Overview
Welcome to our luxury home near Disney. Return from an exhausting day at the Parks or Malls to your own special Paradise. Our villa has 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms and sleeps 10. It is single storey, with a large open plan layout, and many modern features to enhance your stay. It is fully air conditioned, supplemented by ceiling fans in the living area and all bedrooms. Should the weather turn chilly in the winter the system will provide heating as required. There are new flatscreen TVs in the family room and all bedrooms, all of which have hundreds of channels. Free high speed wi-fi is provided, together with 3 cordless telephones and a telephone answering machine. All local and national landline calls are free. The house has keyless front door entry, for which we ask you to select your own code. No need to arrange to collect keys or to carry them around all day.
Facilities
Living
The formal sitting room has seating for five, overlooking the pool. It is a quiet place to read or chat, with a comfortable sofa, two luxurious armchairs, coffee table and side tables with lamps.
The family room has comfortable seating for six, with large patio windows opening onto the pool area and providing unoverlooked views of the gardens and conservation land beyond. There is a 55 inch flatscreen Smart TV and DVD player/recorder.
The cosy nook provides informal dining for four overlooking the pool, and there is further seating for four at the breakfast bar.
Should you wish to work or use your laptop we have a home office area, with desk, chair, cordless telephone/answering machine, desk lamp and plenty of sockets.
A cabinet above the desk contains a wide selection of books, DVDs and board games.
Kitchen
The open plan kitchen is huge with plenty of storage space and worksurfaces, including a central island. It features a large electric cooker, microwave, American fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, double sink and waste disposal unit. You will also find a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, teapot, food mixer, juicer, slow cooker, electric can opener, lots of pots and pans and baking equipment, and ample cutlery, crockery and glassware of a high quality.
The laundry/utility room is surprisingly spacious, with a large American washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, large sink, storage cupboards, towel racks and washing baskets. Here you will find a large selection of pool towels.
Dining
You will be impressed by the elegant dining room, which features a large solid wood dining table with comfortable seating for 8 (extendable to 10).
Bedrooms
The huge Master Bedroom overlooks the pool with large patio windows,
and features a King sized bed, sofa, walk-in closet, linen cupboard and new 32 inch flatscreen TV with cable channels.
The Master Bathroom has a roman bath, large walk in shower, twin washbasins set in a wide vanity unit, and a separate WC room.
Bedroom 2 is savannah themed, featuring a queen sized bed, and new 32 inch flatscreen TV with cable channels.
Bathroom 2 is directly opposite and features a large walk in shower, washbasin with vanity unit and WC. It has access to the pool area.
Bedroom 3 is our new Minion themed bedroom and has twin beds, large closet and new 24 inch flatscreen TV with cable channels. For those who are not mad on minions there is an optional floral theme.
Bedroom 4 New for 2016 is our Disney Princess theme (there is an optional pirate theme). The room features twin beds, large closet and new 32 inch flatscreen TV with cable channels.
Bedroom 5 features a queen bed, wardrobe, and new 32 inch flatscreen TV with cable channels.
Bathroom 3 has a bath with overhead shower, washbasin in vanity unit and WC.
We provide plenty of clothes hangers and a laundry basket in every bedroom,
Bathrooms
Plenty of towels are provided, together with three hairdryers, straighteners, curling tongs and bathroom scales.
Games Room
The triple garage has been converted to a games room, with full sized pool table, air hockey table, electronic darts (no sharp points), a bar table with stools and a CD player with iPad connection.
Pool
Our breathtaking pool area is the jewel in crown. It faces due south, with an open side to the west, for sunshine all day until sunset. It is surrounded by large tropically themed gardens. The spacious corner plot provides complete privacy.
The pool area is protected from bugs by a fine mesh cage. There is plenty of deck space for the six luxurious padded loungers.
When a little shade is required the spacious L shaped lanai is ideal, with overhead fans to provide some ventilation.
For al fresco dining we have two tables with seating for 10 and overhead lighting.
The pool is a generous 30 ft by 15 ft, plenty of space for everyone.
The bubbling spa provides soothing relaxation after a tiring day at the parks. Where better for a glass of bubbly as the sun goes down?
Both pool and spa may be illuminated after dark.
For the safety of your little ones we have a sturdy pool fence available which fits into the deck and completely closes off the pool. When not required it folds neatly out of the way.
Outside the pool cage there is another patio area with table and four chairs and two loungers.
Outside
The villa sits on a pie shaped corner plot, providing a great feel of space and privacy.
We have landscaped the large gardens around the pool area with a selection of tropical plants and trees, creating a very pleasant outlook from the pool area.
The front of the house overlooks a large grassed area of plants and palm trees with no houses directly opposite.
There is private parking space for 3 cars.
Internet
High speed wirelss internet is provided free of charge.
Baby Equipment
We provide three pushchairs, two highchairs and two travel cots with bedding, all free of charge.
Location
The Estates at Legacy Park Orlando villas to rent in Davenport, Florida located on HWY27 just off the exit with HWY192 so is a prime location for your dream holiday to Disney World Orlando a mere 15 minute drive away. The Estates at Legacy Park offer executive-style detached rental homes each with private pool and just minutes from some of the best championship golf courses in the Central Florida including the well renowned Champions Gate and Southern Dunes. Restaurants, supermarkets, unique souvenir shopping and nightlife are all within easy reach.

