From the moment we arrived at the villa, we knew our stay was going to be extraordinary. The villa, a masterpiece of design and comfort, exceeded our every expectation. The villa was in impeccable condition, with every corner spotlessly clean and well-maintained. It was evident that great care is taken to ensure every guest experiences a pristine environment. The layout of the villa was both elegant and practical, offering spacious living areas that flowed seamlessly into one another. The bedrooms were plush and inviting, each with its own unique charm, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone. But the true highlight was the amazing pool. Set in a beautifully landscaped garden, it was not just a pool but a retreat. The water was perpetually warm (Due to us having the pool heating on), inviting us in at any hour of the day. However, it was in the evening that the pool truly came into its own. The lights in the pool created a magical, almost surreal atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of visiting the theme parks. Our stay at this villa was more than just a holiday; it was an experience we will cherish forever. The combination of the luxurious amenities, the stunning pool, and the serene ambiance makes this villa a top-notch choice for anyone looking for an exceptional getaway. I would wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone seeking a blend of luxury, comfort, and a touch of magic. Absolutely fantastic villa . The villa is located on the beautiful resort of Terra verde, I have stayed at this villa before. The villa is superb everything you could wish for games room lovely lit up pool and jacuzzi hot tub. The rooms are fabulous the beds are the comfiest. The villa is beautifully decorated to a very high standard and is fully equipped with everything you need - we have stayed in many villas in the Kissimmee area before and this villa was by far the most well-equipped. The pool was incredible - our little boy loved swimming every day and the safety gate was out on arrival ensuring that we didn't have to worry. We really hope to be able to stay here again during future visits.

This was our second time at this wonderful villa, and we shall be back again. The villa is spacious with a great outdoor area pool and Spa. A perfect location for the parks and the various shopping outlets. Christine presents the villa to a very high standard with a good WiFi connection which helps if you need to do a little research for things to do. A good management team are available, as we did have an issue with the pool lights but fixed by the time we arrived in from a day at the parks. All round the villa was great value for money and would highly recommend.

It's impossible to say a bad thing about the villa. Decor, amenities, location, resort etc.....all were fantastic. What can I possibly say that has not already been said by other guests? Your villa was just perfect. So inviting and clean and we made it home for our 16 nights. The games room was an added bonus with many competitive games of pool played, and the pool and jacuzzi were just perfect to relax after a long day. We had our walk to the Clubhouse in the mornings for our coffee and all the staff were very friendly and informative. We could not fault the Villa in any way and Christine was very pleasent to deal with. We recommend this Villa 100%. To sum up this villa is a little piece of heaven right there in the heart of Orlando and we are booking it again!

Thanks Christine, we loved your villa (and location). Everyone in our group loved our stay in the villa @ Terra Verde. There were so many extras provided that we didn’t need to think too much about shopping for ‘essentials’. Our teenagers loved the games room and pool in the evening (after the parks) with the lights on! This was our fifth time in Orlando but first in the Kissimmee area, we would definitely consider it again (and especially this villa) as the location was perfect, close enough to everything, but not too close so you felt you were away from it all after a tiring day out. The resort is beautiful and has everything you need, enjoyed the (strong) cocktails at the tiki bar and a nice running circuit around the lake (passing the villa) to work off all that food! Have recently returned from our second visit to Christine’s lovely family Villa at Terra Verde resort. It was like going home after our first stay in December 2021. Everything was as I hoped and it felt like we had never been away. Comfortable, clean and very homely which is what we want after long days and evenings out and about. The lovely pool and decking area is so peaceful looking across the lake with the abundant wildlife trekking across the pathways outside the lanai. Everything you could possibly need is catered for. We travel as two couples and there is just so much room. Even for a large family or even two families there is adequate room and plenty of equipment for everyone. The area is super with the added bonus of this Security controlled gated community being away from the main hustle and bustle but within a short drive to all main areas for tourists. I was really disappointed when I tried to book for thanksgiving in 2023 only to find the dates already booked. Hard to find another place where I feel so comfortable. Will be back in 2024, thank you Christine for sharing your lovely home. Mark

