Luxury Villa, 6 Bed 6 Bath, Outdoor Kitchen with 65" TV

Relax in the family room in the luxurious Ashley sectional sofa with a chaise lounger. Watch the 65" 4K TV with a Sonos Sound Bar and Smartcast. There is a Play Station 4 with games and 2 controllers, and a Roku system. The Roku enables guests to access their own Netflix, Hulu. Amazon, etc. accounts. The Smartcast lets you watch TV using your phone or tablet to stream. There is upgraded HD cable. 

There is a large living room that has a sleeper couch, loveseat and chair. This area is ideal for conversation and reading, away from the open concept family room-kitchen area and the pool.

The kitchen has has a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, blender, and a huge array of pots, pans, and utensils. Everything you want you will find in this fully stocked kitchen!

The poolside outdoor kitchen is a terrific feature of our villa, and available for all your cooking and barbecuing.This kitchen features a professional quality grill, a griddle,a 2 burner stove, fridge, and an 8' granite bar. New outdoor furniture is in place at the bar and pool.

The pool has recently been resurfaced and the deck painted, and the villa is in as excellent condition.

Inside the house, the glass dining room table seats 6. The kitchen has a pub style table with 4 comfortable chairs, and a stand up bar. Go outside to the enclosed lanai and there are 2 dining tables, with seating for 10, and 4 highback chairs at the bar. There are several patio lounge chairs for extra poolside seating.

There are 6 bedrooms, 4 are ensuites with their own private bath. There is a crib and 2 Pack and Play's on site for your use. House sleeps 14 plus 3 Infants/Toddlers

All 4 master suites have a 55" 4K wall mounted TV with Roku systems.

There are 5 full bathrooms and a 1/2 bath. The downstairs King Suites has a walk in shower and a tub.

There is a washer and dryer in the house.

We also provide an iron and ironing board, vacuum, and a hair dryer in every full bathroom.

The game room is air conditioned. This is a feature rarely found in a rental home, as almost all game rooms are converted garages. The game room has a full size 8' 3 piece slate pool table, and a ping pong table.

There are 2 stools for spectator comfort.

At the house there is your own heated private pool and spa for your enjoyment and convenience. The pool was resurfaced and the pool deck repainted recently and both are in excellent condition. 

A short walk to the community clubhouse brings you to a huge pool and 10 person Jacuzzi. Enjoy the poolside Tiki Hut and Cabanas. This beautiful clubhouse also offers a state of the art exercise room, a terrific children's playground, climbing structure, an arcade, an 18 hole mini golf course, and a sand volleyball court.

Our home has an oversized lanai with a large sun drenched heated pool, spa, and the outdoor kitchen and bar. There are 2 patio tables with seating for 10, 4 bar stools, and the extended lounge chairs.

The pool is heated to 86 degrees, the spa to 101.

The resort clubhouse is a 2 minute walk away.

There is an  outdoor 65" 4K TV with a premium  Klipsch 7 speaker surround sound system. Relax in the pool while enjoying the big game or your favorite show. Watch movies at night under the stars! Or just listen to your favorite music!

The garage has been converted into the air conditioned game room, but there is ample parking at the house for 4 cars.

Wifi is free , and the phone is free to anywhere in North America.

The home is equipped with a crib, 2 pack and plays, a high chair, 4 strollers including a double, 2 car seats, and a booster seat.
