OUR FAMILY OWNED HOME HAS JUST BEEN REMODELED AND UPGRADED TO A VERY HIGH AND MODERN STANDARD.
The villa is 15/20 mins from Disney and sleeps up to 16 guests.
It has 6 Bedrooms, 4 have King beds, 3 of them are en-suite, a private southwest facing pool, spa, the gardens are partially fenced in, a gamesroom with a pool and air hockey tables, large screen TV in the living room, TV's in all bedrooms, free FOIS Wifi and premium TV.
The villa has an open plan layout with a dining room, kitchen and living room. The kitchen has new grante worktops and appliances.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, one is a King ensuite, a Disney themed childrens room with bunk beds, bedroom 5 has a Kingsize bed in and bedroom 6 has two Queen beds in.
The southwest facing pool and spa has lots of decking, we have luxury sunbeds and pool furniture and a table with chairs under the lanai for shade.

Driving Distances from Hampton Lakes to the Orlando Theme Parks
We have added the actual driving distances to all the main Orlando theme parks below, these are not the distances to the main gate which most people quote, as this would reduce the distance, but to the actual car park for each attraction. Most of the jouney to the parks are on highways or interstates driving between 55-65 MPH so it's pretty quick to get to all the parks.

Rental rates additional information
20% deposit is required for reservations made for dates more than 10 weeks in advance. Reservations made for dates within 10 weeks, full payment is required. We do not charge a security deposit but all reservations are charged a compulsory $69.00 (£55.00) Insurance Damage Waiver which covers all guests within the villa for any accidental damages. This is a one off fee per reservation. Pool and Spa heat is an optional extra at £120.00 a week. We also offer a gas BBQ at £65.00 a week.

Villa>hotel
We had a great time at this property. The amenities were perfect! I was so nice to be in a house for the week vs staying in a hotel. Our whole family spent a lot more time together than if we had individual hotel rooms. We had an inground pool with lanai, a large living room with vaulted ceiling and a full kitchen. Quality finishes were present throughout (granite counter tops, tile walk-in shower, etc). We also had good proximity to all the Disney parks and Universal Studios.
Finally, the property management group were so good to work with. I can’t say enough good about our time in the villa!!

Great Family Vacation
This property was perfect for our family vacation! It was very clean and welcoming with lots of space for us all to hang out together. The house has the perfect layout with even a very large pool deck that could accommodate us all. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. The location can’t be beat With so many attractions and wonderful restaurants close by the house. It’s located in a beautiful and safe community. This will be go to house every time we come back to the Orlando area!! Property manager was great at checking in and readily available.

Disney and Universal Vacation
The property is beautiful. Spacious living room and kitchen. Bedrooms are beautiful. Everything was super clean! Pool and outdoor space were amazing after long days at the parks! It was fun to get together in the living room in the morning and enjoy coffee and reminiscing about the day before. Easy and quick trip to both parks! A+++++ highly recommend!

Home from home!
We recently stayed here in Jun/July for four weeks and the villa was fab! Spacious, clean and a great location. Kids loved the pool and games room and they're already asking when we're going back. We could tell its been recently modernised and the photos don't do it justice. I found Lee the owner great to deal with before, during and after and we will definitely be in touch to use again.