Just got back home from 17 days in Orlando Florida we stayed at this property and honestly from start to finish everything was fantastic it’s a gated community with 24 hour security and everything within close proximity ie Walmart and all the major restaurants you expect over in Florida Disney is approximately 15/20 min drive and universal about 30/35 mins it’s in a great location even the malls if you like shopping are no more than a 20 odd minute drive onto the villa it’s big with 4 bedrooms all decorated to a high standard games room big swimming pool lovely kitchen and dining area everything is just wow it’s that good none of us wanted to leave we are planning on returning in the next 2 years I would 100% love to stop at this property again no doubt and the lovely lacy Christine that owns this property is great to any questions about anything within hours you will get a reply to put your mind at rest so in short if you want a large spacious villa in a fantastic location for theme parks shopping beaches and all major shops look no further than this bill you won’t be disappointed

Hi Christine We have arrived back safe and sound. Thank you once again for letting us stay at your wonderful villa. The view is breathtaking. To anyone thinking of renting a villa for an Orlando holiday Christine’s villa is one of the best we have stayed at in over 25 years holidaying in Orlando. The view from the pool is is so relaxing, after hectic day in the parks it was wonderful to come back and chill with a glass of wine and look at the wonderful view. The villa wants for nothing has everything down to hairdryers. And is very central to all the parks. Over the years my wife and I have rented numerous villas and quite a few claim to be only 20 minutes from Disney, but we found to do this, our hire vehicle would have to be the space shuttle. Christine’s villa is genuinely 20 minutes from Disney. ( my wife timed it) Christine is somewhat of a rarity in today’s world, she answers emails very quickly with any questions and genuinely wants to make sure you have a great holiday at her villa. I worked in business and construction before retiring and would loved to have worked with someone as honest and truthful as Christine. Wow! Wow! Wow! We were in two minds about writing a glowing review as from a purely selfish perspective we didn’t want anyone else to know about this hidden gem and then it get so booked up that we can’t stay again in the future! We have been staying in Florida villas for over 20 years and can’t believe we have never discovered this gem of a villa….. Due to a predicament at our original villa that we had booked for this Summer, we felt the need to move and Christine came to our rescue. From the moment we corresponded with Christine she couldn’t do enough to help us with our predicament – even allowing us early access to the villa (as we had frozen food at our original villa.) Christine is a 5 star host. The villa was everything we could have wanted and more – in fact it’s one of, if not the best villa we have ever stayed in (and we’ve stayed in lots over the past 20 plus years). The view from the pool area is fantastic and we were really torn between wanting to spend time at the villa by the pool versus visiting parks and shopping etc. The beds are so comfortable and it's just overall a great villa and a great location. Sue and Rachael (the Management Team) couldn’t do enough either to help us. We have already secured dates with Christine for next year. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you Christine for everything. Like many due to Covid, our family holiday was cancelled last year, Christine's property wasn't available then. However it was available this summer and I decided to book as it meets the needs of my family. From the first enquiry Christine was professional and accommodating assisting me with any queries I had. Unfortunately due to the uncertainty of travel restrictions again this summer Christine offered me the option to rebook for Summer 2022 and had already kindly double booked the same dates before she contacted me. The service we have recieved from Christine has been over and above, at no point did I feel any pressure from her to make an immediate decision. Christine First of all can I thank you for being so accommodating and professional regarding the moving of my dates due to Covid. We have now arrived home after our fun filled 3 week holiday in Christine’s villa in Terra Verde resort in Florida, we are a party of 4 adults and have been so lucky to have had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful villa. On arrival the security staff on the front gate were lovely and explained what we needed to know as we had arrived late and the club house was closed until the next morning so reassuring that it had 24/7 security on the resort. Next morning got the access card from the club house. The villa was so clean, tidy and so spacious- Absolutely Beautiful. The colour changing pool lighting were a fabulous addition and our oldest daughter (27) loved them. We made the best decision booking to stay in this villa and would recommend it to others and we would definitely return to this villa when we would return to Florida in the future. Fab experience. Just a few light bulbs needed replaced but as I said did not affect our enjoyment of this wonderful villa.