A favorite for our family!
We will definitely be coming back here! We rent a home in the Orlando area every summer for our family, including our 3 children. This home was our favorite! When we arrived, we found two boxes of popsicles for the kids, which was so sweet! The kids ran off to find the rooms they wanted to stay in, and spent the first evening playing with all of the toys and dress up costumes! They were thrilled, and we were happy they were busy so we had time to unpack and relax. The house was well equipped, with everything we needed. There were lots of pool toys/inflatables, towels (including many beach towels), dishes (including lots of plastic dishes for the kids), blankets, pillows, etc. The pool is the best, with complete privacy from any neighbors. I appreciate that the spa gets nice and hot. I don’t have any complaints at all about the home or the property. Any questions I had were promptly replied to, and both checking in and check out were simple. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with my family! We can’t wait for the next time!

Awesome house-great location
Couldn't have asked for a better house or a better location. We were in town for The Spring Games in Clermont. This location was perfect distance to the games and to Disney/Universal. The owner was very quick to respond as well as the property manager. We had 9 people and still had plenty of space. The pool and hot tub were a big hit. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking again next year! Highly recommend!

Orlando hidden gem!
From start to finish we had a great experience with the owner, Jill. She was a great communicator and ensured that we had the best possible visit. Once we arrived at the house we instantly felt like we were at home. The house was fully furnished with no detail left unturned. Everything we needed or even some of the things we didn’t think to bring were there. The house was immaculate. During uncertain times it’s nice to know that cleanliness is a priority and this house was spotless and all precautions due to Covid were taken. The pool area was more than we could have ever imagined. We had our own private pool and hot tub for our enjoyment. My son thoroughly enjoyed the pool and it was super convenient as they had tons of tables and chairs out there to facilitate outside living at its finest. We ate most of our meals outside at the large table and enjoyed the beautiful ambiance and the weather. The house was well furnished with every room having everything and anything you could possibly want/need. We really enjoyed the air hockey and pool table out in the garage when the weather was rainy outside. Kept us entertained for sure. The location and proximity of the house is conducive to adventures (Disney, Sea world, legoland, Icon Park, etc) and close to restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend going to Icon Park and checking out the Wheel and the wax museum. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and a better owner to work with. From the moment we arrived to the time we left we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jill’s beautiful home. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking to build memories with their family in a safe, clean, and well appointed home. Will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thanks.

