Situated in a very convenient location at Indian Wells, 1.5 minute drive from large Walmart and is also walking distance to the 192, not only this but boasts being nearer to Disney attractions and Sea world than most other villas. The villa which is fully equipped is spacious and attractively furnished throughout. The comfortable lounge area has a vaulted ceiling and adjoins the dining area. The master bedroom with it's king size bed is situated at the rear of the property and has views onto the pool. There are a further two bedrooms; a queen double and a 2 twin beds.
The screened pool is very private. There’s a good-sized sitting area with sun loungers, chairs and a patio table. Access to the pool area is generally through the kitchen. Our villa is professionally managed with a friendly and helpful team to make your stay a holiday of a lifetime.

Set in a peaceful location in the Indian Wells community centered located in Kissimmee our villa: Elegant is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single story vacation Florida villa.
With almost 1500sqft of air-conditioned tiled living areas, fast Wi-Fi, a private screened pool, covered lanai and double garage. This rental property offers everything and more for guests visiting the area. Unlike many Florida villas, the garden and pool area are fully fenced for extra privacy. This ensures that you are not overlooked when using the screened private pool.
Indian Wells is the most central of the villa communities, located within Lake Buena Vista and all but borders Walt Disney World. With such a prime location and run by very experienced owners, this Florida villa makes the perfect base when visiting Orlando and the Disney area.
The spacious air-conditioned vacation villa has a vaulted ceiling, is very homely, with tiled living areas. Houe is fully furnished. With a big television (streaming only: Free Live TV Channels, or you can stream your own subscriptions such as Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc...) in the Living Room.
Whether catering for the family or a quiet meal for two, the dining area seats six and provides a relaxed and enjoyable environment. There is also a nook table for snacks and breakfast. Access the pool via patio doors. The fully-equipped kitchen includes an American-sized refrigerator (with integrated ice maker), microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender and electric kettle. Cutlery, pans, and glasses are supplied. Bath and pool towels are provided. There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer available for your stay.
The elegantly furnished master bedroom overlooks the pool and has a huge king size bed, lamps, and television (Roku TV : Streaming only including live TV Channels). There is a large walk-in closet for hanging clothes, along with separate cupboard and drawer space. The en-suite bathroom contains a walk-in shower, WC, dual-sink, hairdryer and space for those essential holiday lotions and toiletries.
There is also a second bedroom with queen-sized bed and television (Roku TV, Streaming only), along with a third bedroom with 02 twin beds and television (Roku TV, Streaming only). Storage for clothes in closets and cabinets. Located conveniently for these bedrooms is the second bathroom, with a bathtube/shower combo, sink, WC and additional hairdryer. For infants, pack & play and a high-chair is provided.
Furthermore, in accordance with Florida State law, smoking is not permitted in the living and sleeping areas of the villa and guests must abide by this law.
Living
Comfortable living area with a sectional sofa. It also has a separate seated chair. Side table, lamps and coffee table. Smart TV with Roku (Streaming Channels).
Kitchen
Kitchen has all appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, ketlle, stove/oven, pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups
Dining
The dining room adjoins the living area and has comfortable seating for 6 people.
Situated next to the kitchen for easy access.
Bedrooms
Master bedroom - King size bed, bedside tables, lamps, dressing table with drawers, TV, walk in wardrobe. This bedroom is on the back of the property with views and access to the pool.
Bedroom 2 - A double bedroom with a queen sized bed, bedside tables, lamps, TV and wardrobes with plenty of space. This bedroom is on the front of the property.
Bedroom 3 - A twin bedroom with two single beds, table, lamp, and wardrobes with plenty of space. This bedroom is on the side of the property.
Bathrooms
Bathroom - Situated in the hallway nearer to bedrooms 2 and 3. Wash hand basin with cupboards below, toilet and bath with the option of showering too.
Ensuite - Situated off the master bedroom. Complete with two wash hand basins with cupboards below, toilet and large walk in shower.
Pool
The pool is screened and not overlooked.
There are 2 sunloungers which can be placed around the pool or under the covered section to protect you from the sun. A table and 4 chairs are also in the screened pool area along with extra seating (chairs and sofa).
There’s also underwater lighting should you fancy a late-night dip!
Access is generally through the kitchen.
Although the pool is not south facing it certainly doesn't suffer with a shortage of sunshine.
Pool heating can be arranged between the months of October - April for an additional fee of $40 per day. Note that in winter if it’s particularly cold outside, it may take a day or two get up to temperature. The pool heating runs from 9am to 6pm and will heat the pool to between 82 and 85 degrees. It’s turned on the day of arrival and switched off at the end of your stay.
Outside
The villa offers a decent size fenced rear garden laid to lawn. The garden plenty of trees to give you a breeze.
Garage
The double garage is home to the washing machine and dryer.
Baby Equipment
A highchair and cot (Foldable Pack & Play) available at the villa. Linens provided.

Location
Indian Wells Kissimmee villas to rent. This well established residential community which enjoys an exceptional location just north of the West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway (HWY192).
The Indian Wells community has a swimming pool, recreation area, lake, tennis courts, basket ball area and a children play park. Build in the 1990’s by Greater Construction Indian Wells enjoys a mix of established local owners with a selection of holiday rental homes, the community is well looked after and maintained to a high standard.
Indian Wells Kissimmee minutes from Disney
Indian Wells is particularly popular due to its very close by amenities; for shopping Walmart is literally a 2 minute drive, whilst a brand new Publix or The Buena Vista shopping mall is only 4 minutes drive.
Restaurants and entertainment on the nearby 192 are just a few minutes drive but the best of all is the proximity to the parks, Disney World Resort entrance is just 3.5 miles away and less than 10 minutes drive, location to the parks is second to none.
If you are flying in to and of the three local airports they are all pretty close. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is around 30 minutes drive. Tampa Airport (TPA) would be next and is about an hour and then Sandford (SFB) is just over an hour.

Rental rates additional information
To secure the property a 20% down payment is required at the time of booking. Balance is due 4 weeks before your check-in day. We also require a security deposit of $300.00 added to the total, which is normally refunded at the end of the stay (if no damages).
All payments include taxes.
We accept paypal payments or US transfer bank payments. Credit Card Payments is an option but there will be a 3% charge added.
Please note a cleaning fee of $145.00 will be added to your total amount to be paid.