We were a party of 6 staying in Christine's villa, 4 adults and 2 children and would highly recommend that you stay here for your holiday to Orlando. Very spacious villa, an Orlando holiday is busy however we needed some rest days and we were very comfortable relaxing by the pool and lounging infront of the huge TV! We all loved the rainbow lights in the pool, the jacuzzi was fabulous and the view of the lake is lovely - the Clubhouse is just a short walk away where there's a communal pool and an outdoor bar! I contacted Christine many times and she was so patient with me and always lovely to chat to, we also had contact with the management team and they were very helpful too. Terra Verde is a beautiful gated estate, there's a Walmart a 5 minute drive away and it doesn't take long to get to the theme parks and other attractions that are a must. Jane McMillan

OUTSTANDING! We chose this villa based on the location, pictures and the description - and as soon as we booked, we knew we had picked a winner! Our host Christine emailed us with helpful advice and information. We have been to Florida many times and hired many villas, but we’ve never had such positive customer service before. And the positive first impression proved to be right! After a hectic trip over to the US, negotiating all the COVID regulations on both sides of the Atlantic, when we finally arrived at the villa, we had a lovely welcome with the outside lights on and the lights on inside the villa. That was such a lovely personal touch arranged by the owners and made us feel like we were arriving home. The pictures are accurate, but they really don’t do the villa justice! On the ground floor, the great room is huge and double height, which means the room always remains cool. The sofas and chair are genuinely comfortable and being leather, they’re also nice and cool! The TV is absolutely gigantic - but even better there is Cable TV with a huge range of channels as well as on-demand services available. After a hard day’s shopping or sunbathing, it was so lovely be able to relax after dinner with a good show on a superb TV. And the free wifi was actually high speed. The kitchen is really well equipped with everything you would expect in a villa of this standard. There wasn’t a single piece of kit missing, and we cooked most nights - good sharp knives, cheese grater, colander - all the little things I’ve had to go out and buy on previous holidays were already in this kitchen. Loved the big freezer section with the ice maker for drinks and the dishwasher (of course) took away any worries about having to do the washing up while on holiday. The really good washer and tumble dryer in the utility meant we came back with only the clothes we travelled in to be dealt with. The dining room and second lounge area are carpeted - and such luxurious, deep carpet too and are a great area for a long, slow, relaxing meal and a chat afterwards. Also on the ground floor is the master suite. What a bed! I have a really bad back and use an orthopaedic mattress at home, so I always worry about the beds on holiday. A cheap mattress, or a dip in the bed can put my back out for days - but I needn’t have worried. The mattress on the bed was fantastic. No dips, no bumps, I slept really well each and every night, in great quality linen. Although we didn’t use the upstairs at all, the other three bedrooms, 2 twin rooms and a second master suite were even bigger than the pictures we had seen, and again, everything was super clean and great quality. We didn’t use the games room in the garage, but the pool table, air hockey and other equipment would be fantastic for kids. And oh the pool - what a pool! Nice easy steps in, a lovely warm temperature, and in the evening a really funky colourful lighting system to light up the water. We used the pool every chance we got and although neither of us are ‘proper’ swimmers, just relaxing and floating in this wonderful pool, in the Florida sunshine, watching the fountain play in the centre of the lake it overlooks was just bliss. And lots of pool towels supplied as well. To sum up, if you’re looking for a top quality, luxurious and genuinely comfortable villa for you or your family holiday, don’t think twice. This is the one for you and I’d give both the villa and the owner the maximum rating possible, plus a bit more on top.

Just returned from two weeks at this villa after having to cancel twice due to covid , on both occasions Christine was most helpful and understanding . The villa is in a perfect location about twenty minutes from Disney and a Walmart ten minutes away. The villa was clean and tidy, perfect for our family of seven with plenty of room to spread out. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. Cooking facilities were great with plenty of dishes and pots and pans. The heated pool was perfect with the children loving it after a long day at the parks. If not in the pool they were playing in the games room. Terre Verde Resort was safe and secure with manned security gates, the grounds were kept clean and tidy. Do not hesitate to go to this villa and Christine is a pleasure to deal with.