Everything you need!!!
Great stay, house had everything you would need!! Pool light went out, messaged Jill...next day pool guy was there to replace light...thats service!! Wasn't really expecting a fix just wanted to inform someone it was out..pleasantly surprised! Same day the "pool boy" was there too check water and then skimmed entire pool! House was clean and spacious..we had 9 adults and plenty of room!! Ample plates, silverware, cups, linens, towels, etc... I only felt bad cause we ran out of tide pods and left all our towels in laundry room to be washed, sorry! Nothing wrong with house at all!! Oh trash day is Thursday, thought I would have to take bins to street, but someone did it for us. I cant imagine any complaints from staying here due to house or management!

Awesome!
We stayed here for our family vacation and it was excellent! The property owner was great from the beginning with communication. The property had everything we needed and more. The property was extremely clean and the amenities, such as the pool table and air hockey table were fantastic! We really loved the pool too! Everything in the house worked and looked as indicated on the pictures and not once, did we need to call for maintenance. The property is close to all major eateries. If you are looking for a great place to stay, we would highly recommend this property.

Fabulous 5 star Villa.
We stayed in this fabulous villa with our family, 6 adults 4 children
there was plenty of room for all. lovely spacious pool area, plenty of
loungers and pool floats for the children. could not fault a thing.
The villa was well equipt with towels, crockery, glasses etc.
We have stayed in many villas but this one is definately the best, would not hesitate to book again. we thank jill for all her help.

Great Vacation Home!!!
A big THANKS to Jill! We had a great time in her house. It was perfect for our family with enough space for everyone. I was there with my husband, our little doughter, my sister, her two kids and her husband and our mom and dad. The kids loved the pool:-). It is amazing with a big pool area. We booked the pool heating (traveled in February), so the water temperature was perfect. Prior starting our vacation Jill provided many detailed information about the house, location, restaurants and shopping etc. near the house which was very helpful. I can strongly recommend this vacation home!!! If possible we would like to come back in future.

Great house with fantastic pool, jacuzzi and pool area. Handled our large party of 9 adults and 2 infants with ease. Children's travel cots etc worked well. Had all the facilities needed and fully equipped garage with pool table and air hockey.
Location was good - Legacy Park - on the 27 just off the 192 with easy access to Disney and I4 for Universal. Short cut to 192 was very helpful.
Would definitely stay there again

Fabulous villa
This is a fabulous villa. The owners provide everything you could think of and it is furnished and maintained to a very high standard. The villa itself is huge as is the pool area. It is the first time we have stayed off the US27 and location wise it wasn't a problem. My only gripe is that it is booked up for our 2017 dates! Would love to return one day.

