Vacation in style with this luxurious family-friendly 6 bedroom, 5 ½ bath villa with your very own pool and games room.
The villa is comfortable and can easily accommodate 12 family and friends.
The open plan kitchen, dining and living area includes plenty of comfortable seating and a full cable package TV package.
On the upper floor there are 6 bedrooms in total, three of which have ensuite bathrooms.

You can enjoy your private pool soaking up the Florida sun. The pool can be heated if required. You'll really make the most of the pool area, dining al-fresco under the lanai with a large table and plenty of seating. There is a child safety fence if needed (and can be removed).
The villa has its own games room with pool table, and air hockey.
Facilities
Orlando International Airport is approximately 35 minutes away, and Melbourne International Airport is around an hour.
You will only be 3 miles from Reunion water park, 9 miles from Disney and 17 miles from Universal Studios.
There are more golf courses than you can swing a ‘driver' at within a 20-minute radius, with Reunion and Champions Gate within 5 minutes!
Downtown Orlando is around 40-minute drive where you will find the most extensive diversity of restaurants catering for all your dietary requirements.
Supermarkets ‘Aldi' and ‘Publix' along with a Liquor store are less than 5 minutes away. Walmart is a 15- minute drive..

Kitchen
The well-equipped kitchen includes all appliances for your self-catering needs: fridge-freezer, oven/range, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and tea kettle. It is more than roomy for preparing and serving meals at the breakfast bar and spacious dining area.modern kitchen has all the usual appliances, including a Coffee Maker and Microwave, and is well equipped with every utensil would ever need.
Bedrooms
On the upper floor there are 6 bedrooms in total, three of which have ensuite bathrooms.
The master, second and third bedrooms have double size beds, and all have ensuite bathrooms.
The fourth bedroom is also a double.
The fifth and sixth bedrooms are ideal for the children as the fifth has twin beds and is Micky Mouse themed and the sixth has bunk beds.

Location
Bella Vida Resort is a gated community of colourful privately owned luxury villas. Ideal for the perfect dream Florida holiday and within minutes of all the Orlando attractions.
Most of the Bellavida villas we have available are large two storey homes. Some of the homes overlook the lake and others back on to woodland. We have a selection of 6 bedroom 5 bath Bella Vida villas and the way the homes are laid out means every bedroom has it's own or shared en-suite bathroom.
The Bellavida Resort is located on HWY 192 in Kissimmee, 5 miles East of Disney Main Gate. Bella vida Orlando is just minutes from shops, supermarkets and an abundance of restaurants along HWY192 in Kissimmee. If you are familiar with the Medieval Times Dinner show on HWY192. The Bella Vida Resort is just behind this on Oren Brown Rd.
Regarding supermarkets it is less than one minute from a Wal-Mart. There is also an ALDI across the road. Between these two you should be able to find everything you need.
Restaurants near the Bella Vida Resort
There are a number of restaurants near the Bella Vida Resort. These include Red Lobster, Denny's, Golden Corral Buffet & Grill, Waffle House and Applebee's Grill & Bar. For fast food you have a McDonalds, Burger King and Steak n Shake within a few minutes.
We have put together a list of over 50 Kissimmee restaurants along HWY192. This means there should be something for everyones palete and budget to choose from. You also never need to eat in the same restaurant twice.

Perfect villa in perfect location
Had a great week at this lovely villa. Very clean and well furnished. Kids loved the pool. Very well located, close to shopping and restaurants, 15 minutes to Disney. The Resort is great also. Will book again.

Wonderful villa
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. The sunset across the lake was stunning and it was magical to sit in the wonderfully warm hot tub and watch the wildlife while the children played in the pool. Such a great location with everything you could possibly want conveniently close. The cleaners had also done a fantastic job before we arrived and it was lovely to have a few toiletries and kitchen items to get us started on arrival. We had a lovely holiday and hope to stay with you again in the future!

Fantastic Start to Finish
From the initial booking, communications was always A+ from the owners. Arrived to find the rental exactly as described in the listing. Everything was extremely clean and our stay was super comfortable. Loved having shopping options (Wal-mart, Aldi etc.) so close to the house. We've stayed at many vacations rentals in the area and this is by far our favorite. Looking forward to a future stay!

Amazing vacation
Stayed for 8 days with my wife and two daughters in what was our first visit to Florida. The villa was perfect for our stay.
Villa was spotlessly clean on arrival and had every appliance and convenience you could ask for. Pool and spa were great and the nearby tennis court a real bonus..
Perfect if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of International Drive, yet only 20 minutes from parks.
I'd heartily recommend this Villa for quality, cleanliness and all round great value.

Perfect villa in great place
Stayed here March 2020. Villa is clean, modern and spacious. It had been recently refurbished and it was like visiting a new villa. Kids loved the pool and their themed bedrooms. Kitchen was wonderful for cooking family meals. Lake Berkley is a safe gated Resort and beautifully well kept. Johanna was great to deal with and quickly returned our security deposit at end of trip.