From the moment we contacted Christine about reserving her villa for the Christmas holidays, we knew we had struck gold! Christine is on hand to answer all your questions and give you advice and help when requested. We were nervous booking during the pandemic and coming from Northern Ireland, we couldn’t be sure that circumstances wouldn’t change. Christine put us at ease. We received instructions on how to get to the villa and how to manage security at the resort upon arrival, prior to our departure. We even received advice on where we could go for covid testing locally. Nothing was a problem. When we got there (which was so easy and took about half an hour from MCO), we felt safe right off the bat. Having a manned gate really helped us feel relaxed. The area is quiet and beautiful, and a stones throw from all the restaurants on the 192. Walmart is literally just round the corner for all your snacking needs!! Christine’s villa-wow!! Spacious, very clean, beautifully decorated and located, it had the most stunning views day and night. We managed to catch quite a number of fireworks over Christmas from the pool deck. The pool is a great size, clean, and was heated for our entire stay (which was needed in the slightly cooler temperatures in December). There is plenty of room here for your family to unwind around the pool. The beloved local ducks are so so sweet, and were around to greet us each day with a waddle and a quack. We could’ve spent hours watching them go about their business, but, theme parks and shopping called, and all were so easily accessible from the villa, taking 15-20 minutes to get to the main attractions of Disney, the Outlets, and just a little longer to Sea World and Universal. The remainder of the villa is well appointed, plenty of room in the bedrooms each fitted with flat screen tvs, wardrobe and drawer space for your clothes, new mattresses on the downstairs and upstairs masters, in addition to new bedding in each room. All the bathrooms include a hair dryer for you (which was much appreciated). We had a wonderful stay at Christine’s stunning villa. Enjoyed watching movies on her HUGE new livingroom tv (lying on her sumptuous leather sofa), played many games of pool, and even cooked a turkey for Christmas dinner. My wife and I along with two friends have recently returned from Orlando where we were fortunate enough to spend our vacation in a stunning villa on Terra Verde Resort. The villa is perfectly located 5 minutes from the I92 Irlo Bronson memorial highway and only 10 minutes to International Drive and all its attractions. Close to everything but far enough away to give some perfect relaxation time. The resort itself is lovely with a great clubhouse, Tiki bar serving snacks and lovely large pool although we never needed to use the pool as the private pool and spa we had at the villa was stunning and made even better with the additional heating we had for this time of year. Booking process with Christine the owner was super and considering the issues with Covid she was always on top of amendments and made the whole process so easy. On arrival a simple check in at the clubhouse for parking permits and entry via electronic keypad made it seamless. The Villa itself is lovely inside with formal and leisure areas and a very well stocked kitchen with every type of pan and utensil in event you wanted to cook. The master bedroom on the ground floor was huge with en-suite spa bath and walk in shower. Ample storage in the units and walk in wardrobe and throughout the villa there were more towels than a family of ten would need. Up[stairs was a second very well furnished master with en-suite and two twin rooms with shared family bathroom. The games room was very well equipped and there was also an additional downstairs toilet. We spent the majority of our time when at the villa sitting on the pool deck enjoying the pleasant evenings and general having a very relaxing time after hectic days out. A perfect retreat for us to return to every evening. I have already booked for next year and will continue to do so as the villa is everything I need and more and all for a great price compared to some that are advertised. Christine has been very helpful, friendly and accommodating with regards to our booking. The dates of our flights were changed by the airline company after we had booked Christine’s villa, thankfully the villa was still available and Christine changed the dates with no issue. As a family of six ranging from 10 years old to 40+ it is always hard to get a decision on where to stay on vacation as everyone has their 'must have list' for accommodation from fully equipped games room to hot tub with pool. Christine's villa not only ticked all our boxes it was styled and decorated beautifully. We also had the added peace of mind of it being on a gated community with club house. It's location was also an added bonus as its just off the 192, close to all restaurants and our 2nd favourite place Walmart. Christine was always prompt in her replies to my numerous questions and nothing was too much trouble from letting us pay the balance off in installments to letting us arrange late departure on our last day for our evening flight home. She was always so friendly and put me straight at ease with each correspondence. Unfortunately, much to the whole family's disappointment, the COVID 19 pandemic meant that our holiday had to be cancelled and Christine handled it with us in a most professional and sympathetic manner. Christine has been the most wonderful, friendly, and accommodating individual to deal with throughout our entire planning. When we first made an inquiry online, the system wasn't working quite right, so she up and called us knowing we couldn't get thru and would be keen to get our booking in place. She is so friendly and energetic, even on the phone, it was a good fit and we were happy to book! We paid in full at the time, and had numerous correspondence after, she was wonderful to get back right away to answer any questions we had. Then the world went chaotic with COVID 19. Initially, we altered our travel dates and Christine was more than happy to accommodate us once again with no issue booking us for another time. I've friends who booked thru VRBO and lost more than 20% of their full payments, or forcing them to rebook by NOT refunding their money under any circumstances. If you have the opportunity for this woman to be your host, take it... we will at our soonest opportunity!!!! Christine, we sincerely mean every word, you are wonderful!!!