The holiday came around and we had looked at the photos of the villa in the run up to the holiday and couldn't wait to get to the villa. Well we got to the villa, when we opened the front door we were gobsmacked with the size. The villa was huge and the photos don't do the villa any justice.
The bedrooms were very spacious and had everything in them that you needed for when you were using it. There was 1 bedroom with a super kingsize bed and had an ensuite (which was of the size of my bedroom back home), 2 bedrooms with double beds. These rooms had plenty of towels in the cupboards for us to use. There were another 2 bedrooms with 2 x single beds in each of them and they were all done up for kids, one room was the princess room (or you could change the bedding for Cars theme). The other was all done up as a minion room.
The living room/dining room was massive. The sofa in the living room was the most comfortable sofa I've ever sat on. The tv was huge and had digital tv. If you have Netflix, your able to login and watch your Netflix over there. The living room had patio doors leading out to the pool area.
The kitchen had everything that you could think of in it. The fridge was huge and we could store loads in there (e.g.: 30 bottles of water, 2ltr pop, fruit, cans of pop) Dishwasher, and all there other utilities e.g.; oven, kettle, toaster, loads of glasses and plates and dishes to use. Underneath the island in the kitchen we found loads of Theme park refillable cups, you could take these to the parks and only pay the refillable price for the drinks and not have to buy a new cup for each park. Saving you loads of money. There were a load of take away menus for your to order food to be delivered to the villa. In the cupboards there were books to read and boardgames for you to play whilst your in the villa and some dvds to watch.
The Utility room had a washing machine and tumble dryer in there which come in really handy. An iron and hoover.
The games room is located in the garage and had loads of things for us to do e.g: pool table, dartboard, air hockey. It also had a clothes line in the garage which was really handy. Also in the garage was stuff for people with younger children could use. Baby ring for the pool, pushchairs, highchairs. There is also baby travel cots at the villa for younger babies.
The pool was massive and had a screening around the pool (which you can remove) to stop any children from going near the pool and falling in. We paid for pool heating, which was well worth it. The hot tub was amazing and boiling. There were loads of patio furniture to sit on around the pool if you wanted to relax in the sun. There were a few pool inflatables to play with in the pool.
The location of the villa was excellent for us, in a lovely quiet estate. We like the parks and all that comes with it, however we also like to be away from it all and have that sense of 'home' feeling with peace and quiet. It takes around 10 minutes to get to the Disney parks from the villa, so easy to get to. Its really close to the supermarkets and food outlets i.e.: Walmart, Target, Publix, Dominos, Subway, Petrol station, Chinese takeaway, Fish & Chip shop, McDonalds, KFC. Taco Bell just to name a few.
Hiring a villa yourself, without a travel agent, can be a daunting experience (it was for us on the first time we hired) before you book anything, everything runs through your mind, Is the villa going to be there when we turn up? Is the person your hiring this villa off a real person, your putting a lot of trust in this person after giving the money. However Jill is very easy to contact and will always answer any questions that you may have, even if you think its a silly question. She puts your mind at ease. I have recommended this villa to friends and i will be booking this villa for our Florida holiday in 2018, when we have settled on a date on going.
I hope this review gives an insight into what to expect from hiring this villa.

Amazing
Stayed for 3 weeks in Jill's villa in May 2016, everything about it was amazing. When you walk in, it is even bigger than it looks in the pictures. Jill gave us loads of information in advance, and there is a really comprehensive folder with everything you could need to know at the villa too.
Jill was great answering any questions we had before our stay, the villa had a keypad entry which we chose a code for in advance, so really quick and easy getting in when we arrived. We went for our honeymoon and there was even a card from them when we arrived, as well as a Christmas card, really nice touches.
The villa is really well equipped (literally everything you need in the kitchen) with loads of spare towels, beach towels and bed linen. The pool was fantastic and got the sun all day. Everything was cleaned to a high standard
The estate is really nice and really well kept, there is a publix and restaurants just round the corner. We could be parking up at Magic Kingdom within 15 minutes of leaving the villa if traffic was not horrendous.
Hopefully we will be going to Orlando again in the future, and as long as it is available, I will definitely choose to stay at Jill's villa.

Not to be missed!
A excellent villa not to be missed out on! This was a last minute booking due to the villa we had booked being sold and the new owners not honoring rentals. Straight from the offset Jill was prompt and answered all my questions, and despite the fact that she was away on holiday herself she answered all my queries and confirmed my booking pretty much straight away (one of our queries was around getting another travel cot and Jill just sorted that out!)
The villa itself is amazing, so spacious and well laid out. Everything you need is provided - the kitchen is so well stocked, pots, pans, containers for food storage, all the little things that you wouldn't think were standard were provided.
The rooms were all of a great size (there were 10 of us staying 6 adults, 4 children) and it was more than suitable. Special mention to the minions room, which was loved by all the kids. All the rooms had cable tv provided, huge wardrobes and just generally very well laid out.
Pool area was a huge hit with all with plenty of pool toys for the kids and plenty of pool furniture to just sit and relax when not using the pool. And plenty of towels placed in cupboards around the villa. Easy to use washer and dryer (as well as a useful clothes hanger in the games room (my tip hang washed clothes in there that are not suitable for dryer, they dry so quickly).
Jill and the management company were fantastic.
All in all a fantastic experience, would not hesitate to book this villa again or recommend.
