Overview
WELCOME TO OUR EXECUTIVE 6 BED 3 BATH VILLA WHICH HAS RECENTLY BEEN REMODELED AND UPGRADED TO A HIGH MODERN STANDARD.
The villa is located near Disney and sleeps up to 12 guests, it has 6 bedrooms, two are mastersuites with kingsize beds, a private southwest facing pool that overlooks a lake, games room, 60" LED TV in the living room, all bedrooms have TV's, free FOIS Wifi and premium TV.
The villa has had new granite tops put in the kitchen, breakfast bar and all bathrooms. The downstairs is open plan with a dining room, kitchen and living room. There is a games room which has a pool table.
The two master bedrooms have also been re-carpeted and had new bedroom furniture sets in with kingsize beds and ceiling fans.
The pool faces south-west so it has the sun on it all year. There is also a second decking area outside the screen. The setting is just fantastic as the villa and pool decking overlook the private lake.

The pool area has a table, chairs and palm casual sun loungers with pads.
The pool overlooks the lake and faces south west so you can sit and watch the sun go down.
Outside
The villa has a south west facing pool that overlooks a lake. It has a beautiful setting, you can sit on the pool decking and watch the sun set over the lake.
It is very peaceful and quiet with lovely views of the lake and gardens.
We have also added a second decking area at the side of the villa that has a BBQ and table and chairs.

Driving Distances from Hampton Lakes to the Orlando Theme Parks
We have added the actual driving distances to all the main Orlando theme parks below, these are not the distances to the main gate which most people quote, as this would reduce the distance, but to the actual car park for each attraction. Most of the jouney to the parks are on highways or interstates driving between 55-65 MPH so it's pretty quick to get to all the parks.

Payments can be made online through BACS or by sending a cheque. Reservations can only be confirmed once payment is received.
Bookings made within 10 weeks of arrival, full payment is required.
For all other bookings, a 20% deposit is required to confirm your reservation and the remaining balance is then due 10 weeks prior too your arrival.

Such a Beautiful Place!
Prior to our trip, the owner was very responsive & helpful with planning. Our family's arrival times varied & the property manager was very helpful with letting us know when we could let some family members in the "home". The word "home" was used with purpose. It truly was a home for us. There is room for gathering a large family, enjoying the company of each other & not feeling like we were separated the way a hotel would be. The home was clean & well taken care of just as it was described. I don't know anyone else's purpose for traveling, & possibly staying in this beautiful home, but for us, it was about family. It allowed us the space, the comfort & the feeling of home. We enjoyed pool time together, we enjoyed dinners together, we enjoyed laughing & joking with each other & being together as one big dys"FUN"ctional family. The rooms were beautiful, well taken care of & very clean. The furniture was beautiful & made it feel even more like a home instead of just a house. There are so many things I could say about how wonderful this rental home was, the owner, the property manager & all of the amenities, but most importantly, all of those pieces came together as one to create a space for family, love & the memories we were able to make. Our trip created a truly special memory for me. My 1yo grandson named me for himself for the first time. I'll forever be "Mat-maw" & when I hear it, I'll always remember where I was given that name & what a spectacular place it was!

Amazing Family Villa
The photos and description regarding this Villa doesn’t do it justice. We’ve just returned from an amazing two week family holiday and couldn’t have asked anymore from this villa. The property itself is spacious, clean, comfy and well equipped with everything required throughout including well stocked kitchen utensils and utilities. The Villa was a lovely retreat from the busy Disney parks which are only located approximately 25 minutes away (Universal approx 40mins, MCO Airport 45mins) and the warm pool was an addition the kids loved to enjoy before and after a day at the parks. The residential complex was clean and well kept and at the rear of this property was lovely lake, meaning the pool was not overlooked by other properties and had sun throughout the majority of the day. There is numerous restaurants and fast food stores nearby and a Walmart approximately 4 miles away that sold everything you could think of at reasonable prices. Highly recommend this villa to anyone and if we return to Orlando in the near future will definitely be coming back. Thank you to the owner Lee whom was a pleasure to deal with.

Very Modern Villa
We loved our week long stay and enjoyed the open spaciousness of the villa. The pool was warm and with amazing views of the lake and fountain!

Wonderful Stay!
We stayed here for four weeks. (Jan-Feb) A great home away from home! Everything is "as described". The neighborhood is very clean and well maintained. The home itself was exactly as we had hoped. The pool area was clean and inviting. We have previously had issues with pool temperature at other home rentals. Not here! The pool temp was perfect. The pool guy team came weekly. Furnishings inside and out were exactly as expected. The owner and management team were easy to deal with and responsive. Location is convenient to parks, shopping and great dining. We highly recommend this property.

A Great way to spend Christmas
SeaWorld, Disney and basically Orlando the week after Christmas and before New Year’s is absolutely insane. Sooo many people. Thankfully we chose a house that was close and convenient enough but far enough away to be removed from the chaos. The house was everything they described it as. Comfortable and spacious. We will definitely be back and this is where we will stay but it will not be on Christmas break again I promise you

Fantastic Holiday
We stayed for a week with friends in September and all I can say is it was a fabulous week.. So relaxing to have our own pool and the sun was on the pool all day from 10am until late evening.. It is in a fantastic position being very close to Disney World and all the other parks.. The bedrooms were very big as we're the beds plenty of comfortable leather seats/ recliners to relax in the evening to watch to TV.. The TV had hundreds of channels to always find something to view and also a large selection of DVDs.. A great pool table too.. The kitchen area had all the facilities you would need and also an ice dispenser in the very large fridge/ freezer.The villa and pool was spotless.and modern and was more than we hoped for. Publix supermarket is just 2 junctions down the road to your right and you will be able to get everything you need.. All in all we would stay here again in a heartbeat a fantastic place to stay and we would definitely recommend it

Beautiful home!
The home was beautiful! It was well stocked with all utensils needed to cook that homemade meal. The home was very comfortable and inviting. It was spacious and would be great for large families.
The pool area had several lounge chairs along with a table and chairs for dining on the patio. We also had a wonderful view of one of the lakes from the pool area. We added the pool heat and it was well worth it, especially in March.
Any issue that came up, Dee, the property manager took care of it as soon as she could. The first night we noticed there was no coffee maker. We reached out to Dee and she brought us a new coffee maker that night so we could have our morning coffee.
It was a very easy process securing and renting this beautiful home. We have rented from Lee several other times and highly recommend him. This was our first time in this particular home and was not disappointed.
