Luxury 4 Bed 3 Bath Southern Dunes Florida Golf Villa

We have stayed on Southern Dunes several times it's a great location for getting to the parks etc but it is also nice to be out of the 'madness' too. This is our favourite villa we have ever stayed in. It was just perfect for our family of 5 adults and 4 children (two under 2 years). The villa is spacious and comfortable, it's even more beautiful than in the photos. The villa is a true luxury home from home. As soon as you set foot through the door your shoulders loosen and you immediately relax. Every need is taken care of. Sheila and Craig made us feel so welcome, they accommodated all our requests and helped us so much - we are so grateful. The best of times were at the pool despite the mega attractions being a short journey away. Its great being able to have action packed days one day and chilled days by the pool the next. Sheila and Craig you have helped make such amazing memories for me and my family that we will treasure for many years to come. I would recommend your villa to anyone and I do hope we can all make more memories at your lovely villa in the years to come. Thank you.

We stayed at this property April 2023 and had an amazing holiday. The owners were happy with any questions we had prior and during the trip, provided us with all the information we needed and the property was easy to find, was clean and easy to use. We have a 1 year old and the added bonus of high chair and travel cot made the holiday a lot easier and were easy to put together and clean. When there was a local power cut the owners got in touch to make sure we knew when the power was due to come back on and the villa has an emergency light in one of the living rooms so we were not in darkness. The games room and pool provided a lot of entertainment and the views were amazing. Would happily stay here again.

Our family would highly recommend a stay here! Spacious, clean and welcoming! The games room is a great place to unwind after a busy day at the parks! A nice view onto the golf course but also private and not overlooked! It’s super close to Wallmart, many restaurants such as Mannys Original chophouse and take outs. Super easy to get to Legoland/ Pepper pig world to the left of leaving this gated community and Disney/ Universal to the right. We stumbled upon this villa by chance when our first one was damaged in a hurricane. Sheila is awesome, super fast to respond and helped us secure a booking at her wonderful villa! They say everything happens for a reason and we are glad we found a great place like this to return to!

I spent 2 weeks at this beautiful home with my husband and two daughters. This place is just truly amazing, spacious, immaculately clean and has everything and more you will need when going on holiday. The focus of our holiday was Disney and Universal. Disney is a 20min drive and Universal 30minutes. After a long day at the parks it is such a pleasure to return to a home and space that is your own away from the crowds. Walmart and a whole bunch of other useful stores are right outside the estate and very convenient before heading out to the parks. Our hosts Craig and Sheila made us feel so welcome and we were overwhelmed by their kindness and hospitality. Should we return again, I will no doubt book with them again!

Thank you Sheila and Craig for allowing us use your beautiful home. It really is a home from home with absolutely everything you would need. Very private with beautiful view of golf course. Sheila and Craig were fantastic to deal with and also Faye from the management company was so helpful. So many restaurants to chose from beside you. Would highly recommend this beautiful villa, will definitely be back.

We stayed at Sheila and Craig’s beautiful home for a week and only have one complaint.. we wish the week didn’t go by so quickly! The home was impeccable, well laid out and perfectly perched on a beautiful golf course. The location in relation to attractions such as Disney and great restaurants simply cannot be beat. As a realtor, I have to admit that I’m quite picky, but this home impressed me the minute I walked in and only got better as we explored and enjoyed it. We are already planning another trip for this winter and can’t wait to relax and reconnect in this home once again. Book this home, you won’t regret it!
