Overview
Welcome to our luxury home near Disney. Return from an exhausting day at the Parks or Malls to your own special Paradise. Our villa has 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms and sleeps 10. It is single storey, with a large open plan layout, and many modern features to enhance your stay. It is fully air conditioned, supplemented by ceiling fans in the living area and all bedrooms. Should the weather turn chilly in the winter the system will provide heating as required. There are new flatscreen TVs in the family room and all bedrooms, all of which have hundreds of channels. Free high speed wi-fi is provided, together with 3 cordless telephones and a telephone answering machine. All local and national landline calls are free. The house has keyless front door entry, for which we ask you to select your own code. No need to arrange to collect keys or to carry them around all day.
Facilities
Living
The formal sitting room has seating for five, overlooking the pool. It is a quiet place to read or chat, with a comfortable sofa, two luxurious armchairs, coffee table and side tables with lamps.
The family room has comfortable seating for six, with large patio windows opening onto the pool area and providing unoverlooked views of the gardens and conservation land beyond. There is a 55 inch flatscreen Smart TV and DVD player/recorder.
The cosy nook provides informal dining for four overlooking the pool, and there is further seating for four at the breakfast bar.
Should you wish to work or use your laptop we have a home office area, with desk, chair, cordless telephone/answering machine, desk lamp and plenty of sockets.
A cabinet above the desk contains a wide selection of books, DVDs and board games.
Kitchen
The open plan kitchen is huge with plenty of storage space and worksurfaces, including a central island. It features a large electric cooker, microwave, American fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, double sink and waste disposal unit. You will also find a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, teapot, food mixer, juicer, slow cooker, electric can opener, lots of pots and pans and baking equipment, and ample cutlery, crockery and glassware of a high quality.
The laundry/utility room is surprisingly spacious, with a large American washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, large sink, storage cupboards, towel racks and washing baskets. Here you will find a large selection of pool towels.
Dining
You will be impressed by the elegant dining room, which features a large solid wood dining table with comfortable seating for 8 (extendable to 10).
Bedrooms
The huge Master Bedroom overlooks the pool with large patio windows,
and features a King sized bed, sofa, walk-in closet, linen cupboard and new 32 inch flatscreen TV with cable channels.
The Master Bathroom has a roman bath, large walk in shower, twin washbasins set in a wide vanity unit, and a separate WC room.
Bedroom 2 is savannah themed, featuring a queen sized bed, and new 32 inch flatscreen TV with cable channels.
Bathroom 2 is directly opposite and features a large walk in shower, washbasin with vanity unit and WC. It has access to the pool area.
Bedroom 3 is our new Minion themed bedroom and has twin beds, large closet and new 24 inch flatscreen TV with cable channels. For those who are not mad on minions there is an optional floral theme.
Bedroom 4 New for 2016 is our Disney Princess theme (there is an optional pirate theme). The room features twin beds, large closet and new 32 inch flatscreen TV with cable channels.
Bedroom 5 features a queen bed, wardrobe, and new 32 inch flatscreen TV with cable channels.
Bathroom 3 has a bath with overhead shower, washbasin in vanity unit and WC.
We provide plenty of clothes hangers and a laundry basket in every bedroom,
Bathrooms
Plenty of towels are provided, together with three hairdryers, straighteners, curling tongs and bathroom scales.
Games Room
The triple garage has been converted to a games room, with full sized pool table, air hockey table, electronic darts (no sharp points), a bar table with stools and a CD player with iPad connection.
Pool
Our breathtaking pool area is the jewel in crown. It faces due south, with an open side to the west, for sunshine all day until sunset. It is surrounded by large tropically themed gardens. The spacious corner plot provides complete privacy.
The pool area is protected from bugs by a fine mesh cage. There is plenty of deck space for the six luxurious padded loungers.
When a little shade is required the spacious L shaped lanai is ideal, with overhead fans to provide some ventilation.
For al fresco dining we have two tables with seating for 10 and overhead lighting.
The pool is a generous 30 ft by 15 ft, plenty of space for everyone.
The bubbling spa provides soothing relaxation after a tiring day at the parks. Where better for a glass of bubbly as the sun goes down?
Both pool and spa may be illuminated after dark.
For the safety of your little ones we have a sturdy pool fence available which fits into the deck and completely closes off the pool. When not required it folds neatly out of the way.
Outside the pool cage there is another patio area with table and four chairs and two loungers.
Outside
The villa sits on a pie shaped corner plot, providing a great feel of space and privacy.
We have landscaped the large gardens around the pool area with a selection of tropical plants and trees, creating a very pleasant outlook from the pool area.
The front of the house overlooks a large grassed area of plants and palm trees with no houses directly opposite.
There is private parking space for 3 cars.
Internet
High speed wirelss internet is provided free of charge.
Baby Equipment
We provide three pushchairs, two highchairs and two travel cots with bedding, all free of charge.
Location
The Estates at Legacy Park Orlando villas to rent in Davenport, Florida located on HWY27 just off the exit with HWY192 so is a prime location for your dream holiday to Disney World Orlando a mere 15 minute drive away. The Estates at Legacy Park offer executive-style detached rental homes each with private pool and just minutes from some of the best championship golf courses in the Central Florida including the well renowned Champions Gate and Southern Dunes. Restaurants, supermarkets, unique souvenir shopping and nightlife are all within easy reach.

A security deposit of £200 is payable, which will be returned a few days after you leave the property when we receive confirmation that the house was left in good order.

A favorite for our family!
We will definitely be coming back here! We rent a home in the Orlando area every summer for our family, including our 3 children. This home was our favorite! When we arrived, we found two boxes of popsicles for the kids, which was so sweet! The kids ran off to find the rooms they wanted to stay in, and spent the first evening playing with all of the toys and dress up costumes! They were thrilled, and we were happy they were busy so we had time to unpack and relax. The house was well equipped, with everything we needed. There were lots of pool toys/inflatables, towels (including many beach towels), dishes (including lots of plastic dishes for the kids), blankets, pillows, etc. The pool is the best, with complete privacy from any neighbors. I appreciate that the spa gets nice and hot. I don’t have any complaints at all about the home or the property. Any questions I had were promptly replied to, and both checking in and check out were simple. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with my family! We can’t wait for the next time!

Fantastic location and spacious home

Great stay!
