This villa offers two separate living areas. One is a light, double height, family room, with large sofa, flat screen TV and views of the pool and conservation area. The second family lounge is near the front of the house. There is also a loft area with PS3 and cable.

The kitchen is central to the house, and is complete with dishwasher, microwave, oven, breakfast bar, cutlery, crockery, fridge freezer (with ice dispenser), toaster, coffee machine and kettle.

This villa offers three dining options; a large dining table that seats 6, a smaller table in the kitchen nook that seats 4 and a breakfast bar.

Two large master bedroom's with en suite, and two twin bedrooms. One master is on the ground floor, with doors that lead onto the lanai/ pool area. Each bedroom has built in wardrobe space.

All bedrooms are furnished with flat screen TV's and ceiling fans.

Two large en suite bathrooms with separate bath and walk-in shower facilities. Toilets in the en suite can be closed off to the main bathroom The third bathroom services the twin bedrooms. One downstairs cloakroom also available.

Table tennis, air hockey and pool table included. The games room also contains a large fan and table with stool chairs for your comfort.

Pool and spa at the back of the property not overlooked on any side, with a view of a lake and conservation area. Pool and spa has the option of being heated. The spa can be heated separately upon request. Child safety fence and pool alarm. Lanai with table and chairs and sun loungers.

Front: The house is situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac. There is a well-tended lawn area at the front, side and rear of the house.

Rear: Pool area, with propane BBQ and sun loungers available. Outlook is the conservation lake and green lawn area where wildlife roam.
