Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom pool home is ideally located in the quiet residential community of Liberty Village, Kissimmee.
Conveniently situated close to Disney and the other major theme parks. There are several restaurants, shopping and World-Class Golf is nearby.
Liberty Village is ideally located in Kissimmee, just off Poinciana Blvd., and US 192 just about 10-minutes from the Walt Disney World® Resort, 10 20-minutes from Universal Studios Florida® and
SeaWorld Orlando.
Location
Liberty Village in Kissimmee offers a selection of vacation rentals and villas minutes from Disney World.
Liberty Village is built around a number of small natural lakes and beautiful woodland conservation areas.
Liberty Village is in Kissimmee, from the US192, take Poinciana Blvd, heading south for approximately 4 miles and Liberty Village is on your left just past the community of Eagle Pointe.
Approximate driving times to some of Florida’s most popular attractions:
- Animal Kingdom 15 - 20 Minutes
- Magic Kingdom 15 - 20 Minutes
- Epcot 15 - 20 Minutes
- Hollywood Studios 15 - 20 Minutes
- Universal (including Volcano Bay) 25 - 30 Minutes
- SeaWorld 20 - 25 Minutes
- Discovery Cove 20 - 25 Minutes
The I-4 highway is nearby, meaning Busch Gardens is 70 - 75 Minutes away driving east towards Tampa and Kennedy Space Center is 60 - 65 Minutes away to the west. Florida’s award-winning beaches, including Clearwater, Cocoa, Daytona and Siesta Key, can all be reached in as little as 90 - 95 Minutes from here.
The nearest airport is Orlando International which is 30 - 35 Minutes away, Tampa International is 75 - 80 Minutes away and Melbourne International is 85 - 90 Minutes from here.
The nearest supermarket to Liberty Village is the Walmart store a few miles away on the US192, at the end of Oren Brown Road. For other shopping needs head to the outdoor shopping mall called The Loop which is about 15 minutes drive or Premium Outlets on Vineland Avenue (Exit 68 from the I-4) which is 20 minutes drive.

Best villa we ever stayed
Simply the best and we have stayed every year near Disney(except covid years) for past 10 years.
Rent this villa, we have already booekd for next year.