We had a fabulous holiday at Christine's villa, such a good time in-fact that we extended our original stay! Everything from start to finish was great. The villa is large and as a family of 4 adults we had plenty of room to relax. The pool area is wonderful with a view over the lake. We paid for pool heating which was excellent. The villa was clean, well equipped with plenty of towels and we didn't want for anything. Location was ideal especially for Disney. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants close by. Communication was really good and when we had a small issue with the pool, the management company dealt with the problem very quickly. We would have no hesitation in recommending Christine's villa.

This is the second time we've stayed in Christine's villa and both times did not dissapoint. The villa is in a great location just down from the 192 near many restaurants as well as walmart only being a 5 min drive away. The villa itself has everything you need and more. The games room is great and the pool area is lovely looking straight onto the lake. If there any issues the management team are quick to resolve it and only a phone call away. Being in a gated community also offers that extra security and the club house itself has a lot to offer. Christine always trys to help you out with late departures and booking amendments when she can and respond quickly to any emails. Will definitely love to stay here again sometime. We stayed at Christine's villa for almost 3 weeks from Oct 25th. The villa is large and spacious with a beautiful outlook. Terra Verde itself is a lovely resort where we felt safe and secure. The location was excellent and the only busy traffic was at the 192 junction, on the 192 and on the I4. It is possible to avoid most of these 'hot spots'. The Disney/Seaworld parks were 20 mins and Universal 25 mins. Shopping and restaurants are easily available within the local vicinity. Also great location for Old Town Kissimmee, Celebration, Everglades and Kennedy Space Centre. We certainly made the most of this! We had everything we needed in the villa, which felt comfortable and homely. We arrived in twilight and it was welcoming to find the lights on and the home waiting for us! We needed to call the Management company, on site, over the air conditioning and pool, and we are pleased to say they were very friendly and quick to respond to resolve any problems. Booking was a smooth process, the villa is excellent value and it was also wonderful to not have to rush out on the last day as new guests were not expected. Staying in a villa means that you can step out of the Theme Park tourist bubble which we found a lovely relief! Thank you Christine and team - The Pearse Family x

