, separate shower, double vanities, and his and hers walk-in closets.

Two Themed rooms featuring the latest and greatest gadgets including charging ports on the starwars beds so the kids never complain about being out of charge.

Our 2 Queen rooms are spacious and suitable for a second family, grand parents or aunts and uncles.

And if that's not enough, our home also features a loft area with two arcade machines and Marvel decor.

Bathrooms

3 bathrooms, 1 en-suites.

Bathrooms come fully suitable for families with shower and bath, each bathroom has fresh linen provided.

Games Room

We have 3 games area.

1 Loft Marvel themed games area with 2 aracade machines

2 Game area 2 state of the art pool table, fuseball table and a dart board, a comfortable couch is availabe to relax while waiting for your shot or to escape the kids for 3 minutes

3 Game area 3 is a themed games are in the living space with a Nintendo styles TV controller an X-box with a variety of games for all ages including the latest version of FIFA.

Huge pool area one of the largest in the area, it's a full size pool suitable for both adults and kids.

Outside

Huge garden area, and a Huge pool with decking. Pool area also includes a spa and 2 sets of pool furniture.

Large drive means garage has been converted to games area.
