Overview
Dreamstay Villa is 2200sqft of luxury living, the house design won awards when it was built as it is well thought out and put together. Situated on Orange Tree a peaceful and tranquil community on H/W27 just 3 miles North of US192.
Situated on a large corner plot with a large south facing pool and spa on an extended pool deck and a pool heater that works in any weather - even on the coldest days you will have a nice inviting swimming pool and hot bubbling spa. The pool area is surrounded by bushes and tropical plants and is secluded. The house has a large lanai which gives you the option of spending endless hours outdoors come rain or shine. There are 2 ceiling fans and lights, comfy dining furniture and loungers and TV connection points. This enables al-fresco dining even in the rain and means that you can make the most of outdoor living.There is a charcoal BBQ for use during your stay or a gas BBQ can also be hired. Dreamstay is the perfect place to spend whole days or just a few hours between visits to the many theme parks or shopping Malls.

Living
There are two living areas, one with a flat screen TV which looks out and has access to the pool deck with ceiling fans, two large leather sofas and a accent chair plenty of room for guests to relax while they enjoy the streaming TV service. The second room is to the front of the house and is a relaxing room where you can read, chill out on your phone or tablet or just enjoy the peace and tranquility with two large sofas and a comfy chair - the perfect relaxation spot.
Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen with two door, fridge freezer, stove, microwave and dishwasher all amenities are provided for use during your stay including kettle, taoster and two coffee machines one for ground filter coffee and one for coffee pods.Plenty of china wear, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided as well as glass waer. So if you wish to enjoy some home cooking ou will needfornothing and if you would rather there is also a charcoal BBQ provided outside of the pool deck for guests use. There is a seperate utility room with washer and dryer plus iron and ironing board and a clothes airer.
Dining
There are three options for dining - a formal dining area which seats 6, a nook area for 4 people and an outdoor seating area for al-fresco dining - we are sure that you will have ample choice as to where you wish to eat.

Master with King size bed, walkin wardrobe, flat screen TV and private access onto pool deck,ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom.
Queen bedroom with queen size bed wardrobe and flat screen TV, ceiling fans and access onto pooldeck via adjoining bathroom
Twin boys blue bedroom with twin beds wardrobe,celing fans and flat screen TV
Twin girls bedroom with twin beds wardrobe, ceiling fans and flat screen TV

En-suite master bathroom with twin vanities ,large walkin shower, roman bath and seperate toilet cubicle.

Main bathroom located between the two twin bedrooms with tub,shower in tub, vanity and toilet
Games Room
The garage is used as a games room - it has a pool table, air hockey table, foosball table and an eliptical training machine as well as flat screen TV.
Pool
Large private heatable south facing pool with inground spa on an extended pool deck - this area is very private and enjoys a lot of sun - it can be accessed from the master bedroom the queen bathroom, the florida room and the nook area. There are 4 padded chairs, two recliners with foot stool and two loungers there is also a rail for your towels.
Outside
The outside area consists of an extened pool deck where you will find the south facing pool and spa which is surrounded by bushes and tropical plants - we are on a large corner plot and the rear neighbours have a fence as do the neigbours to the side so we have lots of privacy. Also outside we have a lot of grassed area and at the rear is where you will find the BBQ - which is available for use during your stay.

Fiber broadband is provided free of charge for our guests
Baby Equipment
For our very small guests we provide two pack n play cots, high chair, baby monitor, car seat and stroller.
Accessible
There are no stairs in the property and we do have walkin showers

Cancellation Policy
All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
Damage deposit
A refundable damage deposit of £200 is due7 days prior to arrival and is refunded within 14 days of departure as long as no damage is found