We had an amazing holiday at Terra Verde and Christine's wonderful villa. Everything from start to finish was great. Christine was always available to answer questions prior, during and after booking. The villa is extremely spacious, as a family of 5 with teenagers we all had plenty of room to relax and enjoy the holiday. The pool area is wonderful with a view over the lake. We enjoyed many an evening with the family sat outside enjoying the relaxing surroundings. The pool is a great size and perfect for our family of 5, so much so we didn't use the resort communal pool, although it looked great. The villa was extremely clean, well equipped with plenty of towels and facilities (including hairdryers) and we really didn't want for anything. Location was ideal, tucked away from the busy areas but close enough to access when needed. Restaurants, Walmart and Aldi are a few minutes away, outlet malls are 15 minutes. We rarely experienced any traffic getting to and from Disney and Universal, including traveling during rush hour. The resort offers free coffee at the clubhouse on a morning and afternoon which also offered an opportunity to stroll around the lake. We felt very safe, secure and welcome on the resort. This was my family's 1st stay at this property. We absolutely loved the villa as there was plenty of room for the entire family to relax without being on top of each other. I have 2 teenage girls that love the pool and especially use of the pool floats for our family to use. The games room was fantastic and had a variety of things to do. The villa came equipped with plenty of extra towels and sheets along with everything we needed to cook meals in the kitchen. The lake view is absolutely stunning and one of the reasons we originally booked this villa. We first stayed at this villa in 2016 and had a superb time then, so when planning our 2019 holiday this was top of the list, as Christine the host was always very easy to deal with answering any questions promptly. Also having dealt with her in the past, it takes any of the worry out of booking the villa. Out of all of the villas and resorts we have stayed at this is without a doubt our favourite place. The house is in a great location, a genuine 15 mins from the parks and most restaurants. The pool area at this villa is outstanding. It looks onto a lovely water area. Hi Christine We have had a fantastic stay in your villa which met all of our expectations. The view from the lanai which overlooks the lake is outstanding especially in the evening. The villa has everything we could have wished for and more and the games room was a bonus. The Terra Verde gated resort felt very secure and the walk around the lake is a must do. Myself and my family of 4 stayed at Christine’s villa on the Terra Verde Resort for 2 weeks at the end of May, and had the most fantastic time. The Villa is very spacious and could have easily have accommodated 6-8 people, but we enjoyed having the extra space. The Villa was clean, modern and had all the extra utilities that made staying there a pleasure. The pool was a great size, with a small Jacuzzi to the side. As a family we spent most nights in there and it was the perfect end to our busy days. The complex of Terra Verde is gated and that provides a sense of extra security. The club house, reception staff and security staff were always polite and helpful, and the complex itself was full of additional amenities, that were close and convenient for us to use. The Villa was in a great location, which was about a 10 minute drive to Disney, and in a great location of Kissimmee, close to a whole array of shops, restaurants and entertainment (away from Disney). This was the ideal holiday villa in the heart of Orlando that allowed us to enjoy all the thrills of the theme parks, without having to be cramped into a small hotel room. Christine was very easy to deal with, and communicated effectively throughout the whole experience. Each time I contacted her with a request, she replied instantly and was only too happy to answer any questions or concerns I had. I would highly recommend Christine and this Villa to anyone looking to book a villa in Orlando - I certainly will be contacting Christine again when we return in a couple of years time. We have stayed at numerous villas in the last few years but this was up there with the best. lovely gated estate,with clubhouse/pool and walking/running track around the lake. sitting in the lanai having breakfast and looking out to the lake area was fantastic. Dealing with Christine was very good as were the directions to the villa,key code, etc Villa was very clean and tidy and the pool was really warm as we paid for the pool heating. The layout of the villa is very good with the master bedroom downstairs helping us oldies so we didn't have to use the stairs! Would i rent the villa again? i most certainly would.

HI Christine, This was our second holiday at your villa and it was better than the first! A few years have passed since we were last there and the villa still looks as good as new. You would never think that it was a holiday rental. The time we were there went without a hitch, but having the management company on-site at the Clubhouse is a bonus should help be needed. As we arrived late at night, it was a nice touch to go into the villa to find the table lamps on - very welcoming. Much better than fumbling around in the dark trying to find light switches. As we were there in February, we had booked the pool heat and glad we did as the weather was chilly during the first week. I have to say that the pool and spa are one of the warmest we've ever used which made us stay in longer than planned. It was lovely to use late evening after the parks and just chill out. We were glad to see that the games room is still there which really is a bonus for children & adults alike. We will certainly be contacting you in the near future for a return booking. I stayed at Christine's villa over the thanksgiving period and had a fantastic time. The villa is ideally located just off the 192 and only 5 mins away from walmart. It's only a short 15-20min drive to Disney and seaworld as well as the outlets for some shopping. On arriving we had a small issue with the bathroom plug sockets as someone had tripped the switch previously. I called the management team who were great and came out within 15mins to sort the issue. The villa is beautifully decorated and we loved relaxing in the pool and jacuzzi after a long day walking at the parks. I would definitely recommend getting the pool heat In November as the evening time can get a bit chilly. The games room was fantastic although we didn't have much free time to use It. Alan Leech Stayed in the Villa 30/4/17 to 8/5/17 and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Terra Verde itself is easy to find and is secure, very clean and picturesque. A perfect base for exploring all of Orlando’s attractions (approx. 5 mins drive to the US192) The clubhouse, communal pool and bar area are a lovely evening walk and a nice addition to the complex (compared to some we’ve stayed at) The Villa itself is spotless, spacious and very well decorated. We particularly enjoyed the pool area which has a private aspect and a lovely view of the lake. For the same cost as a hotel room we much prefer the space, privacy, luxury and flexibility that a villa affords and this certainly fitted the bill Christine was also very prompt with her communication and the arrangements were done very smoothly All things considered I would thoroughly recommend this property.

