You will not be disappointed with our Luxury Villa, it has everything you would ever need and has a premier position at Lake Berkley Resort, a safe and secure gated resort community and less than 15 minutes to Disney.
The villa is fully equipped with everything you will need including air con throughout, private pool, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, bed linens, towels etc.
This is an outstanding 5 Bed, 2 Bath villa equipped and furnished to a very high standard following a complete refurbishment in summer 2018.
This villa was the original show house for Lake Berkley Resort, so as you can imagine it has one of the best plots on the resort with a beautiful view from the pool of the conservation area, small
The sitting room is very comfortably furnished with two large leather sofas and a large screen TV. There is air-conditioning throughout the villa and free WiFi.
The modern kitchen has all the usual appliances, including American size fridge/freezer, and is well equipped with every utensil would ever need.
Facilities
All guests can use, free of charge, the various facilities of Lake Berkley Resort, which includes, tennis, basketball court, volley ball, fishing on 3 lakes, clubhouse, gym, outside exercise area, children’s playpark, communal pool/Jacuzzi and children’s splash pool.

Bedrooms
There are 5 bedrooms in total, the master bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom.Two bedrooms have double beds, and the fourth bedroom has twin beds and a double bed. The fifth bedroom is ideal for children as it has 2 pair of bunk beds. All linens etc are provided.
Bathrooms
The two bathrooms both have bath and one has a shower over bath, and one with separate shower. Both have hairdryers and towels.

The games room has a pool table and table football.
Pool
Your private pool area has lots of space and loungers for relaxing. There is also a table/chairs for alfreson dining. The pool has a relaxing spa also.
Pool can be heated.
Outside
The screened pool is SW facing and so gets the sun from early morning until sunset. It has an extra large deck, great for sunbathing. The pool has an unspoilt view at the rear. There are chairs/sunloungers for your private use. There is also a charcoal BBQ available.

The last airport would be Sandford International Airport (SFB) which is 50 miles (60 minutes) drive. As you can see the Lake Berkley Resort is close to everything so an ideal for your next Orlando vacation.

Amazing vacation
Stayed for 8 days with my wife and two daughters in what was our first visit to Florida. The villa was perfect for our stay.
Villa was spotlessly clean on arrival and had every appliance and convenience you could ask for. Pool and spa were great and the nearby tennis court a real bonus..
Perfect if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of International Drive, yet only 20 minutes from parks.
I'd heartily recommend this Villa for quality, cleanliness and all round great value.

Perfect villa in great place
Stayed here March 2020. Villa is clean, modern and spacious. It had been recently refurbished and it was like visiting a new villa. Kids loved the pool and their themed bedrooms. Kitchen was wonderful for cooking family meals. Lake Berkley is a safe gated Resort and beautifully well kept. Johanna was great to deal with and quickly returned our security deposit at end of trip. We will definitely book this villa again. jenna and family

Fantastic stay
Great area great staff wonderful house couldn’t of asked for a better place to spend a week close to everything just all around great time thank you so much.
Villa is very modern and clean. Pool is perfect after a day at Disney.
