Overview
Lovely townhouse in gated community located overlooking the practice facility on White Heron Golf Club at Ridgewood Lakes, 75 yards to the clubhouse, 50 yards to the community heated pool, and 100 yards to the practice range.
Many amenities located nearby on HWY 27.
The condo is located 20-25 minutes to Disney, 45 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and 1 hour to east and west coast beaches.
Come enjoy a round of golf at the beautiful and challenging White Heron Golf Club and then enjoy a dip in the heated inground pool.
Minimum booking is one week. Longer stays based on availability. This is a NO SMOKING facility.
Guests may arrrive by 4:00PM and must depart by 11:00AM.

Gas grill located on site.
Washer and dryer located on second floor for your convenience.
Living
Large couch with 2 lazy chairs and a 40inch flat screen television.
Also, there is a sun porch that overlooks the golf course practice facility and a lake.
Kitchen
Kitchen includes stove, microwave, utencils, pots and pans, fridge, toaster oven and dishwasher.
Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 is located on second floor with 2 twin beds, closet and flat screen television.
Bedroom 2 is located on second floor and has 4 bunk beds, closet and flat screen television. Bunk beds are hard to make up so we supply sleeping bags for your convenience.
Master bedroom has king size bed with walk in closet and master bath with shower and his/her sinks. Also comes with a 40 inch flat screen television.
Pool
You have access to the heated communal pool which is about 50 yards away.

Located in Davenport, Ridgewood Lakes has a championship golf course (White Heron Golf Club) and is close to shops and restaurants.

Ridgewood Lakes is split into two main subdivisions, firstly Ridgewood Pointe, where we have villas on Canary Island Circle, and secondly the larger subdivision called The Forest, where we have homes on Golf Course Parkway and Southern Pine Way. The community has tennis courts, a communal pool and a new added childs play area for use of guests. Ridgewood Lakes is set more than 2 miles off the main road making it a really quiet and relaxing place to stay and most homes are on larger plots so they are not overlooked unlike alot of other rental communities.

Rental rates additional information
Security deposit of £60 pounds per booking required. Your security deposit will be returned to you less any damages or repairs after inspection within 7-10 days. Preferred method of return will be Paypal.

So Relaxing
