Our 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath with private screened pool has been newly renovated with modern ammenities. Located in a gated community with 24 Hr security, amenities for everyone including - 3 pools, 2 tennis courts, playgrounds and golfing! 20 minutes drive from Walt Disney world. 30 minutes to Sea World, 30 minutes to Universal, 20 min to Legoland and only 60 minutes from beaches on the Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic coast.
The villa sleeps up to 10 people, with 2 master suites with KING BEDS and en-suites and a shared bathroom for the 2 twin rooms. 2 spacious living rooms with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and breakfast area. Each master bdrm comes with a 50" HD 4K LED TV, and the living rooms come with a 65" and 55" HD 4K LED TV. Air Hockey, Foosball, Dart Board & Ping-Pong in the garage/Gameroom

Living
Two separate living room areas with one being next to the pool. It includes 2 comfortable couches and a large NEW 65" LED 4K Smart TV with 125+HD channels and streaming capabilities. (Use your NETFLIX account) Relax in this living room overlooking the pool and awesome golf course views.
The 2nd separate living area includes 2 comfortable couches and a large NEW 55" LED 4K Smart TV with 125+HD channels and streaming capabilities. We call this the gaming living room because it's equipped with an XBox One with an assortment of the latest games.

Kitchen
The kitchen overlooks the main living area with a small breakfast bar and dining area. It has been newly renovated and equipped with NEW modern stainless steel appliances.
The refrigerator comes with in the door water and ice.
A full coffee area is included with a new coffee maker and press. Everything you need to get your day started at the parks or early morning golf.
All the kitchen amenities, including glassware, dishes, silverware, pots, pans and cooking utinsils are included during your stay to complete your home away from home vacation.
Dining
One formal dining area that seats 6.
The second dining area seats 6 with extra chairs available. Both dining areas are easliy accessible from the kitchen.
Bedrooms
Our villa features TWO master suites with KING SIZE BEDS and full en suite bathrooms. One with a large walk in shower and separate tub and the other has a full show/tub combination. Both have large walk in closets. The main master suite overlooks the pool and has access to a large covered patio area. BOTH master bedrooms include NEW 50" LED 4K Smart TV's with 125+HD channels and streaming capabilities. The 2 other bedrooms feature new dual twin beds in each room with easy access 3rd full bathroom.
Bathrooms
Two en-suite bathroom in the the two master bedrooms. One with a large walk in shower and large soaking tub. The other master bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The 3rd bathroom is between the two twin room and has a shower/tub combination.
Games Room
The garage has been converted to a game room with Air Hockey Table, Foosball Table and Ping-Pong table.
The other game room is in the second living area with an assortment of board and card games. The Xbox one and Wii are located here with the 55" 4K TV.
Pool
The large enclosed, private pool is a great way to stay refreshed on a hot Florida day or relax after a long day at the parks. Overlooking the Southern Dunes Golf Course with unobstructed views of the 1st fairway, the pool is the way to relax. The patio areas has a large covered shaded area with a table and lounge chairs while another large table is available for people who enjoy the sun. Both areas are perfect for early morning sunrise breakfasts, evening dinners under the stars or just relaxing. It's your choice.
Pool protective fencing is available and easily set up if you have younger children need to kept away from the pool. An added peace of mind.
Pool heating is also available at an additional cost of $150 per week.
Garage
Large capacity Washer and Dryer are located here.
Internet
Free High Speed Internet is available throught the house and pool area. (Wifi) Password protected and secure. Stream your NETFLIX or Hulu accounts to all TV's in the house.
Baby Equipment
Brand new jogging stroller to use in the Amusment Parks or for a nice walk around the neighborhood.
High chair and portable crib for the toddlers.

While they don't take reservation you can call ahead (863 422 3910) to get your name on list for a table. I recommend doing this at least an hour before you plan to arrive.

Immaculate and everything you will need!
I spent 2 weeks at this beautiful home with my husband and two daughters. This place is just truly amazing, spacious, immaculately clean and has everything and more you will need when going on holiday. The focus of our holiday was Disney and Universal. Disney is a 20min drive and Universal 30minutes. After a long day at the parks it is such a pleasure to return to a home and space that is your own away from the crowds. Walmart and a whole bunch of other useful stores are right outside the estate and very convenient before heading out to the parks. Our hosts Craig and Sheila made us feel so welcome and we were overwhelmed by their kindness and hospitality. Should we return again, I will no doubt book with them again!

Home from Home
Thank you Sheila and Craig for allowing us use your beautiful home. It really is a home from home with absolutely everything you would need. Very private with beautiful view of golf course. Sheila and Craig were fantastic to deal with and also Faye from the management company was so helpful. So many restaurants to chose from beside you. Would highly recommend this beautiful villa, will definitely be back.

Wonderful Stay
We stayed at Sheila and Craig’s beautiful home for a week and only have one complaint.. we wish the week didn’t go by so quickly! The home was impeccable, well laid out and perfectly perched on a beautiful golf course. The location in relation to attractions such as Disney and great restaurants simply cannot be beat. As a realtor, I have to admit that I’m quite picky, but this home impressed me the minute I walked in and only got better as we explored and enjoyed it. We are already planning another trip for this winter and can’t wait to relax and reconnect in this home once again. Book this home, you won’t regret it!
