Facilities
RESORT FEE is $22.40 per day for the amenties which has to be paid at the resort at check-in. Starting September 1, 2023 the resort will hold a $100 fee on your credit card for any items not returned to the resort (towels, wristbands etc.) - please note these are the resort fees not our fees and have to be paid at the resort directly at check-in.
NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND ALLOWED - Complaints resulting in police/security dispatch will violate and terminate the rental agreement.

NO ANIMALS OF ANY KIND - this is grounds for a violation and immediate termination of the rental agreement and a $500 non-refundable charge will be requested.
Location
Luxury Florida condos and townhomes to rent on the Regal Palms Resort, located in Davenport and close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants this is great place to enjoy your Orlando holiday of a lifetime. The Regal Palms Resort has a large clubhouse which has it's own pool with water slides, gym and snack bar. If you like golf then it's just across the road from Highlands Reserve which has an 18 hole golf course, driving range and large putting green, all of which is open to the public. The Regal Palms Resort is located on HWY27 only 3 miles from HWY192 and around 10 minutes to Disney's main gate with Seaworld around 20 minutes and Universal Studios around 25 minutes.