12 May -2June 2017 M Dowding My wife and our 2 children stayed here for 3 weeks. We've been to Orlando before and this is the pick of the villas we've stayed in. Great living accommodation, extremely spacious and well maintained. The resort it's within and location make it quite unique to other options with the best of both worlds between private time around your own pool and social time at the resort TIKI bar etc. Genuinely close to Disney and all the local amenities as well. We stayed at Terra Verde at this house in April 2017 and were delighted with the property. The calm and peacefulness of the resort after a busy day at the parks was perfect. The staff at the resort were very friendly and helpful too. The property was spacious and clean and exactly as in the photos on the internet - which was a relief...as you never know! Christine was efficient with her communication to us from booking but due to a postal strike the arrival and entry details never arrived but these were promptly emailed. The house pool and games room were great as it meant we could fully relax and the kids loved them. We were very grateful to Christine for letting us check out late on departure day which ensured our last day was very relaxed! I would definitely recommend renting this property for a family trip to Florida - the house is ideal for 2 families or extended families eg grandparents as there is a large bedroom downstairs with ensuite. Hi Christine Just about settling back home after an incredible holiday. I just wanted to say thank you so much for providing such a beautiful villa. The location was perfect in everyway, a good distance away from all the parks and restaurants. The resort was lovely, didn't get chance to enjoy the communal facilities, but the area was so well looked after and staff were extremely polite - but that view - I will miss waking up to that view over the lake every morning. The villa itself was stunning, the decor of all the rooms was stylish and gave a lovely homely feel, everybody loved their bedrooms. All the facilities provided in the villa were great. I honestly felt like I was home. The only downside was that we didn't' spend enough time there, we all would have liked at least a full week just in the villa. I am very familiar with this area of Kissimmee and can safely say that this resort overall and villa in particular were the best I have stayed in. The staff at the security gates and in the Clubhouse are most helpful and it is also very reassuring to have the Management Company onsite in the unlikely event of any problems with the villa. As for the villa itself, it is as spacious and comfortable as it looks in the virtual tour and photos and you will always receive a prompt reply to any email whilst making booking enquiries. Its location on N.Poinciana Blvd is excellent as it leads on to SR-535 which in turn links to I-4 avoiding the busy US-192. There are many restaurants and a large Walmart close by and the Lake Buena Vista Factory outlets and Premium Outlets at Vineland can be reached with ease along SR-535. I strongly recommend this villa to anybody and have no hesitation in returning in the future.

We stayed in this Villa for 16 nights in July 2014 the villa was lovely and in excellent condition, the kitchen was well equipped as well, it had all the items you needed. The pool area is lovely as well, looking onto the lake and you can see the club house as well. The house had new flat screen TV in all the room, along with wifi there is also a DVD player in the living room, and cable TV. Our flight home on the last day was mid afternoon, and Christine allowed us to stay check out later at no extra cost, a nice touch. This is the second time we have stayed on the Terra Verde estate we really like it, nice club house friendly staff etc. This has been my wife's favourite house in 20 years of renting villas an ideal family home.

We stayed at this villa for one week in July 2015. Before we departed for our holiday the owners hand forwarded excellent information about the villa which made it so easy to find. The Terra Verde Resort was very peaceful and a gated resort which felt very safe. The villa itself was very clean and had everything a family with teenagers would need and want. The boys loved the games room and everyone took full advantage of the free wifi. The pool overlooked a lake which was surrounded by a path which we made use of in the mornings for calm and peaceful walks. The view of the lake was so pretty and we could also see the clubhouse. The kitchen had all modern equipment and the living are was so comfortable to sit in - either to read, watch tv or use wifi. The area itself was excellent and close enough to Universal Studios. My only regret is that we didn't stay here for the three weeks of our holiday. I would definitely recommend this villa.
